the number of the light shielding parts is multiple, and the light shielding parts are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating member.

the anti-reverse structure comprises a ratchet wheel and a pawl, the ratchet wheel is connected with the rotating part, the pawl is connected with the base, and the pawl can be releasably clamped with a clamping groove in the ratchet wheel.
