Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电驱压裂供电半挂车,采用一个高压开关、一个变压器和两套整流单元通过共直流母线可以分别驱动多个高压逆变单元和多个低压逆变单元,整体电驱压裂供电半挂车体积小,布局紧凑,经济。公用高压开关、变压器、整流单元,减少了供电线路的接线,降低了设备数量和投资输出功率,更好的满足了使用需求。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气田压裂技术领域,具体涉及一种电驱压裂供电半挂车。
背景技术
在全球的油气田压裂作业现场,传统压裂设备所采用的是动力传动系统的配置方式,即柴油发动机连接变速箱经传动轴驱动压裂柱塞泵工作,该配置模式存在以下缺点:(1)、体积大重量大:柴油机驱动变速箱经传动轴驱动压裂柱塞泵,体积大,重量大,运输受限,功率密度小。(2)、不环保:柴油发动机驱动的压裂设备在井场运行过程中,会产生发动机废气污染和噪音污染,噪音超过105dBA,严重影响周围居民的正常生活。(3)、不经济:柴油发动机驱动的压裂设备,设备初期的采购成本比较高,设备运行时单位功率燃料消耗费用高,发动机和变速箱的日常维护保养费用也很高。鉴于全球的油气开发设备正朝着“低能耗、低噪音、低排放”的方向发展,所以,传统以柴油发动机为动力源的压裂设备的上述缺点从一定程度上阻碍了非常规油气能源的开发进程。
电驱设备取代常规柴油机驱动是一种好的方案,现有的电驱技术中,电驱设备的供电部分是由多个整流单元分别对应多个变压器,而每个变压器由高压开关控制,这种模式,在实际应用中,当需要多个整流单元作业时,即需要在作业现场配备相应的多个变压器,这就造成作业现场的设备扎堆,且占地面积大,能耗大,不节能,不环保。
为此亟待一种结构紧凑,体积小,节能,环保的电驱压裂供电半挂车。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电驱压裂供电半挂车,采用一个大功率变压器,驱动多个逆变单元,设备结构紧凑,体积小,有效减小了设备占地面积,大幅度的提升了供电设备的输出功率,更好的满足了使用需求。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种电驱压裂供电半挂车,包括半挂车,高压开关,变压器,整流单元和逆变单元,所述高压开关,变压器和整流单元集成在半挂车上,所述高压开关为1个,变压器为1个,整流单元包括高压整流单元和低压整流单元,高压开关用于控制变压器,变压器的高压侧与高压整流单元连接,变压器的低压侧与低压整流单元连接,1个变压器同时驱动高压整流单元和低压整流单元;所述逆变单元有多个,逆变单元包括高压逆变单元和低压逆变单元,高压整流单元驱动高压逆变单元,低压整流单元驱动低压逆变单元。
进一步地,所述变压器为多绕组变压器。
进一步地,所述变压器功率在10MVA以上。
进一步地,所述逆变单元为舱体式结构,内有2套逆变器,2套逆变器分别驱动2台电动机工作。
进一步地,整流单元与逆变单元通过共直流母线来连接,共直流母线可以分别驱动多个高压逆变单元和多个低压逆变单元。
进一步地,所述整流单元设在供电半挂车体的鹅颈上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:采用一个高压开关、一个变压器和两套整流单元通过共直流母线可以分别驱动多个高压逆变单元和多个低压逆变单元,整体电驱压裂供电半挂车体积小,布局紧凑,经济。公用高压开关、变压器、整流单元,减少了供电线路的接线,降低了设备数量和投资输出功率,更好的满足了使用需求。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作详细说明。

其中,1.半挂车体,2.高压开关,3.变压器,4.整流单元,5.高压逆变单元,6.整流柜,7.接线盒,8.变压舱体。
具体实施方式
