In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "fixed" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 4, at least a portion of the ventilation board 12 is formed as an air processing portion 122, the air processing portion 122 is air permeable, and the air processing portion 122 can perform air processing on the air flow passing through the air processing portion, so that when the air flow of the air conditioner flows through the ventilation board 12, a portion of the air flow blown to the air processing portion 122 is blown to the room through the air processing portion 122, and thus the portion of the air flow is processed by the air processing portion 122, so as to improve the air quality, for example, the air processing portion 122 can perform processing such as filtering, purifying, or removing odor, and the like on the portion of the air flow, so that the air deflector 1 can not only guide the flow direction of the air flow, but also effectively improve the air quality of the air flow during the working process, thereby facilitating the user experience.
According to the utility model discloses aviation baffle 1 of air conditioner, because aviation baffle 1 includes installing frame 11 and ventilating board 12, and be formed with air treatment portion 122 on the ventilating board 12, so when the air-out air current of air conditioner is flowing through ventilating board 12, wherein blow to the partial air-out air current of air treatment portion 122 and just can see through air treatment portion 122 and blow to indoor, consequently this partial air-out air current just can be handled by air treatment portion 122, thereby improve the air quality, therefore, aviation baffle 1 not only can guide the flow direction of air-out air current in the course of the work, can also effectively improve the air-out quality of air-out air current, thereby be favorable to promoting user's use and experience, moreover aviation baffle 1's processing cost is low.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 9, an installation hook 13 is disposed on the installation frame 11, and the installation hook 13 is used for installing the installation frame 11 on the air conditioner. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the mounting hooks 13 are provided at both ends (e.g., both left and right ends shown in fig. 1) in the longitudinal direction of the mounting frame 11, whereby the structure is simple and the connection is reliable.
Furthermore, the mounting hook 13 and the mounting frame 11 are an integral piece, so that the connection strength between the mounting hook 13 and the mounting frame 11 can be improved, and the structure of the air deflector 1 is not easy to damage.
For example, the mounting hook 13 and the mounting frame 11 may be integrally formed by an injection molding process, or the mounting hook 13 and the mounting frame 11 are separately processed and then connected into a whole by a secondary injection molding or welding, which manner may be selected according to actual needs, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the ventilation board 12 is an arc-shaped board. Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 10, when the air deflector 1 is installed on the air conditioner and the air deflector 1 closes the air outlet of the air conditioner, the ventilation plate 12 is recessed toward a direction away from the inside of the air conditioner, so that the inner surface and the outer surface of the ventilation plate 12 form arc surfaces, and thus the outlet air flow blown out by the air conditioner flows through the two arc surfaces of the ventilation plate 12 when blowing towards the ventilation plate 12, which is beneficial to reducing air loss, improving the flow rate of the outlet air flow, and improving the air supply effect.
Optionally, the air processing portion 122 of the ventilation board 12 is made of an air permeable material having an air hole structure, so that when a part of the outlet air flow blows towards the air processing portion 122 and flows in the air holes of the air processing portion 122, the air hole structure can increase the friction between the outlet air flow and the air processing portion 122, thereby reducing the flow rate of the outlet air flow, being beneficial to prolonging the time for the outlet air flow to flow through the air processing portion 122, and improving the processing effect of the air processing portion 122.
Besides, this pore structure can also make whole strand of air-out air current can divide into a strand of thin flow after seeing through air treatment portion 122 to fully break up the air-out air current, increased the turbulence degree of this part air-out air current, make the air-out air current blow to the human body when, the user can obtain soft wind sense relatively, is favorable to promoting user's use and experiences.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment portion 122 is an activated carbon layer or a Hyper web. Specifically, the air treatment part 122 may be made of an activated carbon material, and the activated carbon has strong adsorbability, so that the activated carbon can filter air or remove odor; the air treatment part 122 is also made of Hyper net, which can effectively filter particle pollutants in the air and make the air more fresh and clean.
Of course, the material form of the air treatment part 122 is not limited to the above two forms, for example, the air treatment part 122 may be made of a wet film material, which is a polymer composite material formed by treating and sintering plant fibers as a base material with a resin containing a specific component to form a corrugated plate-shaped cross-overlapped structure, and has a very strong water absorption property; when the wet film material is in a dry state, the moisture can fully absorb the heat of the air outlet flow and vaporize and evaporate, so that the air outlet flow is blown out together with the air outlet flow after the moisture is added into the wet film material to enable the moisture to be in a wet state, and the air outlet flow can be humidified at the moment. As to which air permeable material is used in the air treatment portion 122, the material cost and the actual air treatment requirement should be selected, which is not limited by the present invention.
Further, the air processing portion 122 may include a plurality of air processing layers in the flowing direction of the air flow, and different air processing layers are made of different air-permeable materials with air processing functions, so that the air processing portion 122 can perform various processing on the passing outlet air flow at a time, thereby expanding the air processing function of the original ventilation board 12.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the ventilation board 12 includes a body 121 and an air processing portion 122, the body 121 is installed in the installation hole 110, and the air processing portion 122 is disposed on at least one of the inner surface or the outer surface of the body 121, so that the air processing portion 122 is disposed at a more flexible position to meet different requirements of users.
