Referring to fig. 1, the present invention relates to a cleaning tool, which comprises a mop 1 that can be used independently or used in cooperation with a mop bucket, and a mop bucket 2 that can be used in cooperation with the mop 1.

In this embodiment, the upper rod and the lower rod are sleeved with each other, and the elastic device includes a compression spring or an extension spring disposed between the upper rod and the lower rod.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower rod is sleeved in the upper rod, the elastic device includes an upper connector 1131 and a lower connector 1132 which are arranged in the lower rod, and an extension spring 1133 connected between the upper connector and the lower connector, the lower rod has a clamping portion 1121, the upper connector is limited by the clamping portion and cannot move below the clamping portion, a connecting rod 1111 is arranged inside the upper rod and is fixedly connected with or abutted against the lower connector, and the movement of the upper rod in the direction of the lower rod causes the connecting rod to drive the lower connector to move downwards so as to extend the extension spring. In other embodiments, the assembling structure of the upper rod, the lower rod and the elastic device can also be as follows: the lower rod is sleeved in the upper rod, the elastic device comprises an upper connecting piece, a lower connecting piece and an extension spring connected between the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece, the upper connecting piece is fixedly connected with the lower rod, a connecting rod is arranged in the upper rod and is fixedly connected with or abutted against the lower connecting piece, and the upper rod moves towards the direction of the lower rod so that the connecting rod drives the lower connecting piece to move downwards to further extend the extension spring; or the lower rod is sleeved outside the upper rod, the elastic device comprises an upper connecting piece, a lower connecting piece and an extension spring connected between the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece, the lower connecting piece is fixedly connected with the upper rod, a connecting rod is arranged in the lower rod and is fixedly connected with or abutted against the upper connecting piece, and the upper rod moves towards the direction of the lower rod so that the connecting rod drives the upper connecting piece to move upwards to further extend the extension spring; or the lower rod is sleeved outside the upper rod, the elastic device comprises an upper connecting piece and a lower connecting piece which are arranged in the upper rod, and an extension spring connected between the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece, the upper rod is provided with a clamping part, the lower connecting piece is limited by the clamping part and cannot move upwards the clamping part, a connecting rod is arranged in the lower rod, the connecting rod is fixedly connected with or abutted against the upper connecting piece, and the upper rod moves towards the direction of the lower rod, so that the connecting rod drives the upper connecting piece to move upwards and further stretches the extension spring; or, the elastic device comprises an upper connecting piece, a lower connecting piece and a compression spring connected between the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece, the upper connecting piece is connected with the upper rod, the lower connecting piece is connected with the lower rod, and the upper rod moves towards the direction of the lower rod to compress the compression spring.
In this embodiment, the separation preventing structure includes a blocking member provided on one of the upper rod and the lower rod and a blocked member provided on the other, and when the upper rod moves relative to the lower rod, the blocked member is blocked by the blocking member to prevent the upper rod and the lower rod from separating.
Preferably, the wringing device comprises a wringing frame fixedly connected to the upper rod, one of the wringing frame and the lower rod is provided with a sliding groove extending along the moving direction of the upper rod and the lower rod, the other one of the wringing frame and the lower rod is provided with a sliding block (not shown in the figure) matched with the sliding groove, the blocking piece comprises a blocking part arranged at the end part of the sliding groove, and the blocked piece comprises the sliding block. Preferably, the end of the sliding groove is closed to form the blocking part. In other embodiments, the blocking member is an upper rod end sleeve disposed on the upper rod, the blocked member is a lower rod end sleeve disposed on the lower rod, the lower rod end sleeve is disposed in the upper rod and above the upper rod end sleeve, and an outer diameter of the lower rod end sleeve is greater than an inner diameter of the upper rod end sleeve. In other embodiments, when the upper rod is sleeved in the lower rod, the blocking member may be a lower rod end sleeve disposed on the lower rod, the blocked member is an upper rod end sleeve disposed on the upper rod, the upper rod end sleeve is disposed in the lower rod and below the lower rod end sleeve, and an outer diameter of the upper rod end sleeve is greater than an inner diameter of the lower rod end sleeve.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the locking structure includes a trigger 1151 and a locking member 1152 linked with the trigger, both the trigger and the locking member are disposed on the lower rod, the mop plate is triggered after being in a water squeezing state relative to the mop rod, and the trigger is linked with the locking member to lock the upper rod or the water squeezing device.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the locking member blocks the end of the wringer device to lock the upper lever or the wringer device. In other embodiments, the locking element blocks the end of the upper shaft and locks the upper shaft or the wringer. In other embodiments, the upper rod or the wringing device is provided with a clamping table, and the locking piece blocks at the clamping table to lock the upper rod or the wringing device. In other embodiments, the upper rod or the wringing device is provided with a locking groove, and the locking piece extends into the locking groove to lock the upper rod or the wringing device.
