The center of the structure of the needle base center plug 7 is provided with a through axis positioning hole 7-1 which plays a role in supporting four peripheral convex ribs 5-10 on the outer side of the needle base 5 on the central axis; when in combination, the fourth annular convex rib 7-4 on the outer side is clamped and positioned by the third annular convex rib 6-71 of the inner hole of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6, so that the needle seat positioning sleeve is stable and does not loosen; the fourth annular plane 7-3 and the third annular plane 6-72 are precisely combined to ensure the central axes to be consistent; the positioning end face 7-2 is contacted with the third end face 6-73 of the positioning hole 6-7 of the needle seat center plug to be used as a limiting effect; the fourth end surface 7-5 is used for propping against the needle point 8-1 when the needle body 8 is destroyed, so that the needle body 8 is forced to bend and destroy, the inside of the needle cylinder is locked without leakage, and the secondary needle stick infection accident is prevented. As shown in fig. 9.
The needle body 8 is a precise stainless steel hollow tube structure, the center of the needle body is provided with a through hollow hole, and one end of the needle body is ground into a needle point 8-1 with a sharp cutting edge for injecting and puncturing the skin of a human body. One end without cutting edge is coated with adhesive to be adhered and fixed with the needle body mounting hole 5-1 of the needle stand 5. As shown in fig. 10.
The needle protecting cover 9 structure center forms the hollow round cavity 9-2, is used for taking in the needle body 8 and opening the protective action to the needlepoint 8-1, the fifth annular protruding rib 9-21 of the inner wall will surpass the needle file locating sleeve 6 little bump 6-31 and open the position blocking action when closing the needle protecting cover, make the needle protecting cover difficult to loosen and take off; the inner hole wall 9-3 of the hollow round cavity 9-2 and the third convex rib 6-3 of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 are close to the needle protecting cover to keep the needle protecting cover not to shake; and the fifth end surface 9-4 touches the second end surface 6-4 of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 to serve as a limit function when the needle seat is closed. The hollow through round hole 2-1 of the elastomer rubber plug 2 is sleeved in through the hemispherical end point 1-5 end of the push rod 1 until the hollow through round hole contacts the circular flange 1-2, the central perforated annular diamond-shaped concave structure 2-4 and the annular diamond-shaped convex structure 1-3 are combined to play a role in positioning, the function of preventing front and back displacement during operation is realized, and meanwhile, the right-angle annular convex rib 1-4 and the inner wall of the hollow through round hole 2-1 are mutually and tightly extruded to start the sealing function. Referring to the schematic view of each part after the push rod 1 and the rubber plug 2 are combined, as shown in fig. 12.
The assembled push rod 1 and the rubber plug 2 are pushed into the hollow hole 3-2 of the cylinder 3, so that the annular flange 2-2 and the lip-like annular structure 2-3 of the rubber plug 2 are tightly pressed with the inner wall of the hollow hole 3-2 to open the sealing function. Refer to the schematic view of each part of the push rod 1 and the rubber plug 2 assembled with the barrel 3, as shown in fig. 13.
The elastic body sealing ring 4 is assembled and sleeved into the annular groove 5-4 for installing the sealing ring of the needle seat 5 for positioning. Referring to the schematic view of the parts after the sealing ring 4 and the needle holder 5 are combined, it is shown in fig. 14.
The needle base center plug 7 is pressed into the needle base center plug positioning hole 6-7 of the needle base positioning sleeve 6 by the fourth end surface 7-5 side, the fourth annular convex rib 7-4 on the periphery of the needle base center plug 7 crosses the third annular convex rib 6-71 protruding in the needle base center plug positioning hole to be tightly clamped and positioned, meanwhile, the third annular plane 6-72 is contacted with the fourth annular plane 7-3 to ensure that the integral central axes are consistent, and at the moment, the positioning end surface 7-2 is tightly sealed and fixed with the third end surface 6-73. Referring to the schematic view of the parts of the hub positioning sleeve 6 combined with the hub central plug 7, fig. 15 shows.
The assembly of the finished sealing ring 4 and the needle base 5 is placed into the assembly of the finished needle base center plug 7 and the needle base positioning sleeve 6, the assembly is placed into the hole from the side of the cylinder body positioning hole 6-5, the protruding cylinder 5-2 extends along the inclined planes at the two sides of the protruding mountain structure 6-6 in the needle base center plug hole and slides into the valley bottom until the annular flange 5-3 contacts with the peak 6-61, the four peripheral convex ribs 5-10 of the needle base 5 exposed out of the needle base center plug 7 are rotated, so that the protruding cylinder 5-2 enters the positioning concave opening 6-63, the needle base 5 is limited by the peak 6-61 and the cylindrical positioning concave opening 6-63, the displacement starting and stabilizing effects cannot be realized, and meanwhile, the four peripheral convex ribs 5-10 are limited by the inner diameter of the axis positioning hole 7-1 and are stably positioned on the central. Referring to the schematic view of the parts of the integrated structure after the combination of the sealing ring 4, the needle seat 5, the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 and the needle seat central plug 7, fig. 16 shows.
