Claims (9)

1. The cutter-adjustable crushing equipment is characterized by comprising a box body (3), wherein a feed hopper (1) is arranged at the top of the box body (3), a roller (6) is arranged at the upper end inside the box body (3), rotating shafts (16) are arranged at the two ends of the roller (6), a first fixed bearing (17) is arranged on the outer wall of the front end and the rear end of the box body (3), the rotating shafts (16) are arranged in the inner ring of the first fixed bearing (17), a rotating assembly for driving the rotating shafts (16) to rotate is further arranged on the outer wall of the box body (3), a plurality of rotating crushing assemblies are arranged on the outer surface of the roller (6) along the length direction in an equidistance mode, each rotating crushing assembly comprises a plurality of rotating crushing teeth (14) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the roller (6), the rotating crushing teeth (14) are connected with the roller (6) in a sliding mode, an adjusting assembly (, the steerable crushing tooth (14) that rotates of adjusting part (7) is close to or keeps away from to roller (6) axial direction line simultaneously, one side inner wall of box (3) is equipped with fixed crushing unit, fixed crushing unit includes fixed crushing tooth (4) and fixed crushing tooth two (21) that a plurality of crisscross set up, fixed crushing tooth one (4) sets up in adjacent rotation crushing unit's clearance one by one, fixed crushing tooth two (21) align with rotation crushing unit one by one, the inside lower extreme of box (3) is equipped with ejection of compact board (13) of slope, the lower one end that goes out ejection of compact board (13) extends to the outside of box (3).

The cutter-adjustable crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting assembly (7) comprises two fixed bearings (75) arranged at two ends inside the roller (6), rotating rods (74) are fixed to inner rings of the two fixed bearings (75), the rotating shaft (16) is a hollow pipe body, one end of each rotating rod (74) extends from the inside of the roller (6) to the inside of the corresponding rotating shaft (16), fixed disks (73) are arranged at two ends of each rotating rod (74), fixing rods (72) uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of each rotating rod (74) are arranged between the fixed disks (73), the number of the fixing rods (72) is the same as that of the rotating crushing teeth (14) contained in a single rotating crushing assembly, a plurality of connecting assemblies are equidistantly arranged on the fixing rods (72), the connecting assemblies are aligned with the rotating crushing assemblies one by one, each connecting assembly comprises a plurality of connecting rods (71) hinged to the corresponding fixing rod (72), the other end of the connecting rod (71) is hinged with one end of the rotary crushing tooth (14) in the roller (6) respectively.

The cutter-adjustable crushing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein an outer surface of one end of the rotating rod (74) extending into the rotating shaft (16) is provided with a first external spline (76), an inner surface of the rotating shaft (16) at the same end as the first external spline (76) is provided with a first internal spline (161), the rotating rod (74) is further sleeved with a locking block (19), the locking block (19) is of a hollow pipe structure, an outer surface of the locking block (19) is provided with a second external spline (192) engaged with the first internal spline (161), and an inner surface of the locking block (19) is provided with a second internal spline (191) engaged with the first external spline (76).
5. The cutter-adjustable crushing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the end face of the locking block (19) is provided with a pull rod (18).

The cutter-adjustable crushing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a speed reducing motor (5) arranged on the outer wall of the box body (3), and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (5) and a rotating shaft (16) are sleeved with transmission gears (15) which are meshed with each other.

The cutter-adjustable crushing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first sieve opening (91) and the second sieve opening (101) are square, and one diagonal line of the first sieve opening (91) and the second sieve opening (101) is parallel to the length direction of the second sieve plate (10).
8. The cutter-adjustable crushing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of oil guide grooves (20) are formed at the connection part of the roller (6) and the rotary crushing teeth (14).

The cutter-adjustable crushing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a feeder (2) is further fixedly connected to the outer wall of the box body (3), a feeding port of the feeder (2) is located below the lower end of the first sieve plate (9), and a discharging port of the feeder (2) is located above the feeding hopper (1).
