Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a holder 200 according to an embodiment of the present application is used to fix a power module 300 to a vehicle. The electrical assembly 300 comprises a base assembly 100 and a holder 200, the base assembly 100 being able to be configured as a pump, an electric motor, a ventilator, an air conditioning compressor or other device which is supplied and/or supported in a vehicle. In fig. 1, the base 100 is configured as a pump, in some embodiments a cooling circulation pump. The base 100 comprises a stator (shown in position), a rotor (shown in position) having an axis X, and a base assembly housing 101 for housing the stator and the rotor, 101.
The holder 200 includes a body 201, and the body 201 includes a first face 201a, a second face 201b, and a receiving cavity 202. The holder 200 further has a stopper 203 integrally formed with the body 201 and located in the receiving cavity 202. Since the position-limiting component 203 is integrally formed with the body 201, it is not necessary to add a new process or procedure, and only the original mold of the holder 200 needs to be modified. In some embodiments, the retention feature 203 is configured as a rectangle extending toward the receiving cavity 202. But it may also be arranged as a circle, triangle, trapezoid, etc. The number of the position-limiting parts 203 can be set according to actual needs, and in some embodiments, the retainer 200 can be provided with four position-limiting parts 203.
In some embodiments, the position-limiting component 203 located in the receiving cavity 202 is configured as a rectangle, triangle, trapezoid, or the like extending toward the body 201.
The basic assembly 100 comprises a base (not shown in the figures) and a basic assembly shell 101, in this embodiment, the basic assembly shell 101 is provided with a limit fitting part 1011 at a position corresponding to the limit part 203, and the limit fitting part 1011 can be fitted with the limit part 203. In some embodiments, the stop mating feature 1011 may be an interference fit with the stop feature 203. In some embodiments, the stop-mating feature 1011 may be a through-hole, but may also be a counterbore. In other embodiments, the stop engagement feature 1011 may also be a protrusion extending toward the retainer.
To facilitate assembly, in some embodiments, the base assembly housing 101 may be comprised of two sub-housings. In some embodiments, the retainer 200 is integrally formed with the base assembly housing 101, and two-piece injection molding and other injection molding methods may be used. Thus, only a certain improvement of the mould is needed, and the cost is not increased. Since the holder 200 is formed integrally with the base unit case 101, the assembly process of the holder 200 and the base unit case 101 is omitted, so that the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
In some embodiments, a fastener 400 is provided on one side of the retaining member 200, and the fastener 400 engages the retaining member 200 with a separate connector (not shown) to secure the base assembly 100 to the vehicle. In some embodiments, fixture 400 is embedded in one side of body 101 of holder 200 by injection molding. In other embodiments, a connection portion (not shown) is provided at one side of the body 101 embedded in the holder 200 by injection molding, and the fixing member 400 is provided on the connection portion (not shown).
According to the invention, the motor vehicle comprises the electric assembly 300, the electric assembly 300 comprises a basic assembly 100 and a holding piece 200, and the holding piece 200 fixes the basic assembly 100 on the motor vehicle through the cooperation of the fixing piece 400 and a separate connecting piece.
According to the holder of the above embodiment, since the stopper part 203 of the holder 200 is engaged with the base unit case 101 of the electric unit 300, the relative movement of the holder 200 and the base unit 100 of the electric unit in the circumferential direction of the electric unit is restricted by the stopper part 203, and the performance and the life of the system related to the motor vehicle connected to the electric unit 300 are secured. And the body of the limiting part and the retaining part is integrally formed, only a certain modification needs to be made on the die, a new process or flow does not need to be added, and the obvious cost increase is avoided. When the holder 200 and the basic module housing 101 are integrally formed, the assembly process of the holder 200 and the basic module housing 101 can be omitted, and the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
