An inner ring rib 304 protruding out of the upper surface of the bearing plate 300 is arranged between the water passing groove 302 and the mounting structure 303, and the inner ring rib 304 plays a role in retaining water and can prevent condensed water from flowing to the mounting structure 303. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, the outer ring decoration portion 220 includes an inclined decoration wall 221 and an outer enclosure wall 222, the inclined decoration wall 221 is connected to the inner ring decoration portion 210 and the outer enclosure wall 222, respectively, the inclined decoration wall 221 extends radially outward and downward of the decoration plate 200, and the outer enclosure wall 222 extends downward from the outer periphery of the inclined decoration wall 221. In this way, the inclined decorative wall 221 covers the inclined surface of the outer ring plate 120, and the outer surrounding wall 222 covers the bottom peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120, so that the entire outer surface of the base plate 100 is covered with the decorative plate 200, thereby improving the appearance.
As shown in fig. 1 to 27, a chassis 10 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bottom plate 100, a decorative plate 200, and a socket plate 300.
Specifically, the receiving plate 300 is adapted to receive a cabinet of an air conditioner, the receiving plate 300 is mounted on the bottom plate 100, and the receiving plate 300 is located above the decorative plate 200. The base plate 100 includes: an inner ring plate 110 and an outer ring plate 120, wherein the inner ring plate 110 is horizontally arranged, and the inner ring plate 110 is provided with a modified groove 106 with an open upper end; the inner peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110, and the outer ring plate 120 extends obliquely downward from the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110 and outward in the radial direction of the base plate 100.
The decorative plate 200 covers the upper surface of the inner ring plate 110 and the upper surface of the outer ring plate 120, the decorative plate 200 covers the modified groove 106, and the decorative plate 200 is spaced apart from the inner wall of the modified groove 106. That is, a gap is formed between the lower surface of the decorative plate 200 and the inner wall of the modified groove 106, so that the contact area between the decorative plate 200 and the base plate 100 can be reduced.
According to the chassis 10 of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving plate 300 is used to receive the chassis, so that the chassis is spaced from the bottom plate 100, and the appearance is beautiful; furthermore, the improved groove 106 can reduce the contact area between the decorative plate 200 and the bottom plate 100, thereby reducing the requirement of manufacturing precision.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the modified groove 106 is an annular groove extending along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate 100, so that the contact area of the whole circumference can be reduced, and the forming is more convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the modified groove 106 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110, in other words, the modified groove 106 is provided on the inner peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120. Thus, the contact area between the decorative panel 200 and the base panel 100 can be smaller.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the decorative panel 200 includes: an inner ring trim portion 210 and an outer ring trim portion 220. The inner ring decoration 210 covers the upper surface of the inner ring plate 110, and the inner ring decoration 210 is spaced apart from the inner wall of the modified groove 106. The inner peripheral edge of the outer ring decoration portion 220 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring decoration portion 210, the outer ring decoration portion 220 extends downward from the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring decoration portion 210 and outward in the radial direction of the decoration plate 200 in an inclined manner, and the outer ring decoration portion 220 covers the upper surface of the outer ring plate 120. Thus, the receiving plate 300 is supported on the decorative plate 200, and the decorative plate 200 can be covered on the bottom plate 100 more firmly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the inner ring decoration portion 210 covers the modified groove 106, and the inner ring decoration portion 210 and the modified groove 106 define a closed cavity, so that the appearance beauty can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 11, the upper surface of the inner ring plate 110 has an installation step 111 protruding upwards, the inner peripheral edge of the inner ring decoration part 210 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the installation step 111, and the upper surface of the inner ring decoration part 210 is flush with the upper surface of the installation step 111, so that the matching between the decoration plate 200 and the bottom plate 100 is firmer and the appearance is more beautiful. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the inner ring decoration portion 210 includes a horizontal decoration wall 211 and a connection wall 212, the horizontal decoration wall 211 extends along the horizontal direction, the horizontal decoration wall 211 is located above the outer ring decoration portion 220, the connection wall 212 connects the horizontal decoration wall 211 and the outer ring decoration portion 220, and the horizontal decoration wall 211 is attached to the upper surface of the inner ring plate 110. Thus, the assembly of the decorative panel 200 with the base panel 100 is more convenient. For example, the connecting wall 212 may extend in a vertical direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 18, the outer ring decoration portion 220 includes an inclined decoration wall 221 and an outer enclosure wall 222, the inclined decoration wall 221 is connected to the inner ring decoration portion 210 and the outer enclosure wall 222, respectively, the inclined decoration wall 221 extends along a radial direction of the decoration plate 200 and is inclined downward, and the outer enclosure wall 222 extends along a circumference of the inclined decoration wall 221 and is inclined downward. In this way, the inclined decorative wall 221 covers the inclined surface of the outer ring plate 120, and the outer surrounding wall 222 covers the bottom peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120, so that the entire outer surface of the base plate 100 is covered with the decorative plate 200, thereby improving the appearance.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the receiving plate 300 is supported on the decoration plate 200, and the outer periphery of the receiving plate 300 and the outer periphery of the decoration plate 200 are spaced in the up-down direction. For example, the bottom plate 10 is constructed in a suspended pot structure having wide top and bottom portions and a narrow middle portion, so that the structure is firm and the appearance is beautiful.
As shown in fig. 1 to 27, a base plate 100 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an inner ring plate 110, an outer ring plate 120, and an open-top interior chamber 130.
Specifically, the inner peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110, the outer ring plate 120 extends obliquely outward from the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110 downward and along the radial direction of the bottom plate 100, the upper surface of the outer ring plate 120 has a sunken structure 121 recessed downward, the outer peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120 extends downward to form an outer ring flange 122, and the lower surface of the outer ring flange 122 is provided with a plurality of support ribs 123 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer ring plate 120. The upper peripheral edge of the inner cavity 130 is connected to the inner peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the lower surface of the support rib 123 is connected to the lower surface of the outer ring flange 122 through the transition inclined plane 124, thereby reducing stress concentration and improving strength and life of the support rib 123.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the outer side surface of the supporting rib 123 is located inside the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring flange 122 in the radial direction of the bottom plate 100, that is, the supporting rib 123 is disposed adjacent to the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring flange 122, so that the supporting effect is better and the stability is higher.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the outer ring flange 122 includes a plurality of arc segments connected to each other, and the radii of two adjacent arc segments are different. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, the receiving plate 300 includes: an inner ring receptacle 310 and an outer ring receptacle 320. The inner ring receiving portion 310 is supported on the decorative plate 200, and a support rib 309 is provided on a lower surface of the inner ring receiving portion 310. The inner circumferential edge of the outer ring receiving portion 320 is connected to the outer circumferential edge of the inner ring receiving portion 310, and the outer ring receiving portion 320 is located above the inner ring receiving portion 310. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, the supporting ribs 309 are located at the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring receiving portion 310, i.e., the supporting ribs 309 are adjacent to the inner peripheral edge of the outer ring receiving portion 320, so that the supporting reliability is higher and the structure is more reliable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the decorative panel 200 includes: an inner ring trim portion 210 and an outer ring trim portion 220. The inner peripheral edge of the outer ring decoration portion 220 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring decoration portion 210, the outer ring decoration portion 220 extends downward from the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring decoration portion 210 and outward in the radial direction of the decoration plate 200, and the support rib 309 is supported on the upper surface of the outer ring decoration portion 220. Thus, the receiving plate 300 is supported on the decorative plate 200, and the decorative plate 200 can be covered on the bottom plate 100 more firmly.