The washing and brushing members 125 may be brush bodies with bristles, or the brushing members 125 may be comb bodies with comb teeth, or the brushing members 125 may be plate bodies with scraping teeth, etc. Referring to fig. 2, the washing member 125 in fig. 2 is a scraper structure, which is rotatably and detachably disposed on the bracket of the cleaning device 12 through a rotating shaft.
The rotation range of the washing member 125 includes a third position and a fourth position, the third position is higher than the fourth position, a second blocking portion is provided at the third position of the cleaning device 12, the washing member 125 is blocked by the second blocking portion after rotating from the fourth position to the third position, and when the mop moves in the squeezing passage 121 from the fourth position to the third position (pull-up direction), the washing member 125 brushes the wiper at the fourth position to prevent the dirty water from being squeezed out of the cleaning tub.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in this embodiment, the carriage 22 is connected to the drag rod 21 through an intermediate connecting member 23, the intermediate connecting member 23 is hinged to the carriage 22, the drag rod 21 is hinged to the intermediate connecting member 23, and a rotation center line of the intermediate connecting member 23 and the carriage 22, which rotates relatively, is perpendicular to a rotation center line of the drag rod 21 and the intermediate connecting member 23, which rotates relatively.
Referring to fig. 8, the middle connecting member 23 is a plastic member, the middle connecting member 23 has an arc-shaped guide surface 231, a groove 232 is formed on the arc-shaped guide surface 231, the locking mechanism includes an abutting member 211 disposed on the drawbar 21, an elastic member is disposed between the drawbar 21 and the abutting member 211, the elastic member has an acting force that the abutting member 211 abuts against the arc-shaped guide surface 231, the abutting member 211 moves along the arc-shaped guide surface 231 when the carriage 22 rotates relative to the middle connecting member 23, and the abutting member 211 is clamped into the groove 232 to lock the carriage 22 and the middle connecting member 23 when the carriage 22 and the drawbar 21 are parallel to each other. One end of the abutting piece 211 matched with the arc-shaped guide surface 231 is provided with a roller.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, a groove is formed at the bottom end of the towing bar 21, and the abutting piece 211 and the elastic piece are disposed in the groove at the bottom end of the towing bar 21.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the bottom end of the towing bar 21 is provided with two connecting portions 212, and the middle connecting member 23 is hinged between the two connecting portions 212.
Referring to fig. 5, the carriage 22 is provided with a protrusion 221, the towing bar 21 is provided with a lower recess, and the protrusion 221 is clamped into the lower recess when the carriage 22 and the towing bar 21 are parallel to each other; and/or, the carriage 22 is provided with a lower concave part, the towing bar 21 is provided with a convex part 221, and the convex part 221 is clamped into the lower concave part when the carriage 22 and the towing bar 21 are parallel to each other.
Referring to fig. 9, the towing bar 21 includes a connector 213 at a bottom end and a rod detachably connected to the connector 213, the rod includes a plurality of rod parts 212 capable of being received in the cleaning bucket, and adjacent rod parts 212 are detachably connected to each other.
Referring to fig. 10, the side of the connector 213 is provided with a retractable protruding clip portion 2131, the side wall of the rod portion 212 connected to the connector 213 is provided with a clip hole 2121, the connector 213 is sleeved in the rod portion 212, and the protruding clip portion 2131 is clipped in the clip hole 2121; or, the side of the connector 213 is provided with a locking hole 2121, the side wall of the rod 212 connected to the connector 213 is provided with a retractable protruding locking portion 2131, the rod 212 is sleeved on the inner connector 213, and the protruding locking portion 2131 is locked in the locking hole 2121.
The top end of the connector 213 is provided with a receiving groove 2132, a leaf spring 2133 is arranged in the receiving groove 2132, and the convex clamping portion 2131 is arranged on the leaf spring 2133; or, the bottom end of the rod part 212 connected to the connector 213 is provided with a receiving groove 2132, the receiving groove 2132 is provided with a leaf spring 2133, the convex clamping part 2131 is arranged on the leaf spring 2133, the leaf spring 2133 is a V-shaped leaf spring, and the convex clamping part 2131 is formed by punching or extruding the leaf spring 2133.
