Detailed Description
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the description herein is only intended to illustrate and explain embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the embodiments of the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" and "upper" are generally used with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, vertical or gravitational direction. Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inward or outward direction is based on the pot, i.e. the direction toward the pot is inward and the direction away from the pot is outward.
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with exemplary embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a pot 100, and the pot 100 includes a pot body 1. Wherein, the periphery wall of pan body 1 is formed with outside convex annular outer convex part 2, and this annular outer convex part 2 can be used for accepting the interior fluid of pot or solid-state material that spills over from the peripheral part of pan body 1 to form sealing connection between annular outer convex part 2 and the periphery wall of pan body 1.
Through setting up above-mentioned structure, fluid or solid-state material in the pot that spills over from the peripheral part of pan body 1 can not follow the periphery wall down current of pan body 1 owing to receive the separation effect of annular outer convex part 2, and the flame of gas-cooker can not direct combustion remain the spill thing on the periphery wall of pan body 1, thereby avoid forming stubborn stain on the periphery wall of pan body, its washing difficulty of greatly reduced, and then guarantee the cleanliness of pan all the time, effectively promote user's use and experience.
In addition, through setting up annular convex part 2, the intensity of pot mouth can strengthen greatly, consequently in the packing transportation of pan 100 and use, the pot mouth is difficult to be collided the deformation to the life of extension pan 100.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the annular outer protrusion 2 is formed as a horizontal carrying ring surface extending in the horizontal direction. Under the structure, the fluid in the pot which is received by the horizontal object-bearing ring surface can be prevented from dripping from the outer end of the ring-shaped outer convex part 2 to pollute the cooking bench, thereby reducing the cleaning workload of users.
Alternatively, the annular convex portion 2 may be configured to have an outer end inclined obliquely upward with respect to an inner end, so that the upper surface of the annular convex portion 2 forms an inclined liquid-receiving ring surface having an outer end inclined obliquely upward with respect to the inner end, and in this configuration, the fluid may be prevented from dripping from the outer end of the annular convex portion 2 to contaminate the cooking bench. It should be noted that the annular outer protruding portion 2 provided with the horizontal object-bearing ring surface is more convenient for a user to grasp, that is, the annular outer protruding portion 2 is more suitable for being used as an auxiliary handle, so that the user can take or move the pot more stably and in a labor-saving manner.
Furthermore, the radial width of the horizontal carrying ring surface of the annular outer convex part 2 is W, and preferably satisfies: w is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 50 mm. The reason for setting the value range is that when W is less than 5mm, the liquid bearing area of the horizontal object bearing ring surface is small, when the liquid is more, the liquid can not be effectively prevented from dripping to the cooking bench, the liquid can not be effectively prevented from continuing to flow downwards along the outer peripheral wall of the annular outer convex part 2, and the flame of the gas stove can not be effectively shielded to prevent the overflowed substances from being directly burnt. When W is greater than 50mm, the overall size of the pot 100 is too large, and the production cost is greatly increased in mass production.
In order to shorten the flowing distance of the fluid in the pan on the peripheral wall of the pan body 1 as much as possible to reduce the pollution area and to reduce the heating effect of the flame of the gas stove on the fluid remained on the peripheral wall, the vertical spacing H between the horizontal object-bearing ring surface and the pan opening periphery of the pan body 1 is preferably set as follows: h is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 40 mm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the pot body 1 comprises a hem-like pot mouth peripheral flange. The pot opening periphery flanging comprises a vertical flanging 21 which is vertically downwards turned over from the pot opening periphery of the pot body 1 and a horizontal flanging 22 which is horizontally outwards turned over from the bottom end of the vertical flanging 21, at the moment, the horizontal flanging 22 is an annular outer convex part 2, and the upper surface of the horizontal flanging is formed into a horizontal object bearing ring surface.
In other words, an integrally formed structure may be disposed between the pot body 1 and the annular convex portion 2. In this case, the pot 100 may be made of ceramic, purple sand, or glass, or may be made of other materials. And the flanging at the periphery of the pot opening can be processed and formed through the procedures of die stretching, reshaping, edge extruding and the like, so that raw materials and production and processing procedures can be saved, and the production cost of the pot is reduced.
Or, the cookware body 1 and the annular outer convex part 2 can be in a split structure, and the cookware body 1 and the annular outer convex part 2 can be fixedly connected through welding, riveting and other modes. At this time, the pot 100 may be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or carbon steel plate, and the annular outer protrusion 2 may be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel plate, or high temperature resistant plastic.
