Detailed Description
The following will explain in detail an elastic membrane cardboard packer of the present invention with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stretch film cardboard packing machine includes a packing frame 1 and a transfer mechanism 2, and the transfer mechanism 2 is divided into a feeding transfer mechanism 21 and a discharging transfer mechanism 22. The packaging machine frame 1 is hollow to form a packaging space 3, the front part and the rear part are respectively connected with the conveying mechanism 2 in an open mode, one side connected with the discharging conveying mechanism 22 is provided with a hollow rotating wheel 11, and one side connected with the feeding conveying mechanism 21 is provided with a film guiding device 13 and a film cutting device 14.
The packing machine frame 1 is provided with fixing wheel rods 12 which are inwards facing and parallel to the rotating plane of the hollow rotating wheel 11 at the upper, lower, left and right sides of one side of the hollow rotating wheel 11. The ends of the four fixed wheel rods 12 are respectively provided with a fixed wheel 121 which extends towards the hollow rotating wheel 11 and the axial direction of the fixed wheel is parallel to the axial direction of the hollow rotating wheel 11. The four fixed wheels 121 are respectively in close contact with the inner circular wall of the hollow rotating wheel 11, so that the hollow rotating wheel 11 is scratched on the packaging machine frame 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the fixed wheel 121 is provided with a flange 122 at an end facing the packing space 3 to prevent the hollow rotating wheel 11 from slipping off when rotating.
The groove arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the hollow rotating wheel 11 is a belt groove 113, the belt 112 is connected with the motor 111 and is sleeved in the belt groove 113, and the hollow rotating wheel 11 is controlled by the motor 111 to rotate. One side of the hollow rotating wheel 11 facing the packing space 3 is provided with a film mounting rod 114 vertical to the hollow rotating shaft, and an elastic film roll 115 is mounted on the film mounting rod 114. The roll of elastic film 115 is a roll of elastic film 115 having self-adhesiveness.
The film guide 13 and the film cutting device 14 are provided on a slider 151 mounted on the slide bar 15, the slider 151 being movable up and down along the slide bar 15. The film guide 13 is a cylindrical rod whose surface is a film-adhesive material. The plane of rotation of the film guide 13 is perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the hollow wheel 11. The film cutting device 14 includes a cutting blade 141 and a buffer block 142, the edge of the cutting blade 141 is serrated, and the buffer block 142 is a piece of elastic material disposed to abut against the lower side of the cutting blade 141. Preferably, in this embodiment, the buffer block 142 is a piece of sponge, and the edge of the buffer block 142 on the abutting surface with the cutting blade 141 extends beyond the edge of the cutting blade 141. The plane of rotation of the membrane cutting device 14 is perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the hollow wheel 11.
Before the hollow rotary wheel 11 winds the elastic film on the paperboard to be packed (not shown), the horizontal position of the elastic film roll 115 is higher than the film guide device 13, one end of the elastic film is connected with the film guide device 13 in the paying-out state, and the film cutting device 14 is in the retracting state. The hollow rotating wheel 11 rotates to drive the elastic film roll 115 to perform elastic film winding on the packaged paper board, and after the elastic film is contacted and adhered with the packaged paper board and before the elastic film is contacted with the film guiding device 13 again, the film guiding device 13 is switched to a retraction state and separated from the elastic film. After the elastic film is wound, the film guide device 13 is switched to a discharge state, and when the elastic film is contacted with and adhered to the film guide device 13, the hollow rotating wheel 11 stops rotating. At this time, the film cutting device 14 is switched to the pay-out state, and contacts and cuts the elastic film connecting the cardboard to be wrapped and the film guide 13 in the switching process, and then is switched to the retracted state.
The conveying mechanism 2 is provided with conveying rollers 23 which roll along the same direction on four sides of the conveying channel, so that the movement of the packed paper board in the corresponding direction is limited, and particularly when one end of the conveying mechanism is positioned in the packing space 3 and wound and pulled by the elastic film roll 115, the packed paper board is prevented from being turned or sliding off due to pulling.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic film roll 115 is arranged side by side along the film mounting rod 114 with a space between the two elastic film rolls 115. When the elastic film is wound, the rear part of the front group of the packed paper boards and the front part of the rear group of the packed paper boards are simultaneously positioned in the packing space 3; the rear of the front set of baled paperboard is aligned with one roll of stretch film 115 and the front of the rear set of baled paperboard is aligned with another roll of stretch film 115. The hollow rotating wheel 11 rotates to drive the two elastic film rolls 115 to simultaneously wind and pack the rear part of the front group of the packed paper boards and the front part of the rear group of the packed paper boards. Thus, the front part and the rear part of each group of the packed paperboards can be prevented from being wound and packed respectively, and the production efficiency is improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims and their equivalent technologies, the present invention also encompasses these modifications and variations.
