Description

Glove type hand joint treatment device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a GLOVE TYPE HAND joint treatment device (GLOVE TYPE HAND joint vibration treatment device), and more particularly, to a GLOVE TYPE HAND joint treatment device for use in rehabilitation treatment of a HAND joint of a highly rigid patient whose fingers are not opened in a state of bending due to the stiffness of the HAND joint.
Background
In general, when the central nervous system is damaged, such as cerebral stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, or the like, a movement disorder accompanied by paralysis occurs to cause joint stiffness, and the paralyzed parts of fingers, arms, legs, or the like cannot be bent or straightened. Such joint stiffness symptoms are treated by performing one-to-one motor therapy with a rehabilitation therapist using a neurodevelopmental approach, or by forcibly moving a stiff part while the stiff part is fixed to a rehabilitation device.
As a conventional patent document related to this, there is a patent-granted publication No. 10-1471804 (hand-motion device) which was filed 24/2 in 2014 by the present applicant and granted 04/12 in 2014.
The patent document discloses the following: a hand movement device which moves 5 fingers of a stiff patient who stiffens 5 fingers of a right hand or a left hand to be tightened with each other without being separated, by air pressure to be pulled apart or tightened with each other, said hand movement device comprising: a finger fixing glove into which the 5 fingers are inserted and fixed; and a contraction relaxation airbag attached to one surface of the finger-fixing glove so as to pull or tighten the 5 fingers inserted and fixed to the finger-fixing glove, the contraction relaxation airbag including: an air bag portion into which the air pressure flows and from which the air pressure is discharged; and an elastic member portion that tightens the 5 fingers when the air pressure of the air bag portion is discharged. According to such a hand exercise device, it can be embodied in the form of a finger fixing glove which can be easily worn and has 5 fingers of the left or right hand inserted and fixed by using a soft and small-sized contraction relaxation airbag to fix an exercise device for high stiffness and secure a range of motion.
On the other hand, stiff patients with stiff hand joints can be distinguished into general stiff patients who can limitedly flick a part of the hand joints or actions in which a part of the fingers can be grasped and opened and highly stiff patients whose stiff hand joints seriously cause the fingers to be hardened into a bent state without opening.
In the case where the finger fixing glove into which the fingers are inserted and fixed is formed to extend over the entire length of the inserted fingers as in the hand exercise device disclosed in the above-mentioned conventional patent document, although the rehabilitation treatment can be performed for a general stiff patient, the rehabilitation treatment is limited because the fingers cannot be opened and the fingers cannot be inserted into the finger fixing glove for a highly stiff patient, and in addition, there is a problem that ligaments and muscles are broken when a large movement is attempted to open the joint portion which is not opened in order to be stiff.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments according to the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Before the description, it should be noted that the terms or words used in the present specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to the meanings in the general or dictionary, but should be interpreted as the meanings and concepts conforming to the technical idea of the present invention on the basis of the principle that the inventor can define the concept of the terms exactly in order to explain his invention in the best way.
Therefore, the embodiment described in the present specification and the configuration illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferable embodiment of the present invention, and do not completely represent the technical idea of the present invention, and thus it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications can be substituted for them when the present invention is claimed.
The glove type hand joint treatment apparatus 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is an optimized structure in which the fingers can be easily inserted in consideration of the anatomical characteristics of the human body that the fingers are bent and opened, so that it can be easily installed to the treatment apparatus for the fingers of a highly rigid patient who cannot be opened due to the state of being hardened to be bent, as illustrated in fig. 1, the glove type hand joint treatment apparatus 100 including a finger support part 110, a side inflating air bag 120, and an air pressure generator 130.
First, the finger rest 110 is a means that is attached to the hand of the person to be treated and supports each finger F so that the finger F can be articulated by the side inflatable airbag 120 and a below-described pulling rope 150, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the finger rest 110 includes a base portion 111, a hoop portion 112, and a thimble portion 113.
The base portion 111 is a member that supports the band portion 112 and the thimble portion 113 so as to be able to be placed on the hand of the person to be treated, and is horizontally placed in a shape covering the upper portion of each finger F. Here, the base portion 111 is preferably formed in an arcuate shape having an area gradually increasing forward, in consideration of the degree of spacing between the thimble portions 113 by the side-inflating airbag 120.
The hoop portion 112 and the thimble portion 113 are means for inducing the hand joint movement by being inserted into each finger F, and as shown in fig. 2, the hoop portion 112 is formed in a ring shape by being attached to the lower portion of the base portion 111, and is inserted around the finger F to support the main body portion of the finger F. The thimble portion 113 is attached to a lower portion of the base portion 111, is formed in a thimble shape, and has an insertion groove 114 formed therein so as to open toward the rear side, so that the first section of the finger F is inserted into the insertion groove 114 to support the tip portion of the finger F.