In some embodiments, the pot body 1 comprises a body upper peripheral wall and a body lower peripheral wall demarcated by the annular convex portion 2. Wherein, body upper portion periphery wall is equipped with the upper portion coating, and body lower part periphery wall is equipped with the lower part coating. Since the lower coating layer is directly heated by the flame of the gas range, it is preferably provided as a dark color coating layer, so that the outer peripheral wall of the lower portion of the body is more resistant to contamination and is less likely to be discolored after being heated by the flame. In addition, the upper coating is preferably set to be a light color coating, namely, the color of the upper coating is lighter than that of the lower coating, so that the cookware is cleaner and cleaner visually, and the aesthetic property of the cookware is improved.
It should be noted that the color of the upper coating layer is lighter than that of the lower coating layer, and may include the case where the color systems of the upper coating layer and the lower coating layer are the same or the case where the color systems of the upper coating layer and the lower coating layer are different, but both the lower coating layer and the upper coating layer are made to be stain-resistant and the upper coating layer is made to produce a visually clean cleaning effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 6 and 9, the pot 100 further comprises a handle assembly 4 mounted on the outer circumferential wall of the pot body 1, the handle assembly 4 comprises a handle mounting end, and an upper surface of the handle mounting end and a lower surface of the annular convex portion 2 abut against each other. Under this structure, the lower surface of annular convex part 2 can produce decurrent constraining force to handle installation end to prevent that handle assembly 4 from producing rotation and becoming flexible after being held for a long time, improving its installation stability and operational reliability greatly, maintenance risk greatly reduced, and then effectively promote user's use and experience.
Because form fixed connection between handle components 4 and the pan body 1, consequently after pan body 1 is heated, the heat can be transmitted to handle components 4 by pan body 1, when handle components 4 is overheated, will be unfavorable for user's gripping, also has certain potential safety hazard simultaneously. Therefore, the heat insulation sleeve 41 can be sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the handle mounting end, the lower surface of the annular outer convex part 2 forms a horizontal heat insulation ring surface extending along the horizontal direction, the sleeve peripheral wall of the heat insulation sleeve 41 is abutted against the horizontal heat insulation ring surface, so that the heat of the cooker body 1 is isolated from being transferred to the handle assembly 4 while the mounting stability and the working reliability of the handle assembly 4 are improved, and a user can safely and stably hold the cooker.
In some embodiments, the handle mounting end is fixedly connected with the outer peripheral wall of the pot body 1 through a transverse first fastening connector 42. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the pot body 1 is provided with a handle mounting post 7, the handle mounting post 7 is formed with a mounting post coupling hole, and the handle mounting end is formed with a mounting post insertion hole. The handle mounting post 7 is integrally inserted into the mounting post insertion hole, and the first fastening connecting piece 42 sequentially penetrates through the mounting post insertion hole and the mounting post connecting hole along the transverse direction, so that the handle assembly 4 is fixedly connected with the handle mounting post 7.
To further improve the mounting stability of the handle assembly 4, vertically aligned vertical connection holes may be provided on the annular projecting portion 2, the sleeve peripheral wall of the heat insulating sleeve 41, and the handle mounting end. And the handle assembly 4 may further comprise a second fastening connector 43, and the second fastening connector 43 is vertically and sequentially connected with the annular outer convex part 2, the sleeve peripheral wall of the heat insulation sleeve 41 and the corresponding vertical connecting hole on the handle mounting end. In other words, by providing the first fastening connector 42 and the second fastening connector 43, a stable mounting structure is formed between the handle assembly 4 and the outer circumferential wall of the pot body 1, thereby improving the reliability of the handle assembly 4.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, an obliquely upturned outer peripheral flange 3 may be further provided in the annular boss 2, and the outer peripheral flange 3 can further prevent fluid from dripping from the outer end of the annular boss 2 to contaminate the cooking bench, thereby further improving the reliability of the annular boss 2.
