The adjustable automatic plate sling according to claim 1, wherein a trim strip height adjusting device is further provided on said cross-beam, comprising a sleeve, one end of which is fixed in said cross-beam, and an adjusting rod, one end of which is inserted into a port of the other end of said sleeve, said sleeve and said adjusting rod being fixed by an adjusting bolt of an opposing pair of a plurality of insertion holes provided in both, the other end of said adjusting rod being provided with a pressing plate; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