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the inner ring decorative portion 210 includes a horizontal decorative wall 211 and a connecting wall 212, the horizontal decorative wall 211 extends in the horizontal direction, the horizontal decorative wall 211 is located above the outer ring decorative portion 220, the connecting wall 212 connects the horizontal decorative wall 211 and the outer ring decorative portion 220, and an inner side surface of the support rib 309 is attached to an outer side surface of the connecting wall 212. The inner annular plate 110 is disposed horizontally. The inner peripheral edge of the outer ring plate 120 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110, the outer ring plate 120 extends downward from the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring plate 110 and slants outward in the radial direction of the bottom plate 100, the inner ring decoration part 210 covers the upper surface of the inner ring plate 110, and the outer ring decoration part 220 covers the upper surface of the outer ring plate 120. In this manner, the bottom plate 100 and the receiving plate 300 are spaced apart in the up-down direction, thereby facilitating the view of the decorative plate 200 covering the bottom plate 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 23, the inner ring receiving portion 310 and the outer ring receiving portion 320 are respectively horizontally disposed, so as to be beneficial to ensuring that the chassis is stable, and the stress of the bottom plate 100 and the decorative plate 200 is stable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the projection of the receiving plate 300 in the horizontal plane is located in the projection of the decorative plate 200 in the horizontal plane, so that the receiving plate 300 does not completely shield the decorative plate 200, so that the decorative plate 200 is at least partially in the visual field of the user, and the appearance aesthetic property is better.
As shown in fig. 1 to 27, a chassis 10 of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a bottom plate 100, a decorative plate 200, and a socket plate 300.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom plate 100, the decorative plate 200 and the receiving plate 300 are respectively annular, the receiving plate 300 is supported on the decorative plate 200, the periphery of the receiving plate 300 is arranged along the periphery of the decorative plate 200 at intervals in the up-down direction, the inner ring ribs 304 and the outer ring ribs 305 are respectively extended along the circumferential direction of the receiving plate 300, and the rear panel of the chassis can be supported on the inner ring ribs 304 and the outer ring ribs 305. Further, as shown in fig. 19, the number of the mounting structures 303 is plural, the plural mounting structures 303 are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the socket plate 300, and the plural mounting structures 303 are located between the inner ring bead 304 and the outer ring bead 305. For example, the mounting structure 303 includes pre-positioning columns and fixing holes, a plurality of pre-positioning columns and a plurality of fixing holes are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the receiving plate 300, and a plurality of pre-positioning columns and a plurality of fixing holes are alternately provided in the circumferential direction of the receiving plate 300, so that structural reliability is higher.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, a plurality of baffles 324 are connected between the inner ring rib 304 and the outer ring rib 305 at intervals along the circumference of the receiving plate 300, a stop groove 325 is defined between the inner ring rib 304 and the outer ring rib 305 by two adjacent baffles 324, and the stop groove 325 is adapted to stop the lower edge of the chassis (e.g., the front panel of the chassis). Therefore, the case can be limited and can be more stably installed on the bearing plate 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, the stopping groove 325 may be formed by a portion of the inner ring rib 304 being recessed outward in the radial direction of the receiving plate 300, so that the structure is simple and the forming is easy. For example, the inner ring rib 304 is partially broken, and both ends of the baffle 324 are connected to the inner ring rib 304 and the outer ring rib 305, respectively, so that the stopper groove 325 is configured as a groove having an opened upper surface and an opened inner side surface, thereby facilitating the assembly.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 19, the receiving plate 300 includes: an inner ring receptacle 310 and an outer ring receptacle 320. The inner ring receiving portion 310 is supported on the decorative plate 200. The inner circumferential edge of the outer ring receiving portion 320 is connected to the outer circumferential edge of the inner ring receiving portion 310, and the outer ring receiving portion 320 is located above the inner ring receiving portion 310. At least one of the inner ring receiver 310 and the outer ring receiver 320 is mounted on the base plate 100, for example, the inner ring receiver 310 is mounted on the base plate 100, or the outer ring receiver 320 is mounted on the base plate 100, or the inner ring receiver 310 and the outer ring receiver 320 are mounted on the base plate 100, respectively. The mounting structure 303, the inner race bead 304, and the outer race bead 305 are provided on the outer ring receiving portion 320, respectively. So, it is more convenient to install, and the structure is more firm.
