The embodiment of the disclosure provides a workbench, which comprises a fixing plate, a turntable mechanism and a viscous film fixing mechanism. The turntable mechanism comprises a turntable embedded in the fixed plate, a first disc surface of the turntable protrudes out of a first surface of the fixed plate, and the turntable rotates around a central shaft of the turntable under the action of a first external force. Fig. 1A to 1C schematically show structural diagrams of a table according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 1A is a schematic three-dimensional structure, fig. 1B is a front view, and fig. 1C is a side view. Fig. 2 schematically shows a cross-sectional view of the internal structure of the turntable mechanism in fig. 1A to 1C.
As shown in fig. 1A to 1C, the table of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a fixing frame 110, a fixing plate 120, a turntable mechanism, and an adhesive film fixing mechanism.
The fixing plate 120 is used to fix the turntable mechanism and the adhesive film fixing mechanism. The turntable mechanism comprises a turntable 131, and the turntable 131 is embedded in the fixing plate. And a first plate surface 1311 (specifically, the upper plate surface shown in fig. 2) of the rotating plate 131 protrudes from the first surface 121 of the fixing plate 120. The adhesive film securing mechanism is secured to the first surface 121 of the securing plate 120. Specifically, the adhesive film fixing mechanism includes fixing posts 141 provided in a direction perpendicular to the first surface 121 of the fixing plate 120, and the fixing posts 141 may have, for example, a cylindrical structure or a polygonal prism structure for restraining the adhesive film roll 200 wound with the adhesive film.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first disc surface 1311 of the rotating disc 131 protruding from the first surface 121 of the fixed plate 120 should be located on the same side of the fixed plate as the fixed column 141. Specifically, the turntable 131 can rotate around the central axis of the turntable 131, for example, under the action of a first external force; the fixing post 141 may rotate around a central axis of the fixing post 141 by a second external force, for example, to bring the adhesive film roll 200 restricted to the fixing post 141 to rotate synchronously with the central axis of the fixing post 141. Accordingly, the first tray surface 1311 of the turntable 131 can be used for placing items to be wrapped with adhesive film.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, after placing the article on the first tray surface 1311, the adhesive film wound on the adhesive film roller 200 restricted on the fixing post 141 may be pulled to the article, and a part of the adhesive film may be stuck to the surface of the article. When the user pushes the article or pushes the turntable, the turntable can be rotated in synchronization with the article due to the friction between the article and the turntable 131. Meanwhile, as part of the adhesive film is adhered to the surface of the article, the adhesive film can be pulled under the driving action of the article, and the adhesive film roller 200 rotates. The fixing post 141 is driven by the adhesive film roller 200, so that the fixing post 141 rotates around the center of the fixing post 141 along with the adhesive film roller 200. Therefore, the object can be wrapped by the adhesive film under the pushing force of the user. Then, the first external force is specifically the friction between the article and the turntable or the pushing force of the user; the second external force is specifically the viscous friction force between the viscous film roller and the fixed column.
In summary, the winding of the adhesive film on the surface of the article can be facilitated by the arrangement of the workbench in the embodiment of the disclosure. The user simply places the article on the turntable, sticks the portion of the adhesive film wound on the adhesive film roll 200 to the article, and then pushes the article to rotate without rotating the article around the article. Therefore, the workbench disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure can effectively improve the efficiency of winding the adhesive film on the article, and can achieve the effects of saving time and labor, thereby improving the operation timeliness. Furthermore, since the first plate surface 1311 of the rotating plate 131 protrudes from the first surface 121 of the fixed plate 120, after an object is placed on the rotating plate 131, the object can be effectively prevented from contacting the first surface 121 of the fixed plate 120 during the rotation of the object, and thus, the influence of the friction between the object and the fixed plate 120 on the rotation of the object can be prevented.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve the stability of the work table, as shown in fig. 1A to 1C, the work table may further include a fixing frame 110 formed by splicing a plurality of fixing rods, and the fixing plate 120 is fixed to the fixing frame 110. Specifically, the fixing plate 120 may be fixedly connected to at least three fixing rods located on the same plane.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1A to 2, the turntable mechanism may further include, for example, a rotation shaft 132 and a first support seat 133 in addition to the turntable 131.
