The invention will be further described with reference to the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings. The specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Example (b): as shown in figure 1, the military needle curtain type sand table landform generation trainer adopts a box type structure design, and when in a storage state, an upper cover plate 1, a sand table landform generator main body component 2 and a box body 3 sequentially form a box type structure from top to bottom. As shown in fig. 4 to 9, the sand table landform generator main body component 2 is formed by stacking three plates, namely an upper end pinhole positioning plate 4, a middle spring arm positioning plate 5 and a lower end pinhole positioning plate 6, from top to bottom in sequence. The long-arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rod 9, the square fastening spring 8, the wedge-shaped fixed lock moving push plate 12 and the wedge-shaped fixed lock fastening screw 13 are further included and are arranged between the lower surface of the upper end pinhole positioning plate 4 and the upper surface of the lower end pinhole positioning plate 6. The needle curtain columnar rod 7 is arranged in the holes formed in the upper end needle hole positioning plate 4 and the lower end needle hole positioning plate 6 in a penetrating mode. As shown in fig. 4, the upper pinhole positioning plate 4 is used for vertically fixing the needle curtain cylindrical rod 7 and installing and fixing the square fastening spring 8, and the vertically arranged needle curtain cylindrical rod 7 is fastened in the clamping groove and any position other than the clamping groove, so that the needle curtain cylindrical rod cannot freely slide down. The outer frame of the upper surface 405 of the upper pin hole positioning plate has an inwardly concave frame design for sleeving the upper cover plate 1 thereon and fixing the upper cover plate in a storage state by the first fastening screw 102. Needle curtain columnar rod jacks 401 are vertically distributed in the upper end needle hole positioning plate 4 at intervals of 0.25cm in a transverse and longitudinal alignment mode; a square fastening spring fixing insertion hole 403 is distributed on the lower surface of the upper end pinhole positioning plate (4), namely the lower surface 402 of the upper end pinhole positioning plate, at the diagonal position outside the needle curtain columnar rod insertion hole 401 at the frame in a 45-degree distribution mode; an embedded concave edge 406 is arranged on the frame of the lower surface 402 of the upper pin hole positioning plate, and an embedded concave design is adopted, so that the middle spring arm positioning plate 5 can be conveniently nested in the embedded concave edge. As shown in fig. 5, the middle spring arm positioning plate 5 is used for locking the middle straight arm position of the square fastening spring 8, so as to prevent insufficient locking force of the square fastening spring 8 in an overlong state. The middle spring arm positioning plate 5 is designed in a square frame mode, 1 middle spring arm positioning plate pressing strip 501 with the width of 0.25cm is arranged at intervals of 1cm (namely, two square fastening spring fixing insertion holes 403 are arranged at intervals, and square fastening springs are locked and pressed for 1 time); a square fastening spring positioning clamping groove 502 is designed on the middle spring arm positioning plate pressing strip 501 in a 45-degree mode, and when the middle spring arm positioning plate pressing strip 501 presses the middle spring arm 82 of the square fastening spring 8, the spring arm 82 is locked in the square fastening spring positioning clamping groove 502, so that the square fastening spring 8 has enough force to fasten the needle curtain columnar rod 7. The middle spring arm positioning plate 5 is also provided with a middle screw positioning hole 503 for installation at the frame, and is fixed between the upper end pinhole positioning plate 4 and the lower end pinhole positioning plate 6 through screws.
As shown in fig. 6, the lower pinhole positioning plate 6 is used for firmly locking the vertically placed needle curtain cylindrical rod 7 at any position by the needle curtain cylindrical rod 7, the wedge-shaped fixed lock rod 9 for installing and fixing the long arm, the wedge-shaped fixed lock moving push plate 12, the wedge-shaped fixed lock fastening screw 13 and other components, so that the needle curtain cylindrical rod can be kept from moving under the action of external force and touch. The interval in the lower end pinhole positioning plate 6 is 0.25cm, and second needle curtain columnar rod jacks 601 are vertically distributed in a horizontal and longitudinal alignment mode; a row of long arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rod grooves 602 are designed in the second needle curtain columnar rod insertion holes 601 which are spaced by two rows and used for installing and placing the long arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rods 9; one end of the long arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rod groove 602 is provided with a return spring 10 for assisting the long arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rod 9 to reset, the other end of the long arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rod groove is provided with a wedge-shaped fixed lock motion push plate groove 11 outside the frame, and a wedge-shaped fixed lock motion push plate 12 is arranged inside the wedge-shaped fixed lock motion push plate groove. A wedge-shaped fixed lock fastening screw 13 is designed and installed between the wedge-shaped fixed lock rod groove 602 of the long arm and the outer frame of the lower end pinhole positioning plate 6. An operator extrudes and pushes the wedge-shaped fixed lock moving push plate 12 by adjusting the wedge-shaped fixed lock fastening screw 13, and pushes the plurality of long-arm wedge-shaped fixed lock rods 9, and the extrusion force is applied to the two transverse sides, so that the aim of firmly locking the position of the needle curtain columnar rod 7 in the vertical state is fulfilled. The outer frame of lower extreme pinhole locating plate lower surface 603 has the frame design of inwards recessing for with lower extreme pinhole locating plate 6 nestification on box 3, and fix it on the state of accomodating through second fastening screw 302. The lower end pin hole positioning plate 6 is also provided with a lower end screw positioning hole 605 at a proper position in the middle and a frame thereof, and is fixedly mounted with the upper end pin hole positioning plate 4 and the middle spring arm positioning plate 5 through screws.
As shown in fig. 7, a needle curtain rod 7 for generating a sand table relief model in the manner of a needle curtain. The rod body can adopt two shapes of a cylinder or a cube, the top end of the rod body is provided with an arc-shaped cap 71, annular grooves 72 are arranged on the rod body at intervals of 1cm, the bottom end of the rod body is provided with a sleeve foot 73, and the sleeve foot 73 can be designed into a square shape or a round shape. The sleeve foot 73 at the bottom end of the needle curtain rod is taken down, the needle curtain rod is inserted into the needle curtain hole of the main body component of the sand table landform generator in a mode from top to bottom, and then the sleeve foot 73 is installed, so that the needle curtain rod 7 can be prevented from sliding down from the needle curtain hole. The accessory comprises a sand table surface finishing cloth which covers the needle curtain columnar rod 7 to form the surface of the sand table in a landform shape; and also comprises a supplement strip 14 connected between the boxes. As shown in fig. 11, concave shallow slots are designed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the upper-end pinhole positioning plate 4 according to the specification of 10cm × 10cm, the shallow slots are marked by colored lines, four frames of the main body part 2 of the sand table terrain generator are respectively marked according to the specifications of 2cm, 5cm and 10cm, and the marks are distinguished, so that a user can conveniently and quickly identify the use position and the use interval according to the use requirements of different scales.
