The meaning of "plurality" is two or more unless specifically limited otherwise. In general, the specific meanings of the above terms will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
The following describes in detail the implementation of a bill folding mechanism provided by the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
It should be noted that the bill folding mechanism 1310/2000 may be used in a tax self-service terminal, or may be used in another financial self-service terminal 1000, for taking bills such as checks, accepting bills and the like by self-service for business transaction, and particularly, is mainly used for stacking a plurality of bills to be stacked vertically. For convenience of description, documents to be stacked are defined, wherein, as shown in fig. 3, one document to be stacked may be referred to as a first document 10, and correspondingly, another document to be stacked connected with the first document 10 by a fold line may be referred to as a second document 20, and generally, the first document 10 and the second document 20 are alternately connected.
As shown in fig. 3, the note folding mechanism 1310/2000 includes a first folding assembly 2100 and a second folding assembly 2200. Wherein the first folding assembly 2100 includes a rotatable first ticket stack roller 2110. It should be noted that the first folding assembly 2100 further includes a first driving device (not shown), and the first ticket folding roller 2110 is driven to rotate by the first driving device. Correspondingly, the second folding assembly 2200 includes a second ticket stack roller 2210, wherein the second ticket stack roller 2210 rotates in unison with the first ticket stack roller 2110 toward one another. For example, as the first stack 2110 rotates counterclockwise, the second stack 2210 rotates synchronously clockwise, and vice versa. It should be noted that, in order to make the configuration of the ticket folding mechanism 1310/2000 more compact, the center of rotation of the first ticket stack 2110 is at the same height as the center of rotation of the second ticket stack 2210.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in order to fold the bills to be stacked, the first stacking roller 2110 includes a first stacking portion 2111, wherein the rotation locus of the first stacking portion 2111 is the rotation locus of the first stacking roller 2110. Here, the rotation locus of the first ticket stacking roller 2110 is referred to as a first locus 2120. Correspondingly, the second ticket stacking roller 2210 comprises a tongue 2211 and a second laminating part 2212 which rotates coaxially with the tongue 2211, wherein the rotation track of the tongue 2211 is the rotation track of the second ticket stacking roller 2210. Similarly, here, the rotation locus of the second ticket stacking roller 2210 is referred to as a second locus 2220. In addition, to make the note folding mechanism 1310/2000 more compact and ensure that folding of notes to be stacked is achieved, the locus of rotation of the tongue 2211 of the second note stacking roller 2210 is tangential to the locus of rotation of the first laminating portion 2111 of the first note stacking roller 2110. That is, as shown in fig. 3, a point of tangency a exists between the first track 2120 and the second track 2220.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in order to allow the first stack 2110 and the second stack 2210 to be folded to the bills to be stacked, the first bill 10 and the second bill 20 are located between the first stack 2110 and the second stack 2210 on the side close to the first stack 2110. As further shown in fig. 3, in the initial state (i.e., the state when the self-service financial terminal has been started but does not enter the folded bill), the intersection point of the line between the first bill stack 2110 and the rotation center of the first bill stack 2110 and the second bill stack 2210 is B, and it can be understood that the first bill 10 and the second bill 20 are fed from the upper position corresponding to between AB to the bill folding mechanism 1310/2000 for folding.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, in order to fold the bills to be stacked, the second overlapping portion 2212 of the second stacking roller 2210 is engaged with the first overlapping portion 2111 of the first stacking roller 2110 in a staggered manner, and in an initial state, the tip of the second overlapping portion 2212 is lower than the tip of the first overlapping portion 2111, or the tip of the first overlapping portion 2111 is higher than the tip of the second overlapping portion 2212, so that when the first stacking roller 2110 and the second stacking roller 2210 rotate synchronously in the opposite direction, the rotating first overlapping portion 2111 can abut against the first bill 10 which is being unfolded and moving downward, so that the first bill 10 is inclined toward the second stacking roller 2210 side. Correspondingly, the second overlapping portion 2212 can be abutted against the second bill 20 adjacent to the folded first bill 10, so that the second bill 20 is inclined toward the first bill stacking roller 2110, and the inclined first bill 10 and second bill 20 can move downward by gravity and pass between the first bill stacking roller 2110 and the second bill stacking roller 2210.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the folding of the bill, the bill folding mechanism 1310/2000 may further include a control device (not shown) and a position sensor (not shown), wherein the control device is electrically connected to the first driving device, the second driving device and the position sensor. Note that, since the mounting structures and specific structures of the control device, the position sensor, and the driving devices are not objects to be protected in the present application, and the implementation of the folded bill function of the bill folding mechanism 1310/2000 is not affected, the description thereof will not be repeated.