Referring to fig. 3, a swinging member 1153 is arranged in the lower rod, the triggering member and the locking member are integrally or separately arranged at two ends of the swinging member, the triggering member penetrates out from one side of the lower rod, the locking member penetrates out from the other side of the lower rod, an elastic member is arranged between the lower rod and the swinging member, and the elastic member has an acting force for keeping the locking member in an extending state on the swinging member.
Referring to fig. 3, the elastic member is an elastic piece or an elastic strip 1154 with one end integrally connected with the swinging member, and the other end of the elastic piece or the elastic strip abuts against the inner wall of the lower rod. In other embodiments, the elastic member may also be a spring, such as an extension spring, a compression spring, a torsion spring, etc., disposed between the lower lever and the swinging member; or the elastic piece can also be a rubber band or a spring needle or a spring sheet arranged between the lower rod and the swinging piece.
Referring to fig. 4, a sliding member 1155 is disposed in the lower rod, the triggering member and the locking member are disposed at two ends of the sliding member, through holes for extending the triggering member and the locking member are disposed at two sides of the lower rod, and an elastic member is disposed between the lower rod and the sliding member and has an acting force on the sliding member to keep the locking member in an extended state.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the water squeezing device includes a water squeezing frame 1142 fixedly connected to the upper rod, the water squeezing frame forms a through opening, a water squeezing piece is movably or fixedly connected to the water squeezing frame at the through opening, and when the water squeezing device moves up and down along the mop rod or the upper rod reciprocates relative to the lower rod, the mop plate moves in the through opening and squeezes the cleaning piece through the water squeezing piece.

Referring to fig. 6, the lower portion of the wringing member is bent inward to form the wringing portion 1145, and a row of protruding scraping teeth 1147 is disposed on the inside of the wringing member above the wringing portion 1145.
In this embodiment, an elastic member is disposed between the wringing member and the wringing frame so that the wringing member can be kept in a fixed state when no external force is applied.
Preferably, protruding shafts 1148 are arranged on two sides of the water squeezing piece to form the rotating shaft, clamping portions 11481 are arranged on the side faces of the protruding shafts, notches 11482 are formed in the protruding shafts to enable the protruding shafts to be radially changeable, through holes for the protruding shafts to penetrate through are formed in the water squeezing frame, the protruding shafts become thin radially when penetrating through the through holes to enable the clamping portions to penetrate through conveniently, and the protruding shafts are clamped by the clamping portions after penetrating through the through holes to avoid the protruding shafts from being easily separated from the through holes. The elastic part is a torsion spring arranged between the protruding shaft and the through hole, the wringing frame is provided with a slot or a jack at the through hole, one end of the torsion spring stretches into the slot, and the other end stretches into the slot or the jack. An end cover 1149 covers the water squeezing frame at the perforated position. Preferably, the water squeezing frame is in snap fit or plug fit or threaded fit with the end cover.
Referring to fig. 1, a barrier member 22 is disposed inside the mop bucket, and the mop bucket is divided into an independent cleaning area and an independent water squeezing area by the barrier member. The lifting lug bosses 23 or the water collecting pieces are arranged in the water squeezing area to avoid or reduce the water dipping of the bottom of the mop plate. Preferably, the cleaning area and the water squeezing area of the mop bucket are internally provided with buffer parts, such as springs, rubber pads and the like. Preferably, the mop bucket is provided with a handle, and the handle is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the mop bucket, so that the handle can be hidden in the mop bucket when not in use. Preferably, the top of the mop bucket is provided with a covered edge or a flanged edge or a thickened reinforcing edge to increase the strength of the mop bucket.
