The fan 30 is driven by the motor 20 to rotate around the rotating shaft 34. The free end of the rotating shaft 34 is provided with a chamfer so that the rotating shaft 34 can be inserted into the mounting sleeve 13.
The annular groove 33 is disposed on the inner side wall of the cylindrical base 31, it is conceivable that the inner side wall of the cylindrical base 31 is stepped, the annular groove 33 is configured to accommodate the annular flange 122, and the height of the annular groove 33 is equal to the height of the annular flange 122, so that the annular groove 33 is matched with the annular flange 122 stably.