Wherein, the first end 1321 of the rotating shaft 132 is fixedly connected with the second plate surface 1312 of the rotating plate 131, which is arranged opposite to the first plate surface 1311, for supporting the rotating plate. The turntable 131 can drive the rotating shaft 132 fixedly connected therewith to rotate synchronously while rotating by the first external force. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotating shaft 132 may be disposed coaxially with the turntable 131, for example, so that the rotating shaft 132 and the turntable 131 both rotate around a coaxial central axis, thereby improving the stability of the rotating shaft 132 supporting the turntable.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to define a central axis position where the rotating shaft 132 rotates, the first support seat 133 may be provided with a first groove 1331 matched with the rotating shaft 132, for example, and the second end 1322 of the rotating shaft 132 is inserted into the first groove 1331. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to ensure that the rotation shaft 132 can rotate around the center of the rotation shaft 132 in the first groove 1331 and avoid the friction between the rotation shaft 132 and the inner sidewall of the first groove 1331 during the rotation process, the outer sidewall of the rotation shaft 132 should have a certain gap with the inner sidewall of the first groove 1331. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve the effect of the first supporting seat 133 on defining the position of the central axis when the rotating shaft 132 rotates, the outer sidewall of the rotating shaft 132 may further be attached to the first groove 1331. In this case, in order to reduce resistance when the rotation shaft 132 is rotated synchronously with the rotation disc 131, in a specific use, grease may be applied between an inner sidewall of the first groove 1331 and an outer sidewall of the second end 1322 of the rotation shaft 132.
In order to further improve the stability during the rotation of the rotating disc 131 and the stability of supporting the rotating disc 131, as shown in fig. 2, the rotating disc mechanism of the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a connecting plate 134, for example. The connecting plate 134 is fixedly connected to the second plate surface 1312 of the rotating plate 131. The first end 1321 of the rotating shaft 132 may be fixedly connected to the second plate surface 1312 of the rotating plate 131 through the connecting plate 134. Specifically, the connecting plate 134 and the rotating shaft 132 may be an integrally formed structure. Alternatively, the connecting plate 134 may have a through hole, the size of which matches the size of the rotating shaft 132, and the first end 1321 of the rotating shaft 132 is inserted into the through hole. Specifically, in order to improve the stability of the whole structure, after the first end 1321 of the rotating shaft 132 is inserted into the through hole, the rotating shaft 132 should be over-tightly fitted with the connecting plate 134, and the end surface of the first end 1321 of the rotating shaft 132 should be flush with the plate surface of the connecting plate. Further, the central axis of the connecting plate 134 may be coaxial with the central axis of the rotating shaft 132 and the rotating disk 131.
Further, in order to ensure that the rotating disc 131 can be tightly embedded in the fixing plate 120, the second disc surface 1312 of the rotating disc 131 should protrude from the second surface 122 of the fixing plate, which is opposite to the first surface 121.