The adjacent rods 212 are connected by screwing. Referring to fig. 9, the rod parts 212 are all metal tubes, a plastic inner sleeve 2121 is fixed inside one end part of one rod part 212 between adjacent rod parts 212, the plastic inner sleeve has internal threads, a plastic connecting part 2122 is fixed at the end part of the other rod part 212, the plastic connecting part has external threads, after the two rod parts 212 are sleeved, the plastic inner sleeve is in threaded fit with the plastic connecting part, the metal tube is provided with a clamping point which is clamped into the plastic inner sleeve or the metal tube, and the clamping point is formed by stamping on the side wall of the metal tube.
The side wall of the top of the towing rod 21 is wrapped with a flexible sleeve body, and the top end of the towing rod 21 is provided with a hook hanging hole.
The rotation center line of the relative rotation of the towing rod 21 and the middle connecting piece 23 is used as a boundary, and the weight of one side of the planker 22 is heavier than that of the other side.
The wiper is detachably disposed on the mop plate 22. Referring to fig. 6, the wipe is adhered to the carriage 22 by a hook and loop fastener 223. One end of the planker 22 is provided with a hooking plate 221, the wiping object is provided with a hooking sleeve hooked on the hooking part, and the hooking plate is positioned at the bottom end of the planker 22 in a cleaning state. Referring to fig. 5 and 7, a water hole 222 is formed in the back of the carriage 22.

Claims (46)

1. The flat mop cleaning tool comprises a cleaning barrel and a mop, and is characterized in that the mop comprises a mop rod and a mop plate rotationally connected with the mop rod, the relative rotation range of the mop plate and the mop rod comprises a cleaning state capable of cleaning and squeezing the mop plate and a use state capable of cleaning the ground, the mop plate is detachably or non-detachably provided with a water-absorbent wiping object, and a locking mechanism used for enabling the mop plate and the mop rod to be in a locking state in the cleaning state is arranged between the mop plate and the mop rod;
the cleaning barrel is provided with at least three different cavities, the cavities comprise a cleaning cavity, a water squeezing cavity and a water storage cavity, the cleaning barrel is detachably or non-detachably provided with a cleaning device, a water squeezing channel is arranged at the water squeezing cavity of the cleaning device, the mop can move along the water squeezing channel in a reciprocating manner in a cleaning state, and the cleaning device is provided with a water smoothing piece;
when cleaning, the mop is cleaned in the cleaning cavity;
during water squeezing, when the mop moves in the water squeezing channel in a reciprocating manner in the water squeezing cavity, the water smoothing piece scrapes water on the wiper;
the scraped water is at least partially stored in the water storage cavity.
2. A flat mop cleaning tool as defined in claim 1 in which the cleaning bucket and/or the cleaning device is provided with a passage for directing water scraped from the wipes towards the water storage chamber.
3. A flat mop cleaning implement as defined in claim 1 wherein said cleaning device top has a depression having a drainage surface extending from said wringing chamber to a water storage chamber, water scraped from said wipe in the wringing chamber being directed through said drainage surface to the water storage chamber.
4. A flat mop cleaning tool as defined in claim 3 wherein the height of the drainage surface at the cavity of the cleaning device is greater than the height of the drainage surface at the water storage cavity.
5. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a bracket disposed at a top of the cleaning bucket, the water storage chamber being disposed at the bracket.
6. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the cleaning bucket is snap-fit to the bracket.
7. A flat mop cleaning tool as defined in claim 6 wherein a first catch structure for limiting relative movement in a horizontal direction and a second catch structure for limiting relative movement in a vertical direction are provided between the cleaning bucket and the cleaning device.
8. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 7, wherein the snap structure comprises a slot formed on the top surface of the cleaning bucket and a locking portion formed on the bracket for engaging with the slot.
9. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 7, wherein the cleaning barrel is provided with a reinforcing edge, the two buckling structures comprise hanging lugs arranged on the edge of the bracket, and the inner sides of the hanging lugs are provided with clamping parts for clamping at the bottom or the side parts of the reinforcing edge.
10. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 9, wherein the hanger is pivotably coupled to the bracket.
11. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 10, wherein the attachment portion of the hanger to the frame is thinner than other portions adjacent the attachment portion, such that the hanger and the frame are movable relative to each other.
12. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the mop is retained by the bracket in at least one direction perpendicular to the mop when the mop is moved in the wringing channel such that the mop can stand on the cleaning bucket.
13. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a scrubbing element disposed at the cleaning cavity, the scrubbing element being positioned on a path of movement of the mop, the scrubbing element scrubbing the wipe as the mop moves reciprocally through the cleaning cavity in the cleaning state.
14. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 13, wherein the brushing element is a brush body with bristles, or the scrubbing element is a comb body with teeth, or the scrubbing element is a plate body with scraping teeth.
15. A flat mop cleaning implement as defined in claim 13, wherein said scrubbing element is removably mounted to said cleaning device.
16. The flat mop cleaning tool according to claim 5, wherein the wringing channel is provided with a first limiting part and a second limiting part, the first limiting part and the second limiting part are oppositely arranged, the first limiting part is provided with a water smoothing part, the second limiting part is provided with a roller part, the mop plate is provided with a front surface and a back surface, the wiper is arranged on the front surface of the mop plate, when the mop moves along the wringing channel, the front surface of the mop plate faces one side of the first limiting part, the back surface of the mop plate faces one side of the second limiting part, the wiper on the front surface of the mop plate is matched with the water smoothing part to wipe water, and the back surface of the mop plate is matched with the roller part to slide.
17. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the water smoothing element is rotatably arranged on the bracket through a rotating shaft, the rotating range of the water smoothing element comprises a first position and a second position, the first position is higher than the second position,
the bracket is provided with a first blocking part, the water smoothing part is blocked by the first blocking part after rotating from the first position to the second position, and when the mop moves in the water squeezing channel from the first position to the second position, the water smoothing part wipes water on the wiper at the second position; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the bracket is provided with a second blocking part, the water smoothing part is blocked by the first blocking part after rotating from the second position to the first position, and when the mop moves in the water squeezing channel from the second position to the first position, the water smoothing part scrapes water on the wiper at the first position.
18. A mop cleaning implement according to claim 17 in which a resilient member is provided between the cleaning means and the water-smoothing member, the resilient member having a tendency to maintain the water-smoothing member in movement towards the first or second position.
19. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 17, wherein the cleaning device is configured such that the water mover is perpendicular to the direction of reciprocation of the mop in either the first position or the second position.
20. The mop cleaning tool of claim 17, wherein the water stroking element comprises a plate body, hinged ends arranged at two ends of the plate body, and a reinforcing rib arranged on the plate body, and the reinforcing rib extends in a direction intersecting with a rotation center line of the water stroking element.
21. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in claim 17, wherein the cleaning device is configured such that, in the second position, the wiper end of the water mover is at or above its centerline of rotation.
22. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the bottom of the cleaning bucket is provided with a protrusion, and the mop abuts against the protrusion when the wringing channel is moved to the bottom.
23. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 22, wherein the raised surface is provided with a flexible body.
24. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the bottom of the cleaning bucket is provided with a drain hole, and the drain hole is provided with a drain plug; and/or the cleaning device is provided with a drain hole.
25. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bucket is provided with a handle and/or the side of the bucket is provided with a catch.
26. A flat mop cleaning tool as defined in claim 5 wherein the cleaning bucket is provided with rollers for moving the cleaning bucket.
27. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 5, wherein the inlet at the upper end of the wringing channel is open.