Referring to fig. 9, the mop bucket is provided with a detachable or non-detachable support frame 24 on the water squeezing area, and the support frame is arranged higher than the bottom of the mop bucket so as to facilitate the water squeezing of the mop in the water squeezing area. Preferably, the supporting frame is provided with a buffer part; preferably, the buffer member is an elastic pad or an elastic boss. Preferably, the support frame is provided with a water leakage hole 231. Preferably, the support frame is provided with a through hole 242 for the mop rod to pass through. Preferably, the mop bucket is in plug fit or clamping fit with the support frame; preferably, one of the mop bucket and the support frame is provided with a vertically arranged slot or jack, the other one is provided with a vertically extending inserting part, and the support frame is placed behind the mop bucket, and the inserting part is inserted into the slot or jack.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the top of the upper connecting piece is provided with an abutting part which is bent outwards, can be elastically deformed and is used for abutting against the inner wall of the upper rod. Preferably, the upper connecting piece is a plastic piece, the abutting parts are a plurality of plastic sheets integrally formed with the plastic piece, a space is reserved between every two adjacent plastic sheets, and the plastic sheets are elastically deformed and restored by means of self plasticity.
The lower connecting piece can also be elastically deformed in the radial direction, so that the lower connecting piece is attached to the inner wall of the lower rod. Preferably, the lower connecting piece is provided with an abutting part which is bent outwards, can be elastically deformed and is used for abutting against the inner wall of the lower rod. Preferably, the lower connecting piece is a plastic piece, the abutting parts are a plurality of plastic sheets integrally formed with the plastic piece, a space is reserved between every two adjacent plastic sheets, and the plastic sheets are elastically deformed and restored by means of self plasticity.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the clamping portion is a pipe wall end surface of the lower rod.
In other embodiments, for example, when the lower rod is sleeved outside the upper rod, the elastic device may include an upper connecting member, a lower connecting member, and an extension spring connected between the upper connecting member and the lower connecting member, the upper rod has a clamping portion, the lower connecting member is limited by the clamping portion and cannot move upward from the clamping portion, a connecting rod is disposed inside the lower rod, the connecting rod is fixedly connected to or abutted against the upper connecting member, the upper rod moves downward in a direction such that the connecting rod drives the upper connecting member to move upward and further stretches the extension spring, and an abutting portion which is bent outward, elastically deformable, and used for abutting against an inner wall of the lower rod is disposed at the bottom of the lower connecting member; preferably, the upper connecting piece can elastically deform in the radial direction so that the upper connecting piece is attached to the inner wall of the upper rod; preferably, the upper connecting piece is provided with an abutting part which is bent outwards, can elastically deform and is used for being attached to the inner wall of the upper rod; preferably, the clamping part is a pipe wall end face of the upper rod.
Referring to fig. 1, the top of the upper rod is provided with a detachable or non-detachable upper rod end sleeve 116, and the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the upper rod end sleeve and hangs down along the central line of the upper rod.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a wringing device connecting sleeve 117 is sleeved outside the upper rod, and a wringing frame of the wringing device is detachably connected with the wringing device connecting sleeve. Preferably, the water squeezing device is in threaded fit, clamping fit or splicing fit with the connecting sleeve of the water squeezing device.
Referring to fig. 1, 10-12, the bottom of the lower pole of the mop pole has a detachable connection rod 1122, preferably a snap fit between the lower pole and the connection rod. Referring to fig. 10, the connecting rod 1122 has a radially retractable catch 11221, the lower rod has a catch slot or hole, the connecting rod 1122 is inserted into the lower rod from the bottom of the lower rod, the catch 11221 is retracted inward, and the catch 11221 is caught in the catch slot or hole after the catch 11221 is positioned corresponding to the catch slot or hole. Referring to fig. 11, one or more radially extendable and retractable end portions are formed at the end portion of the connecting rod member 1122 along the clearance groove 11222, the end portion is provided with a hook 11221, the lower rod has a hook groove or hole, the connecting rod member 1122 is sleeved into the lower rod from the bottom of the lower rod, the end portion of the connecting rod member 1122 is retracted inward, and the hook 11221 is hooked into the hook groove or hole after the hook 11221 corresponds to the hook groove or hole. Referring to fig. 12, an elastic fastener 1123 having a locking portion, such as a V-shaped elastic sheet, is disposed inside the connection rod 1122, and a hook groove or hole is disposed in the connection rod 1122 and the lower rod, and the locking portion of the elastic fastener 1123 is locked in the hook groove or hole.
The bottom of the connecting rod piece is connected with the mop plate through a joint 118, the bottom of the connecting rod piece is rotatably connected with the joint through a first pivot, the mop plate is rotatably connected with the joint through a second pivot, and the first pivot is perpendicular to the second pivot.