The outside surface of the needle body at the other end of the needle body 8 away from the needle point 8-1 is evenly coated with an adhesive, and the needle body mounting hole 5-1 which is assembled into an integral structure by the sealing ring 4, the needle seat 5, the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 and the needle seat central plug 7 is placed in and positioned. Referring to the schematic view of the parts of the needle 8, the sealing ring 4, the needle seat 5, the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 and the needle seat central plug 7 which are combined into an integral structure, the needle 8 is bonded into an integral structure, as shown in fig. 17.
From the above, the assembly of the sealing ring 4, the needle seat 5, the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 and the needle seat central plug 7 and the adhesion of the needle body 8 into an integral structure are completed, the needle protecting cover 9 is sleeved on the needle point 8-1 until the fifth end surface 9-4 touches the second end surface 6-4, the fifth annular convex rib 9-21 on the inner side of the hollow circular cavity 9-2 of the needle protecting cover 9 is positioned beyond the small salient point 6-31 on the third annular convex rib 6-3 on the periphery of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 parallel to the axis and is not easy to loose, and the inner wall 9-3 of the hollow circular cavity 9-2 and the third annular convex rib 6-3 parallel to the axis keep a little clearance at the center of the axis and cannot shake, so as to be combined into a group assembly. Referring to the schematic view of the parts of the assembly which is completed to assemble the sealing ring 4, the needle seat 5, the needle seat positioning sleeve 6, the needle seat central plug 7, the needle body 8 and the needle protecting cover 9 into an integral structure, as shown in fig. 18.
The combination of the above combined group components and the assembled push rod 1, the rubber plug 2 and the cylinder body 3 is finally combined, the end surface of the conical hollow inner hole 3-6 of the cylinder body 3 is sleeved into the cylinder body positioning hole 6-5 of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 for positioning, the end surface of the conical hollow inner hole 3-6 is contacted with the hole position end surface 6-53 of the cylinder body positioning hole 6-5, the first annular convex rib 3-5 of the excircle passes through the second annular convex rib 6-52 of the combined hole wall to be tightly positioned without loosening, and the second annular plane 6-51 with the axis limited is contacted with the first annular plane 3-4 with the axis limited at the same time to ensure that the integral structure is kept consistent with the straight line of the central shaft. The hollow cylinder 5-5 of the needle seat 5 and the sealing ring 4 enter the conical hollow inner hole 3-6 together, and the outer edge of the sealing ring 4 is in close contact with the inner wall of the conical hollow inner hole 3-6 in an extruding way to start sealing. The whole micro high-precision recovery destruction type full injector structure assembly is completed. Referring to the schematic diagram of the components of the fully assembled micro high precision full syringe, as shown in fig. 19.
Using the operating procedure (one), the step of venting is performed before the extraction of the dose: the needle protecting cover 9 is removed, the push rod 2 is pushed towards the cylinder body until the rubber plug 2 contacts the bottom of the cylinder body 3, and residual air is completely emptied. The four first convex ribs 1-52 on the edge of the semispherical endpoint 51 at the front end of the push rod 1 penetrate through the small-diameter round hole 5-8 of the needle seat 5 and enter the central hollow hole 5-9, and the convex cylinder 5-6 on the circumference of the hollow cylinder 5-5 forms a pressing contact with the rubber plug 2. Before the medicine is extracted, the residual air in the cylinder body is completely emptied, so that the medicine entering the cylinder body during the medicine extraction is completely consistent with the scale. The purpose of executing exhaust is to easily control the precision of medicament extraction, more importantly to recover the lubrication of the rubber plug to reduce the friction resistance with the inner wall of the cylinder body, the operation is smoother, because the rubber plug is made of an elastomer, although the inner wall of the cylinder body is coated with a lubricant (medical silicon oil) before assembly, the outer edge of the rubber plug and the cylinder wall form extrusion contact after airtight and targeted combination, the rubber plug can be stored for a long time to discharge the lubricant on the contact surface, so that the movement resistance of the rubber plug and the cylinder wall is increased and is not forced to be smooth in operation, the execution of the exhaust to recover the lubrication of the rubber plug to reduce the friction resistance with the inner wall of the cylinder body is smoother, and. Referring to the operation flow, the operation of each component in the air exhausting step before the medicine extraction is schematically shown in FIG. 20.