As can be seen from the above, the radial width of the horizontal object bearing ring surface of the annular convex portion 2 is W, and the radial width of the outer peripheral flange portion 3 is set to W1, and preferably satisfies: w1 is less than or equal to W/2. With this structure, the annular projecting portion 2 is more resistant to fluid dripping, and the normal mounting of the second fastening connector 43 is not affected.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, another exemplary embodiment of the present invention further provides a pot 100, where the pot 100 includes a pot body 1, an outer heat transfer structure disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the pot body 1, and a thermochromic structure 6 disposed on the outer heat transfer structure. Wherein, temperature sensing structure 6 that discolours is used for producing corresponding colour change according to the temperature variation of pan body 1 to play and remind user's pan high temperature or play and remind the effect such as remind the user to carry out oil drain operation.
Through setting up outer heat transfer structure, temperature sensing structure 6 that discolours can set up outside pan body 1 to can avoid receiving the slice shovel and scrape and wear and tear, be favorable to increase of service life. In addition, the heat of the cooker body 1 can be rapidly transmitted to the temperature sensing discoloration structure 6 through the external heat transmission structure, so that the discoloration sensitivity of the temperature sensing discoloration structure 6 is ensured. In other words, the user can be timely reminded to perform corresponding operations according to the rapid change of the color of the thermochromic structure 6, so that the reliability of the thermochromic structure 6 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the outer heat transfer structure includes an annular protrusion 5 protruding outward from the outer circumferential wall of the pot body 1, and the thermochromic structure 6 is preferably disposed on the upper surface of the annular protrusion 5, so that the flame of the gas stove can be prevented from directly heating the thermochromic structure 6, and the service life of the thermochromic structure can be further prolonged. It should be noted that the annular protrusion 5 may be the annular outer protrusion 2, that is, the annular outer protrusion 2 may be used to receive the overflow in the pan, and may also be used as an outer heat transfer structure for installing the temperature sensing color changing structure 6.
Specifically, the thermochromic structure 6 may include a thermochromic coating sprayed on the upper surface of the annular protrusion 5, or may include a thermochromic element disposed on the upper surface of the annular protrusion 5, or may include other types of thermochromic materials. The thermochromic element can be a thermochromic sticker or a thermochromic silica gel 61, and the thermochromic sticker and the thermochromic silica gel 61 are easy to obtain and low in price, so that the production cost of the cookware 100 can be saved.
When the thermochromic silicone 61 is used as the above-mentioned thermochromic structure 6, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the thermochromic silicone 61 may preferably be provided in an annular shape, and the annular-shaped thermochromic silicone 61 can cover the upper and lower surfaces of the annular protrusion 5. Under this structure, when accomplishing the culinary art, because pan 100's temperature is higher, the parcel has the annular arch 5 of temperature sensing color-changing silica gel 61 just to serve as the auxiliary handle and uses, because silica gel material heat-proof quality is strong, can play and prevent scalding the effect, consequently can improve the convenience of use and the security of pan.
In addition, the vertical distance between the annular protrusion 5 and the periphery of the pot opening of the pot body 1 can be set to be 0-40 mm preferably. Within the numerical range, a certain safety distance exists between the annular bulge 5 and the flame of the gas stove, so that the temperature sensing color changing structure 6 can be prevented from being damaged due to heating, and the service life of the temperature sensing color changing structure is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the outer heat transfer structure and the pot body 1 may be provided as an integrally formed structure. In order to ensure the color changing sensitivity of the temperature sensing color changing structure 6, the external heat transfer structure and the cooker body 1 need to be ensured to have good heat transfer performance. Under this integrated into one piece's structure, pan 100 is preferred to be set up as ceramic pan, red porcelain pan or glass pan, of course, pan 100 also can adopt the good material of other heat conductivities to make. When the cookware 100 is manufactured, the outer heat transfer structure and the cookware body 1 are integrally formed, and then the temperature sensing and color changing structure 6 is arranged on the outer heat transfer structure.
In some embodiments, the outer heat transfer structure and the pot body 1 may be provided as a separate structure. In other words, at this moment, the outer heat transfer structure and the cookware body 1 are firstly produced separately, and after the outer heat transfer structure is fixedly mounted on the outer peripheral wall of the cookware body 1 (connected in a fixed connection manner such as welding or riveting), the temperature sensing discoloration structure 6 is arranged on the outer heat transfer structure. To ensure the heat transfer performance, the pot body 1 may be preferably configured to be made of a metal material, and the outer heat transfer structure may be preferably configured to be a metal structure or a high temperature resistant plastic structure, etc. For example, the pot body 1 can be made of materials not limited to aluminum alloy, stainless steel or carbon steel plate, and the annular protrusion 5 can be made of materials not limited to aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel plate or high temperature resistant plastic.
