the first and third members being connected to opposite first and second ends of the second member, respectively;
the first and third components are titanium alloy plates;
the first component and the third component are an upper end piece and a lower end piece of a middle frame of the mobile terminal respectively, and the second component is a middle plate of the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the first component and the third component are respectively provided with a first connecting structure, the first connecting structure is a boss protruding out of the surface of the first component and the surface of the third component, and a through hole or a column is arranged on the boss;

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure provides a middle frame structure, including: a first part 400, a second part 500 and a third part 600. The first member 400 and the third member 600 are connected to opposite first and second ends of the second member 500, respectively. The first part 400 and the third part 600 are titanium alloy plates; the second member 500 is a metal plate. The first part 400 and the third part 600 are an upper end part and a lower end part of a middle frame of the mobile terminal, respectively, and the second part 500 is a middle plate of the mobile terminal.
First connection structures 411 and 421 are disposed on the first component 400, and the first connection structures 411 and 421 are bosses protruding from the surface of the first component 400. The third component 600 is provided with a third connecting structure 610, the third connecting structure 610 is a boss protruding from the surface of the third component 600, and the boss is provided with a through hole or a column.
Second connection structures 510 are respectively disposed at the first end portion and the second end portion of the second member 500, and the second connection structures 510 are bosses 511 protruding from the first end portion and the second end portion. The bosses 511 are provided with posts or through holes which are matched with the through holes or posts on the first member 400 and the third member 600.
The first component 400 is connected to the second connection structure 511 through the first connection structures 411 and 421, and the third component 600 is connected to the second connection structure 511 through the third connection structure 610.
The structure forms the middle frame structural part. Taking the three-part combined structural member as an example, the first part and the third part are respectively connected with two ends of the second part to form a combined structural member. When the combined structural member is used on a mobile phone, the combined structural member can be used as an outer frame of the mobile phone. The first part and the second part at the two ends are the upper end plate and the lower end plate of the mobile phone to form the appearance of the mobile phone, can be made of titanium alloy, have high strength, good corrosion resistance and small heat conduction elasticity, beautify the appearance and meet the requirements of the mobile terminal on the performance of the outer frame and the user requirements. The second part is made of metal material which is lighter than titanium alloy, and because titanium alloy is expensive and difficult to process, and the weight per unit volume is large, in the embodiment, the second part serving as the middle plate is relatively large in volume, and a non-titanium alloy plate such as an aluminum alloy plate or an aluminum plate is adopted, so that the overall weight of the structural member is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the difficulty of the overall processing process is reduced.
In one embodiment, a grooved profile 412 is further provided on a surface of the first part 400 opposite to the second part 500, and a grooved profile 620 is further provided on a surface of the third part 600 opposite to the second part 500.
A channel 412 is provided on the surfaces of the first and third members 400 and 600 for installing other structural members by which the first and second members 400 and 500 are coupled and the coupling between the third member 600 and the second member 500 enhances the strength of the middle frame structural member. The channel member 412 enhances the strength of fixing other members by being provided in a channel-type structure.
In one embodiment, a plastic member is connected between the first member 400 and the second member 500 through the channel member 412, and the first member 400 and the second member 500 are connected through the plastic member. A plastic member is connected between the third member 600 and the second member 500 through the channel member 620, and the third member 600 and the second member 500 are connected through the plastic member.
The strength of the middle frame structure is enhanced by connecting the first member 400 and the second member 500, and the third member 600 and the second member 500 by the plastic members. The plastic part is connected with the groove-shaped part 412, and the groove-shaped structure of the groove-shaped part 412 is filled with plastic, so that the strength of fixing the plastic part is enhanced, and the plastic part is not easy to fall off.
In one embodiment, the first member 400 includes a first end plate 410 and a second end plate 420, the first end plate 410 and the second end plate 420 being separated by a gap 430.
A slot is provided in a clearance area of the middle frame member, and the slot antenna is configured by combining a feeding member which radiates electromagnetic waves to the outside through the slot.
In one embodiment, a first connection structure 411 is disposed on the first end plate 410, and a first connection structure 421 is disposed on the second end plate 420; the second connection structure 511 is provided at a first end of the second member 500 to be engaged with the first connection structure 411 of the first end plate 410 and the first connection structure 421 of the second end plate 420.
In one embodiment, the first connection structures 411, 421 and the second connection structure 511 are riveted.
In one embodiment, the gap 430 is filled by the plastic member.
The middle frame member of the present disclosure is applied to a mobile terminal device, for example, a mobile phone, in the vicinity of an antenna of the mobile phone, a gap 430 for radiating electromagnetic waves is provided, the gap 430 can be observed from the appearance, and external dust can enter the mobile phone through the gap 430, for the sake of beauty and dust prevention, the gap 430 is filled with a plastic member, so that the appearance is beautified, the dust prevention effect is effectively achieved, and the strength of the middle frame structure is enhanced.
In one embodiment, the second member 500 is an aluminum alloy plate.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a mobile terminal is provided, where the mobile terminal includes a power supply and a middle frame structure, where the middle frame structure is the above middle frame structure, and an electronic component electrically connected to the power supply is disposed on the middle frame structure; and the display screen at least covers the front side and the left and right sides of the second component. Because the display screen of the mobile terminal in the embodiment at least covers the front side and the left side and the right side of the second part, the mobile terminal does not have a left frame and a right frame, and the requirements for the upper frame and the lower frame are improved, so that the strength of the frames is improved by adopting the upper end piece and the lower end piece of the left middle frame and the right middle frame of the titanium alloy plate.

the first and third members being connected to opposite first and second ends of the second member, respectively;
the first and third components are titanium alloy plates;
the first component and the third component are an upper end piece and a lower end piece of a middle frame of the mobile terminal respectively, and the second component is a middle plate of the mobile terminal.

The middle frame structure according to claim 1, wherein a first connecting structure is respectively arranged on the first component and the third component, the first connecting structure is a boss protruding from the surface of the first component and the surface of the third component, and a through hole or a column is arranged on the boss;
a second connecting structure is arranged at the first end part and the second end part of the second part, the second connecting structure is a boss protruding out of the first end part and the second end part, and a column or a through hole matched with the through hole or the column arranged on the bosses of the first part and the third part is arranged on the boss of the second part;
the first component and the third component are connected by the first connection structure and the second connection structure, respectively.
