Referring to fig. 4b, the profile plate connection structure is different from the profile plate connection structure shown in fig. 4a in that the edge banding 13 further has flanges 131 at the section edges of the wrapped upper and lower outer skins; the edge sealing strip 13 is adhered to the opening section of the section bar plate and/or the edge of the outer skin plate 12 wrapped by the flanging 131 of the edge sealing strip, and/or is welded at the welding point 17 of the edge of the outer skin plate 12 wrapped by the flanging 131 of the edge sealing strip 13.
The connection mode of the edge banding and the clamping strip is not limited to the specific structure of the connection.
Based on the same inventive concept, the connecting structure of the section plates can be widely applied to industries such as furniture, decoration and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A profile plate connecting structure, comprising: the profile plate (1) and the adapter plate (2);
the profile plate (1) comprises: an inner core plate (11) and upper and lower outer covering plates (12) fixedly connected to the upper and lower outer surfaces of the inner core plate (11);
the inner core plate (11) comprises at least two end-connected first inner core plate units (15) and second inner core plate units (16);
the first core plate unit (15) includes: the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152), and a first side plate (153) and a second side plate (154) which are fixedly connected with the ends of the first upper plate (151) and the first lower plate (152), wherein a cavity is formed among the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152), the first side plate (153) and the second side plate (154); a clamping groove (162) capable of being inserted into the adapter plate (2) is formed in the outer end of the second inner core plate unit (16) at the end part of the section plate (1);
the section of the profile plate (1) is sealed by an edge sealing strip (13);
the profile plate (1) comprises in cross section: an opening formed by an L-shaped inward hook (156) at the tail end of the first inner core plate unit (15) is formed between the section (121) of the upper and lower outer covering plates (12) and the section (121) of the upper and lower outer covering plates (12);
an elastic strip (18) is placed in the opening, and the elastic strip (18) is provided with at least one first rib plate (183) with teeth in the direction of the opening; the edge sealing strip (13) is provided with at least one second rib plate (132) with teeth towards the opening, and the elastic strip (18) is connected with the teeth on the first rib plate (183) in a mutually meshed mode through the second rib plate (132).
2. The profile plate connection structure according to claim 1, wherein the catching groove (162) is a U-shaped catching groove including a third side plate (163) of the second core plate unit (16) and an L-shaped catching groove plate (164) extended from the second upper plate (161) or the lower plate.
3. A profile plate connection according to claim 1, characterised in that the resilient strip (18) is glued or screwed into an opening formed by an L-shaped inward hook (156) at the end of the first core plate element (15).
4. The profile plate connection according to claim 1, wherein the number of the first rib plates (183) on the elastic strip (18) is two or more; the number (132) of the second rib plates on the edge sealing strip (13) is one; the second rib plates (132) are clamped between two adjacent first rib plates (183); or
The number of the first rib plates (183) on the elastic strip (18) is one; the number of the second rib plates (132) on the edge sealing strip (13) is more than or equal to two; the first rib plates (183) are clamped between the adjacent second rib plates (132).
5. The profile plate connection according to claim 1, wherein the elastic strip (18) has protrusions (182) at the edges of the upper and lower side edges (181), and the protrusions (182) are engaged with the L-shaped inward hooks (156) at the ends of the first upper and lower sheets (151, 152) of the first core plate unit (15).
6. A profile plate connection according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the edge strip (13) has upper and lower edges flush with the outer skin (12); the edge strip (13) abuts against the profile plate section and closes the profile plate section of the connecting structure by means of gluing to the section and/or welding to the outer skin plate section (121).
7. Profile plate connection according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the edge strip (13) also has a flanging (131) at the edge of the section (121) of the wrapped upper and lower outer covering (12); the edge sealing strip (13) is adhered to the section of the section bar plate connecting structure and/or the edge of the outer covering plate (12) wrapped by the flanging (131) of the edge sealing strip (13) and/or is welded to the outer covering plate (12) of the section bar plate connecting structure.
8. A profiled sheet connecting structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the cavity formed between the first upper sheet (151), the first lower sheet (152) and the first side sheet (153), the second side sheet (154) of the first core sheet unit (15) has at least one rib (157) fixedly connecting the first upper sheet (151) and the first lower sheet (152).
9. A profile plate connection according to any of claims 1-5, wherein receiving grooves (158) for receiving connecting elements are provided in the cavity formed between the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152) and the first side plate (153), the second side plate (154) of the first core plate unit (15).
10. Profile panel furniture or finishing, characterized in that it comprises a profile panel connection according to any of claims 1-9.
