At present, a flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate, also called a fire-proof plate, is generally prepared into a sheet shape by impregnating a central layer, a surface wear-resistant layer and the like with resin and then performing high-temperature hot pressing. These fire retardant and wear resistant decorative panels are commonly used as decking for table tops, furniture, countertops, and the like. At present, in order to save energy, reduce emission and reduce energy consumption, the requirement of the motion carrier on light weight is higher and higher. The composite formed board surface of the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative board, the wood board, the laminated board and the like gradually cannot meet the light-weight requirement. The aramid fiber paper honeycomb has excellent performances of light weight, high strength, flame retardance, environmental protection, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and the like, is widely applied to high-end fields of aerospace, military industry and the like, and the sandwich structure can meet the requirement of mechanical property and greatly reduce the weight of a product, so that the requirement of light weight can be well met. However, when the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate on the current market is directly compounded with aramid fiber honeycombs, foams and other core materials to form a plate surface, the overall mechanical property of the plate surface is often relatively weak, and particularly the impact resistance is difficult to achieve an ideal effect.
With the development of technology, rail transit vehicles have higher and higher requirements for light weight. At present, aramid paper honeycomb composite materials are gradually applied to rail transit vehicles. The product is mainly a sandwich structure compounded by aramid paper honeycombs and prepreg. The prior art of the aramid fiber paper honeycomb composite material for the wall plate and the partition plate between the rail vehicles is that the aramid fiber paper honeycomb and the prepreg are compounded into a composite board, and then the composite board and the fireproof plate are subjected to composite molding. Or the aramid paper honeycomb, the glass fiber fabric and the fireproof plate are formed in a composite mode. The former has higher product cost due to the use of pre-soaking materials and multiple forming. On one hand, the mechanical property of the glass fiber fabric is inferior to that of the prepreg, the product prepared by the method has weaker performance than the prepreg, and on the other hand, the product prepared by the method is easy to cause weight increase. The prior art is not beneficial to the popularization, application and development of the aramid paper honeycomb composite material.

The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions relevant to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings.

The fabric flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 has the flame-retardant wear-resistant characteristics of a fireproof plate and the mechanical properties of prepreg. The fabric is not required to be prepared into prepreg, but is molded together with the fireproof plate to prepare the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 material, and then the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate is directly subjected to composite molding with the honeycomb to prepare products such as partition walls, partition plates and the like.
According to an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 and the aramid honeycomb core are integrally formed.
The beneficial effects of adopting the technical scheme of the disclosure are: the fabric is introduced into the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 for reinforcement, the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 has flame-retardant, wear-resistant and decorative functions, and meanwhile, the mechanical property of the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 with flame-retardant and wear-resistant decoration can be greatly improved, the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 disclosed by the invention can be directly compounded with core materials such as honeycomb and foam in one step, on the premise of meeting good mechanical property, the production processes are reduced, the cost is reduced, in addition, in the implementation process, different fabrics can be selected according to different mechanical property requirements for reinforcement, so that the product compounded by the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 and the aramid paper honeycomb layer 2 meets the characteristics of light weight, good mechanical property, good flame-retardant property, good wear-resistant property. In the technical scheme, the product performance is ensured, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. According to the technical scheme of integrally forming the fabric and the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1, the fabric reinforced fireproof plate has the flame-retardant wear-resistant and decorative effects of the fireproof plate and the mechanical property of the fabric reinforced resin. A fourth aspect of the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a composite panel, for manufacturing a composite panel according to any one of the second aspects of the present disclosure, comprising the steps of:
respectively placing the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plates 1 on two sides of the aramid paper honeycomb layer 2;
and (3) directly compounding and molding the flame-retardant wear-resistant decorative plate 1 positioned on the two sides of the aramid paper honeycomb layer 2 and the aramid paper honeycomb layer 2.
