Background
At present, the face masks suitable for the LED display screen are all box-shaped, the face masks are provided with upper and lower openings and are installed on the panel or embedded into the panel, and the face masks are arranged outside the light source and can play roles in protecting the light source, preventing water and the like. However, the box-packed mask can influence the light output of the light source, and block part of the light source on the side surface, so that the display screen can be seen at a place with a larger angle, the light is weaker, and the display effect is poor. As shown in fig. 1, when the light source is turned on, the light-emitting angle of the side surface is blocked, which results in a smaller viewing angle of the display screen and affects the display effect of the display screen.
In view of the above, overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art is an urgent problem in the art.

To the above defect or the improvement demand of prior art, the application provides a LED display screen face guard and LED display screen, its aim at sets the arcwall face and the inclined plane form that combines together with the open-ended side, partly jets out along the arcwall face of light source illumination's light, another part jets out along the inclined plane, the light that the arcwall face and inclined plane were LED out can complement the stack each other, the light that can more complete derivation emission light source sent, increase the visual angle of display screen, the light angle of the play of solving present side from this is blocked, lead to the visual angle of display screen to diminish, influence the technical problem of the display effect of display screen.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a LED display screen mask, which includes a mask, wherein a plurality of openings are formed in the mask, the openings are distributed in an array, each side of the opening is provided with an arc surface and two inclined surfaces, the arc surface is disposed at the middle position of the corresponding side, the inclined surfaces are disposed at the edge positions of the corresponding sides, and the arc surface is disposed between the two inclined surfaces;
the inclined planes on the adjacent side edges are connected with each other, and the emission angle of light rays is increased under the matching of the inclined planes and the arc-shaped surfaces.
Preferably, the inclination angle of the inclined plane is 3 to 5 °.
Preferably, a plurality of fixing holes are arranged on the face mask, and the fixing holes are positioned at the overlapped vertex positions of every four adjacent openings on the face mask.
Preferably, the face cover is provided with a buckle cover, the buckle cover is buckled on the fixing hole, and the buckle cover is separable relative to the fixing hole.
Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the opening is a polygon.
Preferably, the opening comprises four side edges, and the cross-sectional shape of the opening is rectangular or square.
Preferably, the arc-shaped surfaces are symmetrically arranged relative to the central line of the opening, and the lowest point of the arc-shaped surfaces is coincided with the central line of the opening;
the light source is arranged at a position which meets the condition that the light-emitting center of the light source corresponds to the lowest point of the arc-shaped surface.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the embodiment provides a mask for an LED display screen, which specifically includes a mask 1, wherein a plurality of openings 2 are disposed on the mask 1, the openings 2 are distributed in an array, each side edge of the opening 2 is provided with an arc-shaped surface 3 and two inclined surfaces 4, the arc-shaped surface 3 is disposed at a middle position of the corresponding side edge, the inclined surfaces 4 are disposed at edge positions of the corresponding side edge, and the arc-shaped surface 3 is disposed between the two inclined surfaces 4; the inclined planes 4 on the adjacent side edges are connected with each other, and the emission angle of light rays is increased under the matching of the inclined planes 4 and the arc-shaped surfaces 3.
In the embodiment, the side edge of the opening 2 is set to be the combination of the arc-shaped surface 3 and the inclined surface 4, and with reference to fig. 5, a part of light irradiated by the light source is emitted along the arc-shaped surface 3, and the other part of light is emitted along the inclined surface 4, and the light guided out by the arc-shaped surface 3 and the inclined surface 4 can be mutually supplemented and overlapped, so that the light emitted by the light source can be guided out more completely, and the visual angle of the display screen can be increased. In fig. 5, the left dotted line indicates that in the prior art, the arc-shaped surface is connected to the top pillar, a part of light is blocked by the top pillar, and the top pillar is partially cut to form the inclined surface 4, so that the blocked light can be guided out.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the opening 2 is a polygon. The opening 2 comprises four side edges, the cross section of the opening 2 is rectangular or square, light of the light source is led out through the opening 2, and meanwhile the functions of protecting the light source, preventing water and the like can be achieved.
In a practical application scenario, as shown in fig. 5, the inclination angle (angle a in fig. 5) of the inclined plane 4 is 3 ° to 5 °, so that the inclined plane 4 can guide out more light, and the side edge between the adjacent openings 2 is not cut off too much to a certain extent, so that the strength of the wall surface of the mask 1 can be ensured.
In this embodiment, the face mask 1 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 5, the fixing holes 5 are located at the overlapping vertex positions of every four adjacent openings 2 on the face mask 1, and the fixing holes 5 are used for fixing with an LED panel. Because each staggered point all is equipped with fixed orifices 5, can correspond fixedly according to the fixed column on the LED panel of difference, can fix at random, no longer receive panel fixed orifices 5's restriction.
Furthermore, the face mask 1 is provided with a buckle cover 6, the buckle cover 6 is buckled on the fixing hole 5, and the buckle cover 6 is separable relative to the fixing hole 5. Other fixing holes 5 which are not used are buckled with the buckle cover 6, so that the strength and the rigidity of the face mask 1 can be ensured, and the stability of the face mask 1 can be ensured under the condition that flexible installation can be realized.
In a preferred embodiment, the arc-shaped surfaces 3 are symmetrically arranged relative to the central line of the opening 2, and the lowest point of the arc-shaped surfaces 3 is coincident with the central line of the opening 2; the light source is arranged at a position which meets the condition that the light-emitting center of the light source corresponds to the lowest point of the arc-shaped surface 3, so that the light-emitting uniformity of the whole display screen is better.
Preferably, the position of the overlapped vertex of two adjacent openings 2 on the face mask 1 is higher than the top surface of the light source, so that the function of supporting and protecting can be achieved.
The back of face guard 1 is provided with the ka tai, is located the marginal side of face guard 1, in actual assembly, carries out the location of face guard 1 and LED panel through the ka tai to improve the convenience of installation.
In another embodiment, an LED display screen is also provided, which includes the aforementioned LED display screen.