Referring to fig. 13, an abutting member 1124 abutting against the joint is disposed in the connecting rod, an elastic element such as a spring is disposed between the connecting rod and the abutting member, the elastic element has an acting force for abutting the abutting member against the joint, the joint is provided with a first groove 1125 and a second groove 1126 for the abutting member to enter, the mop plate is in a wringing state when the abutting member is located in the first groove, the mop plate is in a mopping state when the abutting member is located in the second groove, and the abutting member can be moved to the second groove by exiting from the first groove or moved to the first groove by exiting from the second groove when the joint is rotated relative to the connecting rod by applying an external force.
Preferably, the abutting member comprises an L-shaped main body, the bottom surface of the main body forms an abutting surface 11241 with a certain length, the abutting surface is a plane or a slightly concave cambered surface, the side wall of the first groove or the second groove is provided with an abutting surface 11251 with a certain length matched with the abutting surface, and the abutting surface is a plane or a slightly concave cambered surface. Preferably, the abutment surface in the first recess is substantially perpendicular to the plane of the mop plate.
Referring to fig. 5-8, the roller surface is provided with a plurality of axially extending channels 11431. And a silica gel ring 11432 is arranged on the roller to increase the friction force between the roller and the cleaning piece. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the mop plate includes an upper plate 122 and a lower plate 123, two side edges of the upper plate and the lower plate are matched by a buckle and the middle part of the upper plate and the lower plate is fixed by a screw, the lower plate is provided with a magic tape, the cleaning piece is adhered to the magic tape, the end part of the lower plate is provided with an insertion piece, and the cleaning piece is provided with an insertion bag for inserting the insertion piece so as to prevent the cleaning piece from being separated from the lower plate.
In addition to the above embodiments, the present invention has other embodiments: the mop rod is an integral non-telescopic rod body or a split non-telescopic rod body formed by splicing more than two rod bodies, the rod bodies are detachable, the mop rod is provided with a water squeezing device which can move up and down along the mop rod, an elastic device is arranged between the mop rod and the water squeezing device, the elastic device has the tendency that the water squeezing device moves towards the direction far away from the mop plate or the elastic device has the tendency that the water squeezing device stops moving towards the direction of the mop plate, the water squeezing device is provided with a water squeezing piece,

Preferably, the blocking piece is an upper clamping ring and a lower clamping ring which are arranged outside the mop rod, the blocked piece is a clamping part arranged on the wringing frame, and the clamping part is positioned between the two clamping rings; or the blocking piece is an upper clamping ring and a lower clamping ring which are arranged on the inner side of the wringing frame, the blocked piece is a clamping part arranged on the mop rod, and the clamping part is positioned between the two clamping rings.
Preferably, one of the water squeezing frame and the mop rod is provided with a sliding groove extending along the moving direction of the water squeezing frame and the mop rod, and the other is provided with a sliding block matched with the sliding groove.
Preferably, the separation-preventing structure comprises a blocking piece arranged on one of the wringing frame and the mop rod and a blocked piece arranged on the other, when the wringing frame moves relative to the mop rod, the blocked piece is blocked by the blocking piece to prevent the wringing frame and the mop rod from separating, the blocking piece comprises a blocking part arranged at the end part of the sliding groove, and the blocked piece comprises the sliding block.
Preferably, the locking structure comprises a trigger piece and a locking piece linked with the trigger piece, the trigger piece is triggered after the mop plate is movably in a water squeezing state relative to the mop rod, and the trigger piece is linked with the locking piece to enable the locking piece to lock the mop rod and the water squeezing device.
Preferably, the mop rod or the water squeezing device is provided with a locking groove, and the locking piece extends into the locking groove to lock the mop rod and the water squeezing device; or the locking piece blocks the end part of the mop rod or the water squeezing device so as to lock the mop rod and the water squeezing device; or the mop rod or the water squeezing device is provided with a clamping table, and the locking piece blocks the clamping table to lock the mop rod and the water squeezing device.

The cleaning implement of claim 16, wherein the mop rod or the wringing device is provided with a locking slot, and the locking element extends into the locking slot to lock the mop rod and the wringing device; or the locking piece blocks the end part of the mop rod or the water squeezing device so as to lock the mop rod and the water squeezing device; or the mop rod or the water squeezing device is provided with a clamping table, and the locking piece blocks the clamping table to lock the mop rod and the water squeezing device.

The cleaning implement according to any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the wringing device comprises a wringing frame fixedly connected to the upper shaft, the wringing frame forms a through opening, a wringing member is movably or fixedly connected to the wringing frame at the through opening, and when the wringing device moves up and down along the mop rod or the upper shaft reciprocates relative to the lower shaft, the mop plate moves in the through opening and wrings water to the cleaning member through the wringing member.