Using the operational procedure (two), performing the extraction of the medicament: the needle point 8-1 of the needle body 8 is immersed into the medicament, if the medicament is bottled, the needle point 8-1 is pierced through a soft rubber plug at the bottle mouth to immerse the medicament, the square handle 1-1 of the push rod 1 is pulled, the rubber plug 2 is separated from the bottom of the inner hole of the cylinder body 3 to retreat, four first convex ribs 1-52 at the edge of a hemispherical endpoint 1-51 at the front end of the push rod 1 are separated from a central hollow hole 5-9 of the needle seat 5 through a small-diameter round hole 5-8, the medicament is sucked into the inner hole of the cylinder body 3 along with the movement distance until the position of a lip-like annular structure 2-3 of the rubber plug 2 and the metering scale on the surface of the cylinder body complete the extraction of the medicament meter, and the needle point 8-1 of. Referring to the operation flow-the operation of each component for extracting the medicament is performed, as shown in fig. 21.
Using operational procedure (iii), a medicament injection is performed: the needle point 8-1 of the needle body 8 pierces the skin of the human body to reach the injection part, the push rod 1 is pushed to drive the square handle 1-1 to make the rubber plug 2 advance towards the bottom of the inner hole of the cylinder body 3, then the medicament is injected into the human body along with the displacement distance until the rubber plug 2 contacts the bottom of the inner hole of the cylinder body 3, so that the medicament is injected into the human body to complete the injection; the needle tip 8-1 of the needle body 8 is pulled out from the skin of the epidermis of the human body. The relative positions of the components are completely consistent with the exhaust step executed before the medicament is extracted by using the operation flow (I); referring to the operation flow-the schematic diagram of the operation of each component in the exhaust step before the extraction of the medicament, refer to fig. 20.
Using the operation flow (iv), the injection is completed and the needle seat is loosened and withdrawn by rotation: after the injection is finished, the needle tip 8-1 of the needle body 8 is pulled out from the skin of the epidermis of the human body. The position of a third annular convex rib 6-3 on the outer side of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 is held by fingers of one hand, the square handle 1-1 of the push rod 1 is clamped by fingers of the other hand, and the rotation is performed by 150 degrees in the arrow direction. The third annular convex rib 6-3 of the circumferential convex rib at the outer side of the needle seat positioning sleeve 6 and the square handle 1-1 of the push rod 1 play a good role in preventing slip for the rotating operation, thereby being beneficial to the firmness of the rotating operation. At the moment, the cylinder 1-5 at the tail end of the push rod 1 is positioned in the center of a small-diameter round hole 5-8 of the needle seat 5, four first convex ribs 1-52 at the edge of a hemispherical end point are positioned in a central hollow hole 5-9 and form staggered interference with four second convex ribs 5-7 on the inner wall, so that the push rod 1 rotates to drive the needle seat 5 to synchronously rotate, the convex cylinder 5-2 leaves a concave opening 6-63 clamping point of the convex mountain structure 6-6 due to rotation, and is forced to reach a peak top 6-61 position according to a 45 slope 6-62, so that the needle seat 5, the sealing ring 4 and the needle body 8 are integrally moved towards the inside of the hollow hole of the barrel body 3 in a loosening and withdrawing manner. More importantly, because the sealing ring 4 is made of an elastic body, although lubricant (medical silicone oil) is coated on the inner wall of the barrel body before assembly, the outer edge of the sealing ring 4 is in extrusion contact with the barrel wall after airtight combination, the lubricant is started and discharged from the contact surface after a long time of storage, so that the operation resistance of the sealing ring 4 and the barrel wall is increased, the operation is not favorable for the pull-back operation, the rotation loosening and the pull-back operation are performed, the lubrication degree of the sealing ring 4 is reduced, the friction resistance of the inner wall of the barrel body is reduced, and the pull-back operation is smoother. Referring to the operation flow chart-the operation flow chart of rotating and releasing each component of the needle seat after injection is completed is shown in figure 22.
