The following describes exemplary embodiments of the present application in detail with reference to the drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments can be supplemented or combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1a to 1c, a connecting member 1a of the first embodiment includes a base 11 and a plurality of connecting holes disposed on the base 11. The base 11 is in a cylindrical shape, a table shape or a spherical shape. In the present embodiment, the base portion 11 has a cylindrical shape, and two connection holes are provided, which are distinguished by a first connection hole 12a and a second connection hole 12 b. The base 11 is a solid cylinder surrounded by a top surface 111, a bottom surface 112, and side surfaces 113, and has an axial direction as a longitudinal direction and a diameter direction as a width direction. The first connection hole 12a and the second connection hole 12b each extend from different heights on the side surface 113 with respect to the bottom surface 112 toward the inside of the base portion 11 and penetrate through the base portion 11, that is, the first connection hole 12a and the second connection hole 12b extend in the width direction, thereby forming the blocking portion 114. The blocking portion 114 separates the first connection hole 12a and the second connection hole 12b so that the two connection holes do not communicate with each other. The orientation of the first connection hole 12a is different from the orientation of the second connection hole 12b, and in the present embodiment, the orientation is vertical, for example, with reference to the direction of the connection member 1a in fig. 1a, the orientation of the first connection hole 12a is the horizontal direction of the drawing, and the orientation of the second connection hole 12b is the vertical direction of the drawing. The connecting piece 1a is also provided with at least one positioning hole and comprises positioning pieces with the same number as the positioning holes. Each of the positioning holes communicates with one of the connection holes, and fig. 1c illustrates two positioning holes, distinguished by a first positioning hole 13a communicating with the first connection hole 12a and a second positioning hole 13b communicating with the second connection hole 13 b. Each positioning part extends into one of the positioning holes to abut against or separate from the connecting rod inserted into the connecting part, in this embodiment, the positioning part has a threaded section (for example, the positioning part is a bolt), the positioning hole is a threaded hole, and the positioning part and the positioning hole are in threaded fit so that the positioning part abuts against or separates from the connecting rod extending into the positioning hole.
With reference to fig. 1a to 1c, in use, the first connecting rod passes through the first connecting hole 12a and then is locked by the positioning element passing through the first positioning hole 13a, and the second connecting rod passes through the second connecting hole 12b and then is locked by the positioning element passing through the second positioning hole 13 b. If the position of the first connecting rod needs to be adjusted, the positioning element is unscrewed to separate the positioning element from the first connecting rod, so that the first connecting rod can be adjusted in the left and right directions of the drawing surface shown in fig. 1 a. The position of the second connecting rod is adjusted by the same principle.
In the above example, the case where two connection holes are not communicated is described, and in another embodiment, of at least two connection holes provided in the base portion, at least two connection holes may be communicated with each other, and these cases will be described separately below.
Referring to fig. 2a to 2c, in this embodiment, the base 11 of the connector 1b is a cylinder surrounded by a top surface 111, a bottom surface 112 and a side surface 113, and has an axial direction as a longitudinal direction and a diameter direction as a width direction. The first connection hole 12a and the second connection hole 12b have different orientations, and in the present embodiment, the first connection hole 12a extends from the top surface 111 to the inside of the base 11 (the first connection hole 12a extends in the longitudinal direction so that the base 11 becomes a hollow cylinder), and the second connection hole 12b extends from the side surface 113 to the inside of the base 11 and penetrates the base 11, and may also be understood as extending in the width direction, whereby the orientation of the first connection hole 12a and the orientation of the second connection hole 12b are perpendicular to each other. The first connection hole 12a extends from the top surface along the symmetrical axis of the base 11 toward the inside of the base 11, but does not penetrate the bottom surface 112 of the base 11, whereby the depth of the first connection hole 12a is smaller than the thickness of the base 11. The second connection hole 12b penetrates the base 11 from the side surface 113 and communicates with the first connection hole 12 a. Like the attachment member 1a, the attachment member 1b also has a plurality of positioning holes, as shown in fig. 2c, illustrating a first positioning hole 13a and a second positioning hole 13 b. The first positioning hole 13a communicates with the first connection hole 12 a. The second positioning hole 13b communicates with the second connection hole 12 b. The matching relationship between the connecting rod and the connecting piece 1b is the same as the matching relationship between the connecting rod and the connecting piece, and is not described again.
Referring to fig. 3a to 3c in combination with fig. 2a to 2c, the connecting member 1c of the present embodiment has at least the following differences compared with the connecting member 1b of the second embodiment:
1) the first connection hole 12a also penetrates the base 11, and specifically, in the present embodiment, the first connection hole 12a extends from the top surface 111 toward the inside of the base 11 and penetrates the bottom surface 112, that is, in the longitudinal direction. The second connection hole 12 extends in the width direction, and penetrates the base portion 11 from the side surface 113 in the diameter direction;
2) the second connection hole 12b of the connection member 1c is positioned closer to the top surface 111 than the second connection hole 12b of the connection member 1b, and as shown in fig. 3c, the second connection hole 12b of the connection member 1c is positioned approximately at the middle of the base 11;
3) in this embodiment, a third positioning hole 13c is added. The third positioning hole 13c and the first positioning hole 13a communicate with the first connection hole 12 a. In this case, the connector comprises three positioning elements. Each positioning element abuts against or is separated from the connecting rod extending into one positioning hole, and the working mode of the positioning element can be referred to the description in fig. 1a to 1c, which is not described again.