28. The flat mop cleaning tool of any one of claims 1 to 27, wherein the mop plate is connected to the mop rod by an intermediate connecting member, the intermediate connecting member is hinged to the mop plate, the mop rod is hinged to the intermediate connecting member, and a direction of relative rotation of the intermediate connecting member to the mop plate is different from a direction of relative rotation of the mop rod to the intermediate connecting member.

The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 28, wherein the intermediate connecting member is a plastic member, the intermediate connecting member has an arcuate guide surface, the arcuate guide surface has a recess, the locking mechanism includes an abutment member disposed on the mop rod, an elastic member is disposed between the mop rod and the abutment member, the elastic member causes the abutment member to abut against the arcuate guide surface, the abutment member moves along the arcuate guide surface when the mop plate rotates relative to the intermediate connecting member, and the abutment member snaps into the recess to lock the mop plate and the intermediate connecting member when the mop plate and the mop rod are parallel to each other.
30. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 29, wherein the bottom end of the mop rod is provided with a groove, and the abutment member and the resilient member are disposed in the groove of the bottom end of the mop rod.
31. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 29, wherein the bottom end of the mop rod is provided with two connecting portions, and the intermediate connecting member is hinged between the two connecting portions.
32. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 29, wherein said mop plate has a protrusion, said mop rod has a depression, and said protrusion is engaged in said depression when said mop plate and said mop rod are parallel to each other; and/or the dragging plate is provided with a lower concave part, the dragging rod is provided with a convex part, and the convex part is clamped into the lower concave part when the dragging plate and the dragging rod are in a mutually parallel state.
33. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 29, wherein the mop rod includes a connector at a bottom end and a rod member detachably connected to the connector, the rod member including a plurality of rod sections receivable in the cleaning bucket, adjacent rod sections being detachably connected to each other.
34. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 33, wherein the side of the connector is provided with a retractable protruding portion, the side wall of the rod connected to the connector is provided with a locking hole, the connector is sleeved in the rod, and the protruding portion is locked in the locking hole; or, the connector lateral part is equipped with the card hole, with the pole portion lateral wall that the connector is connected is equipped with telescopic protruding card portion, pole portion cup joint in the interconnection connects, just protruding card portion joint in the card hole.

The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 34, wherein a receiving slot is formed at a top end of the connector, a leaf spring is disposed in the receiving slot, and the protruding locking portion is disposed on the leaf spring; or, the bottom end of the rod part connected with the connector is provided with a containing groove, an integrally bent leaf spring is arranged in the containing groove, and the convex clamping part is arranged on the leaf spring.
36. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 35, wherein the male snap portion is integrally formed with the leaf spring.
37. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 33, wherein adjacent stems are pivotally connected.

The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 37, wherein the rod portions are metal tubes, and a plastic inner sleeve is fixed inside one end portion of each rod portion between adjacent rod portions, the plastic inner sleeve is provided with internal threads, a plastic connecting piece is fixed on the other end portion of each rod portion, the plastic connecting piece is provided with external threads, and after the two rod portions are sleeved, the plastic inner sleeve is in threaded fit with the plastic connecting piece.
39. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 38, wherein the metal tube is provided with a snap point or a collar that snaps into the plastic inner sleeve or the metal tube.
40. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 39, wherein said metal tube sidewall is stamped to form said catch.
41. The flat mop cleaning tool of claim 40, wherein the top sidewall of the mop rod is wrapped with a flexible covering.
42. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in any one of claims 29 to 41 wherein the mop rod tip has a hook aperture.
43. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in any one of claims 29 to 41, wherein the mop plate is heavier on one side than the other, about a centre line of rotation about which the mop rod rotates relative to the intermediate linkage.
44. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in any one of claims 29 to 41 wherein the wipe material is adhered to the mop plate by hook and loop fasteners.
45. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in any one of claims 29 to 41, wherein the mop plate is provided at one end with a hooking plate, and the wiper is provided with a hooking sleeve for hooking to the hooking plate.
46. A flat mop cleaning tool as claimed in any one of claims 29 to 41, wherein the mop plate is provided with water through holes.