Further, as shown in fig. 23, the inner ring receiving portion 310 and the outer ring receiving portion 320 are respectively horizontally disposed, so as to be beneficial to ensuring that the chassis is stable, and the stress of the bottom plate 100 and the decorative plate 200 is stable.

Claims (16)

1. A base pan for an air conditioner, comprising:
a base plate;
the decorative plate is covered on the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the bearing plate is suitable for bearing the case of the air conditioner and located above the decorative plate, one of the base plate and the bearing plate is provided with a mounting column, and the other one of the base plate and the bearing plate is provided with a mounting groove, and the mounting column is matched with the mounting groove in shape.
2. An air conditioner base plate according to claim 1, wherein said bottom plate, said decorative plate and said receiving plate are respectively ring-shaped, said receiving plate is supported on said decorative plate, and an outer peripheral edge of said receiving plate and an outer peripheral edge of said decorative plate are provided at an interval in the up-down direction.
3. The chassis of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the mounting posts and the mounting grooves are respectively provided in plural at intervals in a circumferential direction of the chassis, and the plurality of mounting posts are fitted to the plurality of mounting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence.
4. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting posts are provided on and project downwardly from a lower surface of the receiving plate, and the mounting slots are provided on an upper surface of the base plate.
5. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in claim 4 wherein the lower surface of the adaptor plate is provided with a downwardly projecting support portion which is disposed around the mounting post and which is supported on the upper surface of the decorative plate.
6. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in claim 5 wherein the lower surface of the support portion is located above the lower surface of the mounting post.
7. The chassis of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the decorative plate is provided with an adapting groove for the mounting post to pass through, and the supporting part covers the adapting groove and supports the edge of the adapting groove.
8. An air conditioner chassis according to claim 5, wherein the mounting posts are provided on a lower surface of the support portion, and a projection of the mounting posts in a horizontal plane is located within a projection of the support portion in the horizontal plane.
9. The chassis of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein one of the bottom plate and the receiving plate is provided with a positioning post and the other is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning post is fitted in the positioning hole.
10. The chassis of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein mounting holes are respectively formed in the mounting posts and the mounting grooves.
11. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the base plate includes:
the inner ring plate is horizontally arranged;
the inner circumference edge of the outer ring plate is connected with the outer circumference edge of the inner ring plate, the outer ring plate extends downwards along the outer circumference edge of the inner ring plate and outwards inclines along the radial direction of the bottom plate, and the mounting groove is formed in the upper surface of the outer ring plate.
12. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in claim 11, wherein said receiving plate includes:
an inner ring receiving portion;
the inner peripheral edge of the outer ring bearing part is connected with the outer peripheral edge of the inner ring bearing part and is positioned above the inner ring bearing part, and the mounting column is arranged on the lower surface of the outer ring bearing part.
13. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in claim 12, wherein the inner ring receiving portion and the outer ring receiving portion are horizontally disposed, respectively.
14. The air conditioner base pan of claim 13, wherein a projection of the inner ring plate in a horizontal plane is located within a projection of the inner ring receptacle in a horizontal plane.
15. An air conditioner base pan as claimed in claim 11, wherein the decorative panel comprises:
the inner ring decoration part is covered on the upper surface of the inner ring plate;
the outer ring decoration part, the inner peripheral edge of outer ring decoration part with the outer peripheral edge of inner ring decoration part links to each other, the outer ring decoration part by the outer peripheral edge of inner ring decoration part is down and is followed the radial outwards slope extension of decorative board, the outer ring decoration lid is located the upper surface of outer crown plate, it supports to accept the board on the upper surface of outer ring decoration part.
16. An air conditioner, comprising:
a base pan of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1-15;