In order to further improve the stability of the overall structure of the workbench, as shown in fig. 1A to 1C, the workbench according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a supporting plate 150, and the supporting plate 150 may be used to fixedly support the first supporting seat 133 of the turntable mechanism. The supporting plate 150 may be fixed to the fixing frame 110, and specifically, the supporting plate 150 may be fixedly connected to at least three fixing rods located on the same plane and arranged in parallel with the fixing plate 120.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1A to 1C, the adhesive film fixing mechanism may further include, in addition to the fixing column 141, for example, a second supporting seat 142, the second supporting seat 142 may be fixed to the first surface 121 of the fixing plate 120, and the structure of the second supporting seat 142 may be similar to that of the first supporting seat 133 of the turntable mechanism. Specifically, in order to limit the position of the central shaft when the fixing post 141 rotates, the second supporting seat 142 may be provided with a second groove matched with the fixing post 141, and one end of the fixing post 141 close to the fixing plate 120 may be inserted into the second groove. Further, in order to reduce the resistance when the fixing column 141 rotates, a certain gap may be provided between an outer side wall of the fixing column 141 and an inner side wall of the second groove. Alternatively, in order to enhance the limiting effect on the central axis of the fixed column 141 when rotating, the outer side wall of the fixed column 141 and the inner side wall of the second operation may be attached to each other, and in this case, in order to reduce the resistance when the fixed column 141 rotates, in actual use, grease may be coated on the outer side wall of the fixed column 141 inserted into the second groove portion and the inner side wall of the second groove portion.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a structural view of a table according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, for example, the workbench according to the embodiment of the disclosure may further include at least one object placing plate 160, and the at least one object placing plate 160 may be fixedly connected to at least three fixing rods of the fixing frame 110, so that the at least one object placing plate 160 is fixed on the fixing frame 110. Meanwhile, in order to enable an object space to be enclosed between the at least one object placing plate 160 and the fixing plate 120, one or more supporting plates of the at least one object placing plate 160 may be disposed in parallel with the fixing plate 120.
As shown in fig. 3, the at least one object placing plate 160 may be disposed in parallel and disposed in parallel with the fixing plate 120, and the at least one object placing plate 160 and the adhesive film fixing mechanism may be disposed on two opposite sides of the fixing plate 120, respectively, so that the at least one object placing plate 160 and the fixing plate 120 enclose at least one first object placing space on a side of the fixing plate 120 away from the adhesive film fixing mechanism. The number of the first object placing spaces depends on the number and size of the at least one object placing plate 160. Specifically, the number of the first storage spaces may be the same as the number of the at least one storage plate 160. Then, this first object space of formation can be used for placing the consumptive material articles for use, for example can be used for placing reserve adhesive film etc..
As shown in fig. 3, the workbench according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include at least one top plate 170, for example, and the at least one top plate 170 is fixed to the fixing frame 110. The at least one top plate 170 may be located on the same side of the fixation plate 120 as the adhesive film fixation mechanism. Specifically, the at least one top plate 170 may be disposed parallel to the fixing plate 120 on a side of the adhesive film fixing mechanism away from the turntable 131. Alternatively, the at least one top plate 170 may be disposed parallel to the holding plate 120 on a side of the turntable 131 remote from the adhesive film holding mechanism to prevent the at least one top plate from being disposed to obstruct the adhesive film from tangling the article placed on the turntable 131. Further, since the at least one top plate 170 is disposed parallel to the fixed plate 120, at least one second accommodating space may be formed between the at least one top plate 170 and the fixed plate 120. The second storage space may be used for storing a computer, a mouse, a keyboard, a receipt printer, and other devices, for example, so that after a user places an article on the turntable 131, the user may scan the article through the scanner, upload the scanning result to the computer, find the distribution information corresponding to the article through the computer, and print the distribution receipt through the receipt printer. The adhesive film is wound around the object through the workbench, and meanwhile, the user can conveniently and simultaneously finish the pasting of the surface sheet of the object.
