The folding apparatus according to any one of claims 14 to 18, further comprising a driving member, wherein the driving member comprises an elastic member and a pulling mechanism, the elastic member applies a force to the engaging member to engage with the retaining member, and the pulling mechanism applies a force to the engaging member to disengage from the retaining member.
20. The folding apparatus of claim 19, further comprising a mounting box having an open front end fixedly disposed on the other of said first and second mechanisms; the elastic piece and the buckle piece are arranged in the assembly box, one end of the elastic piece abuts against the inner wall of the assembly box, the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the buckle piece, and the front end of the buckle piece extends out of or retracts into the front end opening of the assembly box.
21. The folding apparatus of claim 20 wherein said pulling mechanism is a manually pulled strap connected to said clasp, said manually pulled strap being connected at one end to said clasp and extending from a rear end of said assembly housing at an opposite end.
22. The folding apparatus of claim 21, wherein the other of the first and second mechanisms has a tubular body with an open front end, the mounting box being disposed within the tubular body, and the catch extending or retracting from the open front end of the tubular body.
23. The folding apparatus of claim 20, wherein the pulling mechanism is a manual lever coupled to the latch, one end of the manual lever being coupled to the latch, and the other end of the manual lever extending from a side wall of the assembly box.
24. The folding device of any one of claims 14 to 18, further comprising an actuating member, wherein the actuating member is an electric or electromagnetic actuating mechanism that engages with the clasp.
