With reference to fig. 6b, the profile plate connection differs from the profile plate connection shown in fig. 6a in that the edge strip 13 is welded at 17 to the outer skin 12 by means of its flange 131, closing the open cross-section of the profile plate of the present embodiment.
The extension of the ends of the upper and lower panels of the core board unit to form the connection portions is not limited to the specific structure of the connection described above.
Based on the same inventive concept, the profile board can be widely applied to industries such as furniture, decoration and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A profile plate connecting structure, comprising: the profile plate (1) and the adapter plate (2);
the section bar plate (1) comprises an inner core plate (11) and outer covering plates (12) fixedly connected to the upper outer surface and the lower outer surface of the inner core plate (11);
the inner core plate (11) comprises at least two end-connected first inner core plate units (15) and second inner core plate units (16);
the first core plate unit (15) includes: the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152), and a first side plate (153) and a second side plate (154) which are fixedly connected with the ends of the first upper plate (151) and the first lower plate (152), wherein a cavity is formed among the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152), the first side plate (153) and the second side plate (154);
a clamping groove (162) capable of being inserted into the adapter plate (2) is formed in the outer end of the second inner core plate unit (16) at the end part of the section plate (1);
the section of the profile plate (1) is sealed by a sealing strip (13) with a C-shaped cross section;
the section of the section plate (1) and the edge of the outer mask plate (12) are wrapped by the C-shaped edge sealing strip (13), and flanges (131) at two ends of the C-shaped edge sealing strip (13) are abutted against the outer mask plate (12) of the section plate (1);
the edge sealing strip (13) is adhered to the section of the section bar plate (1) and/or the edge of an outer covering plate (12) wrapped by a flanging (131) of the edge sealing strip (13), and/or is welded to the outer covering plate (12) of the section bar plate (1).
2. The profile plate connection structure according to claim 1, wherein the catching groove (162) is a U-shaped catching groove including an L-shaped catching groove plate (164) extended from the third side plate (163) and the second upper plate (161) or the second lower plate of the second core plate unit (16).
3. A profile plate connection according to claim 1, wherein the cavity formed between the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152) and the first side plate (153), the second side plate (154) of the first core plate unit (15) has at least one rib (155) fixedly connecting the first upper plate (151) and the first lower plate (152).
4. A profile plate connection according to claim 3, wherein said section is a closed section formed by the section (121) of the outer skin (12) and the first side plate (153) or rib (155) of the first core plate unit (15);
the edge strip (13) is applied against the closed section and closes the section of the profile plate by means of adhesion to the edge of the outer skin (12) which is wrapped by the edge fold (131) of the edge strip (13) and/or by means of welding to the outer skin (12).
5. The profile plate connection structure according to claim 1, wherein ends of the first upper plate (151) and the first lower plate (152) of the first core plate unit (15) are extended to form a connection portion (156).
6. A profiled sheet connecting structure according to claim 5, characterised in that said section is the section (121) of said outer skin (12) and the open section formed by said cavity; or the cross section is an opening cross section formed by the cross section (121) of the outer cover plate (12) and the connecting part (156);
the edge strip (13) is arranged close to the opening section and closes the section of the profile plate (1) by means of adhesion to the opening section and/or to the edge of an outer skin plate (12) which is wrapped by a flange (131) of the edge strip (13) and/or welding to the outer skin plate (12).
7. A profile plate connection according to any of claims 1-6, wherein receiving grooves for receiving connecting elements are provided in the cavity formed between the first upper plate (151), the first lower plate (152) and the first side plate (153), the second side plate (154) of the first core plate unit (15).
8. A profiled sheet connecting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the outer surface of the first core sheet unit (15) and/or the second core sheet unit (16) is at least partially uneven.
9. A profile plate connection according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the thickness of the first core plate element (15) and/or the second core plate element (16) is 16-48 mm; the width of the first inner core plate unit (15) and/or the second inner core plate unit (16) is 50-200 mm; the thickness of the outer mask (12) is 0.5-1 mm.
10. A profile panel furniture or finishing comprising a profile panel attachment structure according to any of claims 1 to 9.