As can be appreciated from the above, the principle of operation of the note folding mechanism 1310/2000 is generally as follows: during the downward movement of the first note 10 and the second note 20 adjacent thereto, when the first note 10 moves downward to a predetermined position (the predetermined position needs to be determined according to the size of each note to be stacked, the rotation speed of the first note stacking roller 2110 and the second note stacking roller 2210, and the position does not affect the implementation of the technical solution of the present invention, so the description is not repeated), the first overlapping portion 2111 of the rotating first note stacking roller 2110 abuts against the first note 10, and abuts against the first note 10 during the rotation process to incline the first note 10 in the direction of the second note stacking roller 2210 (please refer to the state diagram of the first angle a1 of rotation shown in fig. 4), wherein, while the first note 10 inclines, it also moves downward under the action of its own weight, so that the first note 10 can be folded in the direction of the second note stacking roller 2210.
In addition, when the first bill 10 is inclined, the second bill 20 adjacent to the first bill 10 is naturally inclined toward the first bill stacking roller 2110 by pulling the first bill 10, when the second sheet 20 is lowered to its predetermined position by the action of gravity or the like, the second overlapping portion 2212 of the second sheet stacking roller 2210 rotated abuts on the second sheet 20, and during rotation abuts against the second note 20 to further tilt it in the direction of the first note stacking roller 2110 (see the state diagram of rotation by the second angle a2 shown in figure 5), in this way, the second document 20 is folded in the direction of the first stack 2110, whereby, during the continuous rotation of the first ticket stack 2110 and the second ticket stack 2210, the tilted first ticket 10 and the tilted second ticket 20 can be folded together rapidly under the action of gravity (see the state diagram of the third angle a3 shown in fig. 6 and the state diagram of the fourth angle shown in fig. 7). In this way, when the first ticket stack roller 2110 and the second ticket stack roller 2210 rotate to the initial positions, the folding of the first ticket 10 and the second ticket 20 of the next round can be started.
It should be noted that the first angle a1< the second angle a2< the third angle a3< the fourth angle <360 °. It will be appreciated that the folding of the first document 10 and the second document 20 is completed once per revolution of the first stack 2110 and the second stack 2210.
As is apparent from the above description, the note folding mechanism 1310/2000 can effectively fold the unfolded note, so that the note coming out during the automatic note taking process is still in a folded state, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the note to be intact and having good experience for users.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the first ticket stack roller 2110 further includes an auxiliary portion 2112. The auxiliary portion 2112 and the first overlapping portion 2111 rotate coaxially, and the maximum radial distance between the auxiliary portion 2112 and the rotation center of the first ticket stacking roller 2110 is smaller than the maximum radial distance between the first overlapping portion 2111 and the rotation center of the first ticket stacking roller 2110.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary portion 2112 has a first fan-shaped cross section, so that on one hand, a larger accommodating space is provided for the folded first bill 10 in the downward movement process, and the folded first bill is conveniently and smoothly folded; on the other hand, the first sheet 10 is prevented from being broken by rubbing against the auxiliary portion 2112 during folding. Correspondingly, the cross section of the second overlapping part 2212 of the second ticket stacking roller 2210 is in a second fan shape, so that the friction between the inclined second ticket 20 and the second ticket stacking roller 2210 in the downward movement process is favorably reduced, the folding is convenient and smooth, and the probability of breakage of the second ticket 20 is favorably reduced.
As further shown in FIG. 3, the first laminating portion 2111 of the first ticket stack roller 2110 has a first arcuate cross-sectional shape and the tongue 2211 of the second ticket stack roller 2210 has a second arcuate cross-sectional shape. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the first and second ticket stacks 2110, 2210 are both profiled ticket stacks. Considering that the sizes of bills to be folded are different and the structures and the sizes of the bill stacking rollers required by different bills to be folded are different, the specific structures and the shapes of the first bill stacking roller 2110 and the second bill stacking roller 2210 are not described too much, and only the first bill stacking roller 2110 and the second bill stacking roller 2210 need to be ensured not to interfere in the rotation process, the first bill 10 can be inclined by the first bill stacking roller 2110, the second bill 20 can be inclined by the second bill stacking roller 2210, and the inclined first bill 10 and second bill 20 can smoothly move downwards through the gap between the first bill stacking roller 2110 and the second bill stacking roller 2210 to complete the folding action.