Here, in the base portion 111, the thimble portion 113 is disposed at the front end and the hoop portion 112 is disposed at the rear position spaced apart from the thimble portion 113 by a predetermined distance, so that the first section of the curved finger F can be caught by first fitting the hoop portion 112 into the main body portion of the finger F and then rotating the thimble portion 113 as shown in the drawing.
Further, since the band 112 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, when the thimble portion 113 is pulled by a pulling force applied thereto so as to cover the first link of the finger F, the thimble portion 113 can be rotated in a wider rotation range and cover the first link of the finger F, and thus the finger rest 110 can be more easily attached.
The side inflatable bags 120 are means for inflating and deflating to cause lateral movement of the stiff fingers F, and as shown in fig. 1, the side inflatable bags 120 are disposed between the thimble portions 113, and are configured to laterally open the gap between the stiff fingers F when air is injected thereinto, and to deflate to narrow the open gap when the injected air is discharged.
Here, each side-inflating airbag 120 is accommodated between the respective thimble portions 113 in a state of being folded into an "∩" shape, and is inflated by the injected air, thereby being able to further increase the length of the lateral expansion.
The air pressure generator 130 is a unit for supplying air necessary for the expansion and contraction of the side-inflating airbag 120, and is connected to the side-inflating airbag 120 via an air tube 131 to inject air into each side-inflating airbag 120.
Here, the air pressure generator 130 may be formed by a manual air supply unit and an automatic air supply unit, respectively, and when the manual air supply unit such as a rubber blower is used, the glove type hand joint treatment apparatus 100 may be used in a portable manner, so that the hand joint rehabilitation treatment may be performed without time and place restrictions, and when the automatic air supply unit such as an electric pump is used, the air may be injected precisely, and the side inflatable bladder 120 may rapidly perform the operation of inflation and deflation, so that the rehabilitation treatment time may be shortened.
As described above, in the case of the finger rest 110 for guiding the joint movement by being inserted into the finger of the person to be treated, the finger rest 110 includes: a base portion 111 disposed above each finger F; a hoop part 112 which is mounted on the lower part of the base part 111, is formed into a ring shape, and is inserted around the finger F to support the main body part of the finger F; and a thimble portion 113 which is mounted on a lower portion of the base portion 111, is formed in a thimble shape, and supports a tip portion of the finger F by inserting the first segment of the finger F into the inside, and by this configuration, an optimized structure in which the finger can be easily inserted in consideration of anatomical characteristics of bending and spreading of the finger of a human body is made, and thus, the thimble portion can be easily mounted on a finger of a highly rigid patient who cannot be spread by being hardened into a bent state.
On the other hand, the glove type hand joint treatment apparatus 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided with the wrist strap 140 and the traction rope 150, thereby performing rehabilitation therapy by inducing the motion of bending and stretching the finger F in addition to the lateral stretching motion of the finger through the finger supporter 110 and the side inflatable balloon 120.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 3, the wrist fastening part 140 is formed in a band shape to be attached so as to wrap the wrist, and has a first fixing part 141 formed on the outer surface thereof, the pulling string 150 is formed in a string shape, one end thereof is fixed to the thimble part 113, and when the pulling string is pulled backward, the pulling string applies a pulling force to open the bent finger F, and the other end thereof is formed with a second fixing part 151 detachably fixed to the first fixing part 141, so that the open state of the finger F is selectively fixed, and thus, the effect of straightening the finger F can be increased.
Further, the first fixing portion 141 and the second fixing portion 151 are respectively formed of hook and loop fasteners having a snap structure, and the first fixing portion 141 is disposed on the entire upper surface of the wrist engaging portion 140 or on the entire outer surface of the wrist engaging portion 140 to fix the second fixing portion 151 at an arbitrary position within the area where the first fixing portion 141 is disposed, so that a range in which the traction rope 150 can be pulled rearward is increased, and thus, the operation range of the finger F passing through the traction rope 150 to be bent or opened can be appropriately adjusted according to the stiffness of the finger F.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wrist strap 140 is attached so that the front end portion thereof is expanded forward to cover a partial area of the back of the hand, thereby greatly increasing the range in which the second fixing portion 151 can be fixed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, since the connector 132 coupled to the air tube 131 or the side inflatable air bag 120 in a snap-fit structure is attached to the side inflatable air bag 120, the side inflatable air bag 120 can be selectively separated from the air pressure generator 130, and thus, only the finger rest 110 is attached to the hand of the person to be treated, and the person can live daily in a state where the fingers F are spread, and thus, the effect that the rehabilitation therapy is not limited by time and place can be provided.