如图1至2所示,一种电驱压裂供电半挂车,包括供电半挂车体1,高压开关2,变压器3,整流单元4和逆变单元,所述高压开关2,变压器3和整流单元4集成在供电半挂车体1上,所述高压开关2为1个,变压器3为1个,整流单元4包括高压整流单元和低压整流单元,高压开关2用于控制变压器3,变压器3的高压侧与高压整流单元连接,变压器3的低压侧与低压整流单元连接,1个变压器3同时驱动高压整流单元和低压整流单元;所述逆变单元有多个,逆变单元包括高压逆变单元5和低压逆变单元,高压整流单元驱动高压逆变单元5,低压整流单元驱动低压逆变单元。所述变压器3为多绕组变压器。通过一套多绕组变压器,取代了多套变压器3驱动多套整流单元4,有效减少了设备体积。全部设备放在供电半挂车体1上,降低了井场布置难度,提高了运输方便性。
为了保障对多个整流单元4驱动,所述变压器3功率在10MVA以上。高压整流单元和低压整流单元与变压器3的功率相匹配,从而实现高压整流单元,可以驱动4台以上3000kW以上电动机,每一台电动机可以驱动4000hp以上柱塞泵。低压整流单元,可以驱动超过2台的355kW以上功率的电动机。大幅度的提升了供电半挂车的输出功率,更好的满足了使用需求。
在供电半挂车体1上设有整流柜6,接线盒7和变压舱体8,整流柜6设在供电半挂车体1的鹅颈上,变压舱体8设在供电半挂车体1的车身上,在整流柜6和变压舱体8之间设有接线盒7,整流单元4设置在整流柜6中,高压开关2和变压器3设在变压舱体8中,接线盒7用于容纳共直流母线。
所述逆变单元为舱体式结构,内有2套逆变器,2套逆变器分别驱动2台电动机工作。高压逆变单元5集成在另一台半挂车体的鹅颈上。具体的,高压逆变单元5设在电驱压裂半挂车的鹅颈上,优化了设备的空间布置。实际应用中,供电半挂车的输出端与电驱压裂半挂车提供电驱动力,在电驱压裂半挂车上分别设有电动机,柱塞泵,润滑散热系统,通过供电半挂车驱动电驱压裂半挂车上的电动机,(每个逆变单元中的逆变器都可独立驱动一台电动机工作),电动机再驱动柱塞泵工作,润滑散热系统对柱塞泵的润滑油进行冷却。
整流单元4与逆变单元通过共直流母线来连接,共直流母线可以分别驱动多个高压逆变单元5和多个低压逆变单元。通过共直流母线的连接,有效简化了供电线路的接线。

1.一种电驱压裂供电半挂车,包括半挂车体,高压开关,变压器,整流单元和逆变单元,其特征在于:所述高压开关,变压器和整流单元集成在半挂车体上,所述高压开关为1个,变压器为1个,整流单元包括高压整流单元和低压整流单元,高压开关用于控制变压器,变压器的高压侧与高压整流单元连接,变压器的低压侧与低压整流单元连接,1个变压器同时驱动高压整流单元和低压整流单元;所述逆变单元有多个,逆变单元包括高压逆变单元和低压逆变单元,高压整流单元驱动高压逆变单元,低压整流单元驱动低压逆变单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电驱压裂供电半挂车,其特征在于:所述变压器为多绕组变压器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电驱压裂供电半挂车,其特征在于:所述变压器功率在10MVA以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电驱压裂供电半挂车,其特征在于:所述高压整流单元电压在3000VDC以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电驱压裂供电半挂车,其特征在于:所述逆变单元为舱体式结构,内有2套逆变器,2套逆变器分别驱动2台电动机工作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电驱压裂供电半挂车,其特征在于:整流单元与逆变单元通过共直流母线来连接,共直流母线可以分别驱动多个高压逆变单元和多个低压逆变单元。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电驱压裂供电半挂车,其特征在于:所述整流单元设在供电半挂车体的鹅颈上。