In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, given that the desired height of the table may vary from item to item, the table of embodiments of the present disclosure may further include a plurality of adjustable feet 180, as shown in fig. 3, the plurality of adjustable feet 180 being in contact with the ground when the table is in use. Furthermore, in order to ensure the stability of the whole workbench, the plurality of adjustable feet 180 specifically includes at least three, for example, and one end of the plurality of adjustable feet 180 may be fixedly connected to the fixed frame 110, and the other end thereof is in contact with the ground to support the whole workbench. Specifically, the adjustable legs 180 are fixed to an end of the fixing frame 110 away from the fixing plate 120, and the adjustable legs 180 and the adhesive film fixing mechanism are specifically located at two opposite sides of the fixing plate 120, specifically away from the fixing plate 120 relative to the at least one object placing plate 160.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the adjustable legs 180 may specifically include a length adjustment structure, and the length direction of the adjustable legs 180 is perpendicular to the first surface 121 of the fixing plate 120. By adjusting the length of the length adjustment structure, the height of the table, and thus the height of the first disc 1311 of the turntable 131 from the ground, can be adjusted.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a structural view of a table according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, after the article is wrapped by the adhesive film, in order to facilitate the removal of the article 300 from the turntable 131, the workbench of the embodiment of the disclosure may further include a roller 190.
Specifically, the roller 190 may be, for example, sleeved on a fixing rod close to the rotating plate 131 among a plurality of fixing rods constituting the fixing frame 110, and the roller 190 may be disposed to extend in a direction perpendicular to the fixing post 141, that is, a central axis of the roller 190 is perpendicular to a central axis of the fixing post 141. Specifically, the fixing rod sleeved by the roller 190 may be disposed parallel or perpendicular to the fixing plate, and a portion of the roller 190 and the adhesive film fixing mechanism may be located on the same side of the first surface 121 of the fixing plate 120. The portion of the roller 190 on the same side as the adhesive film fixing mechanism, which is parallel to the cut surface of the first surface 121 of the fixed plate 120, may be located between the first surface 121 of the fixed plate 120 and the first disc surface 1311 of the rotary disc 131 in the arrangement direction of the fixed posts 141. I.e. the height of the section is higher than the first surface 121 of the fixed plate 120 and lower than the first disc surface 1311 of the rotary disc 131. Therefore, when the article 300 is wrapped by the adhesive film, the article can slide freely from the turntable 131 to the roller 190 under the pushing of the external force of the user, so that the article can leave the turntable under the driving of the rolling friction force between the roller and the roller when the roller rolls.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to prevent the article from falling onto the fixed plate 120 between the turntable 131 and the roller 190 under the pushing action of the user, the turntable 131 is embedded in the fixed plate 120 as close to the roller 190 as possible. Furthermore, in order to avoid the contact between the roller 190 and the fixing plate 120, which is unfavorable for the roller 190 to roll around the fixing rod sleeved on the roller, a gap should be formed between the roller and the fixing plate. At the same time, the gap should not be too large to prevent the articles from falling into the gap between the fixed plate and the drum during the process of being pushed onto the drum 190. Therefore, the gap should be as small as possible while effectively avoiding the contact of the drum with the fixed plate.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, the workbench of the disclosed embodiment may also be provided with a transport mechanism 1010. The transfer mechanism 1010 extends on a side of the rollers 190 remote from the turntable 131 to receive the articles 300 exiting the turntable 131 by the rolling action of the rollers 190 and transfer the articles 300 to an area away from the work station.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the spacing between the transport mechanism 1010 and the roller 190 in the direction of extension should be less than a predetermined spacing. If the predetermined distance is matched to the size of the article, for example, the distance between the conveying mechanism 1010 and the roller 190 in the extending direction is smaller than the predetermined distance, so that the article is prevented from falling into the space between the roller 190 and the driving mechanism 1010.
In order to facilitate receiving and transferring the articles, the surface of the transfer mechanism 1010 used to transfer the articles should be no higher than the elevation of the lowest tangent plane of the rollers 190, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. And the above-mentioned predetermined interval may include not only a predetermined interval between the transfer mechanism 1010 and the drum 190 in the extending direction of the transfer mechanism 1010 but also an interval between the transfer mechanism 1010 and the drum 190 in the arrangement direction of the fixed column 141.
In summary, the workbench according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can take the article wound with the adhesive film on the turntable away from the workbench through the arrangement of the roller 190 and the conveying mechanism 1010, so as to facilitate subsequent operations on the article.
