Background
Air conditioners, i.e., air conditioners, are classified into various types, and commonly include a wall type air conditioner, a cabinet type air conditioner, a window type air conditioner, and a ceiling type air conditioner. The wall-mounted air conditioner with the integral casing is the most common household type, and the existing wall-mounted air conditioner with the integral casing consists of a base, a heat exchanger, a cross-flow fan and a driving motor which are arranged on the base, and a casing which covers the base and the upper heat exchanger, the cross-flow fan and the driving motor, wherein the casing is generally formed by connecting a front side plate, an upper side plate, a lower side plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, and the rear side of the casing is open.
The filter screen needs to be installed on the wall-mounted air conditioner with the integral shell for filtering the introduced air, and in the prior art, the following structures are mostly adopted to realize the installation of the filter screen: the elastic filter screen is manufactured, the detachable panel is arranged on the front side plate, during installation, the panel is detached firstly, then the filter screen is inserted into the position, located on the lower side of the panel, of the shell, and finally the panel is installed on the shell.
It can be seen that, above-mentioned structure, the dismouting filter screen is very loaded down with trivial details, moreover need set up the structure of grafting filter screen piece and with the structure etc. that support and fixed panel in the base, lead to air conditioner shell structure complicated, increased the preparation degree of difficulty, also increased the cooperation degree of difficulty for the air conditioner product simultaneously.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the integral shell wall-mounted air conditioner which has simple structure and forming process, low production cost and effectively improved product quality.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention realizes the assembly of the filter screen by arranging the filter screen frame and the clamping groove which are mutually matched, a detachable panel is not required to be arranged, and the shell is more integral, thereby omitting a support and fixing structure of the panel and an inserting structure of the filter screen, simplifying the structure and the forming process, saving materials and effectively reducing the production cost.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

The invention relates to an integral-shell wall-mounted air conditioner, which comprises a base 10, a heat exchanger, a cross flow fan, a driving motor, a shell 20 and a filter screen frame 30, wherein the heat exchanger, the cross flow fan and the driving motor are arranged on the base 10, the shell 20 covers the base 10 and the heat exchanger, the cross flow fan and the driving motor, the filter screen frame 30 is formed by a support grating 301 and a circle of frame 302 surrounding the outer edge of the support grating 301, a clamping groove 201 corresponding to the shape and the size of the filter screen frame 30 is formed in the shell 20, a filter screen is arranged on the filter screen frame 30, a ventilation opening 202 is formed in the bottom wall of the clamping groove 201, and the filter screen frame 30 is clamped in the clamping groove 201.
The invention realizes the assembly of the filter screen by arranging the filter screen frame and the clamping groove which are mutually matched, and does not need to be provided with a detachable panel, thereby saving the supporting and fixing structure of the panel and the inserting structure of the filter screen, simplifying the structure and the forming process, saving materials and effectively reducing the production cost.
In an embodiment, the frame 302 of the filter screen frame 30 has an elastic deformation member for elastically abutting against the side wall of the slot 201. By the design, the static friction force of the filter screen frame and the side wall of the clamping groove can be enhanced, and the installation stability is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the cross section of the frame 302 of the filter frame 30 is inverted concave, so as to form an elastic deformation member. The filter screen frame adopts the plastics material, and when the transversal character form of personally submitting the inversion of frame, its outside has elastic deformation ability and forms elastic deformation spare, not only easy shaping and installation, the frame all around can form the elasticity butt with the lateral wall of draw-in groove moreover, and is more firm, need not use fasteners such as buckle or bolt in addition to lock just can guarantee stable in structure, further simplifies the structure, also dismantles easily.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the underside of the rim 302 of the filter frame 30 is provided with a ring of inwardly extending flanges 303. The turn-ups is used for increasing the area of contact of the diapire of frame and draw-in groove, improves the fastness.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the housing 20 is formed by connecting a front side plate, an upper side plate, a lower side plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, and the housing 20 is an integrally formed structural member. The invention can make the shell into an integrated structural member because the panel is saved, thereby not only being convenient for molding and installation, but also having higher strength and eliminating the matching problem.
In an embodiment, the rear side of the upper side wall of the housing 20 is detachably connected to the upper side of the base 10 by more than two sets of first fastening structures, so that the housing is detachably fixed on the base.
In one embodiment, the inner surface of the front sidewall of the housing 20 is detachably connected to the front side of the base 10 by more than two sets of second snap structures, so that the housing is detachably fixed on the base.
The shell can be firmly and detachably fixed on the base through the first buckle structure and the second buckle structure, and the shell is stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the first fastening structure is composed of a first bayonet 401 provided at the rear side of the upper sidewall of the housing and a first fastening head 402 provided at the upper side of the base; the second fastening structure is composed of a second fastening head 502 arranged on the inner surface of the front side wall of the housing and a second bayonet 501 arranged on the front side of the base. Design like this, first buckle structure and second buckle structure mutually support, during the installation, buckle first buckle structure earlier, then buckle second buckle structure again, the installation of being convenient for, the operability is good. Preferably, the first buckle head is in a flat cone shape, and the second buckle head is in a hook shape, so that the first buckle head and the second buckle head are easier to fit and install, and the connection strength can be ensured.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, an air outlet 203 is formed at a lower end of a front side wall of the housing 20, a rotatable wind shield 204 is installed at the air outlet 203, protruding plates 2041 extend from left and right ends of the wind shield 204 to left and right sides respectively, and a recess corresponding to the protruding plates 2041 in shape and size is formed on an outer surface of the front side wall of the housing 20. Design like this, deep bead intensity is higher, can prevent to warp, and the rotation of deep bead is spacing easily moreover, can more effectually block ambient air, prevents that the comdenstion water from generating.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the card slot 201 is disposed on an upper sidewall of the housing 20. Due to the arrangement, the shell has integral upward supporting force on the filter screen frame, the filter screen frame is more difficult to fall off, other fasteners are not needed for locking, and the filter screen frame is easy to disassemble; and the filter screen is farther away from the heat exchanger, so that the air inlet efficiency is higher.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the top of the support grid 301 of the filter screen frame 30 is provided with a handle 304. The handle is arranged for being held by hands, so that the handle is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and in specific implementation, the handle is formed by integrally forming a convex plate extending upwards on the support grid.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the filter frame 30 is provided with more than one reinforcing rib 305. The arrangement of the reinforcing ribs is used for improving the structural strength of the filter screen frame.
In one embodiment, the cells of the filtering screen frame 30 divided by the supporting grids 301 have a long hexagon shape. Design like this, the outward appearance is succinct generous, and structural strength is high moreover.