Using operation flow (V), the push rod is pulled back to pull the needle seat needle body to enter the barrel body: the rotary loosening and retreating action is completed, at the moment, the four first convex ribs 1-52 at the edge of the hemispherical end point of the push rod 1 are positioned in the central hollow hole 5-9 of the needle seat 5, and the peripheral diagonal lines of the four first convex ribs 1-52 are larger than the diameter of the small-diameter round hole 5-8 of the needle seat 5, so that the two combination parts are not easy to loosen; the hollow cylinder 5-5 of the needle stand 5 is circumferentially protruded with a cylinder 5-6 to be in extrusion contact with the first end surface 2-5 of the elastomer rubber plug 2; pulling the square handle 1-1 of the push rod 1 by fingers to start the traction action in the arrow direction of figure 23 so as to pull the needle seat 5, the sealing ring 4 and the needle body 4 to be integrated and completely enter the hollow hole of the barrel body 3; the protruding cylinder 5-6 on the circumference of the hollow cylinder 5-5 of the needle base 5 is in extrusion contact with the end surface of the elastomer rubber plug 2, and at the moment, the rubber plug 2 has elasticity to force the needle base 5, the sealing ring 4 and the needle body 8 to be integrally drawn on the small-diameter round hole 5-8 of the needle base 5 by the needle base 5 and the first convex rib 1-52 of the hemispherical end point at the front end of the push rod to be used as a swing fulcrum, so that the needle body 8 is forced to deviate from the central axis; the outer diameter of a circular flange 1-2 of the push rod 1 is slightly larger than the diameter of a triangular annular structure 3-3 protruding from the inner wall of the barrel body 3, and the push rod can be prevented from being separated from the barrel body 3 by pulling back, so that the safety protection effect is realized. Referring to the operation flow, the actuating push rod is pulled back to draw the needle seat needle body into each component of the barrel body, and the action schematic diagram is shown in fig. 23.
Using the operation flow (VI), pushing the push rod forward to execute needle body destruction: the push rod is pulled back to the needle seat 5, the sealing ring 4 and the needle body 8 are integrally and completely enter the hollow hole of the barrel body 3, the push rod 1 is pushed towards the direction of the barrel body 3, the tip of the needle point 8-1 of the needle body 8 can abut against the inner hole oblique conical surface 3-7 of the barrel body 3 or the fourth end surface 7-5 of the central plug 7 of the needle seat to prevent the needle body from continuously moving forward because the needle body 8 is deviated from the central axis, at the moment, the force is increased on the square handle 1-1 of the push rod 1 to force the needle body to be bent and deformed so as to destroy the needle body in the hollow hole of the barrel body 3, and the subsequent processing link can prevent the occurrence of the secondary needle bundle abnormal infection event to a great extent. Referring to the operation flow-the actuation schematic diagram of the components for executing the needle destruction by pushing the push rod forward, as shown in fig. 24.

The disposable micro high-precision safety syringe according to claim 1, wherein the rubber plug (2) is made of an elastomer material, the center of the rubber plug is a hollow through round hole (2-1), and the bottom surface of the rubber plug (2) forms a first end surface (2-5); the push rod (1) passes through the hollow through round hole (2-1) of the rubber plug (2) and is matched with the upper part of the needle seat (5); the center of the barrel body (3) is a hollow hole (3-2), and the lower end of the barrel body (3) is a hollow inner hole (3-6).

The disposable micro high-precision safety syringe according to claim 2, wherein a hollow cylinder (5-5) is arranged above the outer side of the needle stand (5), a protruding cylinder (5-6) is arranged on the outer circumference of the hollow cylinder (5-5), and the protruding cylinder (5-6) is in pressing contact with the first end face (2-5) of the rubber plug (2); the bottom of the lower end of the push rod (1) is a hemispherical end point (1-51), and four first convex ribs (1-52) are uniformly distributed on the hemispherical end point (1-51); a central hollow hole (5-9) is formed above the needle seat (5), a small-diameter round hole (5-8) is formed above the central hollow hole (5-9), and the diameter of the small-diameter round hole (5-8) is smaller than the distance between the axial lines of the opposite sides of the four first convex ribs (1-52) of the hemispherical end point (1-51) of the push rod (1); four second convex ribs (5-7) parallel to the axis are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the central hollow hole (5-9), and the first convex ribs (1-52) of the hemispherical end points (1-51) are matched with the second convex ribs (5-7) on the inner wall of the central hollow hole (5-9).

The disposable micro high-precision safety syringe according to claim 3, wherein the periphery of the lower end of the barrel body (3) is provided with a first annular plane (3-4) and a first annular convex rib (3-5); the upper section of the needle seat positioning sleeve (6) is a barrel body positioning hole (6-5), the barrel body positioning hole (6-5) is sequentially provided with a second annular plane (6-51), a second annular convex rib (6-52) and an inner hole end surface (6-53) from top to bottom, and the first annular plane (3-4), the first annular convex rib (3-5) and the conical hollow inner hole (3-6) are respectively matched with the second annular plane (6-51), the second annular convex rib (6-52) and the inner hole end surface (6-53).