Referring to fig. 4a to 4c in combination with fig. 3a to 3c, the connecting member 1d of the present embodiment also includes a base portion 11 and two connecting holes (a first connecting hole 12a and a second connecting hole 12b) compared to the connecting member 1 c. The base 11 has a cylindrical shape surrounded by a top surface 111, a bottom surface 112, and a side surface 113, and has an axial direction as a longitudinal direction and a radial direction as a width direction. The first connection hole 12a extends in the axial direction and penetrates the top surface 111 and the bottom surface 112. This connection has at least the following differences compared to connection 1 c: the second connection hole 12b extends from the side surface 113 toward the inside of the base portion 11, and has a depth smaller than the thickness of the base portion in the extending direction, that is, the second connection hole 12b does not penetrate the base portion 11 in the width direction.
Referring to fig. 5a to 5c and fig. 4a to 4c, the connecting member 1e of this embodiment still includes a base 11, a first connecting hole 12a, a second connecting hole 12b, a first positioning hole 13a and a second positioning hole 13b, and a positioning member engaged with the positioning holes (13a and 13 b). The connecting element 1e differs from the connecting element 1d at least as follows: the depth of the first connection hole 12a is smaller than the thickness of the base 11 in the direction in which the first connection hole 12a extends, that is, the first connection hole 12a does not penetrate the base 11 in the axial direction of the base 11. The depth of the second connection hole 12b is smaller than the thickness of the base 11 in the direction in which the second connection hole 12b extends, that is, the depth of the second connection hole 12b is smaller than the diameter of the base 11, which does not penetrate the base 11 in the diameter direction. Further, the second connection hole 12b of the connection member 1e is closer to the bottom surface 112 and lacks the third positioning hole 13 c.
Referring to fig. 6a to 6c and fig. 2a to 2c, the connecting member 1f of the sixth embodiment also includes a base 11, a first connecting hole 12a, a second connecting hole 12b, a first positioning hole 13a, a second positioning hole 13b, and the like, wherein the first connecting hole 12a and the second connecting hole 12b are connected and oriented differently. The connecting member 1f is different from the connecting member 1b in at least the following points: and also includes a third connecting hole 12c, a third positioning hole 13c, and a fourth positioning hole 13 d. The third connection hole 12c extends from the side surface 113 toward the inside of the base 11 and penetrates the base 11, that is, in a diameter direction (width direction) which is oriented differently from the first connection hole 12a and the second connection hole 12b, it can be understood that the first connection hole 12a, the second connection hole 12b and the third connection hole 12c correspond to x, y and z directions in the three-dimensional space, respectively. The third positioning hole 13c extends from the side surface 113 toward the inside of the base 11 and communicates with the third connection hole 12 c. The fourth positioning hole 13d and the first positioning hole 13a communicate with the first connection hole 12a and are engaged with the corresponding positioning members.
In the above various examples, only two or three connection holes are taken as an example for illustration, and a skilled person can understand that the connecting member may also include a plurality of connection holes, and in the plurality of connection holes, at least two connection holes have different orientations (e.g., are not perpendicular), for example, three connection holes, and the orientations of three connection holes may be perpendicular to each other, or the orientation of the first connection hole and the orientation of the second connection hole may be the same, and the orientation of the third connection hole is perpendicular to the orientation of the first connection hole and the orientation of the second connection hole, in short, the orientation is determined according to actual engineering requirements.
The various connectors described above have at least the following advantages:
the base part is in a column shape, a table body shape or a sphere shape, the connecting holes extend from the surface of the base part 11 to the inner part of the base part 11 and are arranged on the base part, some connecting holes penetrate through the base part 11 and some connecting holes do not penetrate through the base part 11, and the orientation of at least two connecting holes in the connecting holes 11 is different, so that the connecting piece does not have many branches like the prior design, the size of the connecting piece is small, the connecting piece is not clumsy, and in addition, the connecting piece is connected with the connecting rod through the connecting holes extending from the surface of the base part to the inner part of the base part, the appearance of the. Based on the technical idea of solving the problem of 'swelling', the connecting piece is cylindrical, platform-shaped or spherical, and as shown in fig. 1a to 6c, the connecting piece is cylindrical; or a prism surrounded by planes, such as a quadrangular prism; or a sphere surrounded by curved surfaces. Of course, a cylinder is advantageous over a prism in the case where it is required to turn in a horizontal plane, because the cylinder is a rotating body and the orientation in the horizontal plane can be adjusted by simply rotating the base.
The present application further provides a frame. Such a frame may be a cabinet, wardrobe, table frame, etc., comprising a plurality of connecting rods and a plurality of connecting members. Such a connector may be any of the connectors previously described. Each connecting rod is inserted into a corresponding connecting hole to assemble the frame. The frame concept of the present application is illustrated by way of example in fig. 7a and 7 b. Fig. 7a and 7b illustrate only a part of the frame, mainly for explaining the connection relationship thereof. The partial frame shown in the figure comprises 3 connecting elements 1f (for the sake of distinction 1f1, 1f2 and 1f3), 1 connecting element 1b, 1 connecting element 1c, 3 flanges (2a, 2b, 2c) and 9 connecting rods (21-29). The flanges (2a, 2b) include a flange body 21 and a receiving portion 22 extending from a surface of the flange body 21 in a direction away from the flange body 21. The flange body 21 is provided with a fixing hole 211. The accommodating portion 22 includes an accommodating hole 221 and an accommodating hole 222.