The inner surface of the "inner surface" refers to a side surface of the body 121 facing the inside of the air conditioner when the air deflector 1 closes the outlet of the air conditioner, and the opposite direction is the outer direction.
For the body 121, the body 121 may be an air-permeable or air-impermeable structure. For example, when the body 121 is an air-permeable structure, referring to fig. 5, the body 121 is a plate and has a plurality of micropores 123, in this case, the outlet airflow can pass through the body 121, and the air processing portion 122 can be disposed on the inner surface and/or the outer surface of the body 121, and when the air deflector 1 is in a state of closing the air outlet of the air conditioner, the outlet airflow can still pass through the body 121 and the air processing portion 122 and be blown into the room, thereby facilitating the improvement of the use experience of the air conditioner.
As some optional embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment part 122 may be a layered structure, so that the air treatment part 122 may be conveniently disposed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the body 121 by bonding or the like, and thus, the structure is simple and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment part 122 located on the inner surface of the body 121 covers the whole inner surface of the body 121, and the air treatment part 122 located on the outer surface of the body 121 covers the whole outer surface of the body 121, so that the contact area between the air treatment part 122 and the outlet airflow can be enlarged, thereby increasing the air treatment capacity of the air treatment part 122.

In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 5, a plurality of micropores 123 may be uniformly arranged on the body 121, and the micropores 123 penetrate through the body 121 along the thickness direction of the body 121, in this case, when the outlet airflow blows towards the body 121, the body 121 can break up the outlet airflow to divide the outlet airflow into a plurality of fine flows, so as to increase the turbulence of the outlet airflow, so that when the outlet airflow blows towards a human body, a user can obtain a relatively soft wind feeling, and wind-free air supply is realized; in addition, at least one micropore 123 of the plurality of micropores 123 uniformly distributed on the body 121 is provided with the air treatment part 122, so that at least one corresponding trickle can be treated by the air treatment part 122, and it can be understood that the larger the number of micropores 123 provided with the air treatment part 122 is, the better the air treatment effect of the outlet airflow is.
Optionally, the pore diameter of micropores 123 is d, d ≦ 5 mm. This is advantageous for further realizing the air supply without wind sensation.
Further, be equipped with multiunit micropore group on the body 121, every group micropore group includes a plurality of micropores 123, and the air treatment portion 122 in the micropore 123 of different micropore groups has different air treatment functions, from this, when the air-out air current blows to ventilating board 12, ventilating board 12 alright carry out multiple air treatment to the air-out air current to make the air-out air current have higher quality of blowing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the air treatment portion 122 is filled in the micro-hole 123 and plugs the micro-hole 123, so that the overall appearance of the body 121 is not damaged, and the air treatment portion 122 is filled in the micro-hole 123, so as to effectively reduce the flow rate of the outlet airflow passing through the micro-hole 123, prolong the time of the outlet airflow passing through the air treatment portion 122, and improve the air treatment effect of the air treatment portion 122 on the outlet airflow.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment part 122 is disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the micro hole 123 and extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the micro hole 123. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the air treatment part 122 is disposed in a substantially cylindrical annular structure, wherein the outer circumferential wall of the air treatment part 122 abuts against the inner circumferential wall of the micro-hole 123, the inner circumferential wall of the air treatment part 122 forms an airflow channel for air to flow, and the axial length of the air treatment part 122 is not greater than the axial length of the micro-hole 123; because the air processing portion 122 itself is air permeable and the air processing portion 122 is formed with an airflow channel, when the outlet airflow passes through the micropores 123 of the body 121, a part of the outlet airflow can be directly blown out through the airflow channel, and a part of the outlet airflow can be processed through the air processing portion 122, so that the flow rate of the outlet airflow is not obviously reduced, the air supply distance is prevented from being affected, and meanwhile, the air processing of the outlet airflow can be realized; compared to the above-described embodiment in which the air treatment unit 122 fills the pores 123 and closes the pores 123, the present embodiment can achieve both the flow rate of the outlet airflow and the air treatment effect of the outlet airflow.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the ventilation board 12 is formed as the air processing portion 122, that is, the whole ventilation board 12 can be formed as the air processing portion 122, so the whole ventilation board 12 can be exposed to the air flow of the air conditioner and can perform air processing on the air flow, and compared with the portion of the ventilation board 12 formed as the air processing portion 122, this embodiment can enlarge the air processing area of the ventilation board 12, thereby increasing the air processing capacity of the ventilation board 12 and improving the air processing effect of the ventilation board 12.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting holes 110 are plural, the ventilation board 12 is plural, and the plurality of ventilation boards 12 and the plurality of mounting holes 110 correspond to each other one to one.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 7 to 8, the mounting frame 11 is formed with two mounting holes 110, i.e., a left first mounting hole 11a and a right second mounting hole 11b, and accordingly, the two ventilation boards 12 are a left first ventilation board 12a and a right second ventilation board 12b, respectively, the first ventilation board 12a is mounted in the first mounting hole 11a, and the second mounting board is mounted in the second mounting hole 11 b. In contrast to the single elongated design of the ventilation board 12 in fig. 1, a plurality of ventilation boards 12 are provided which are shorter, so that the installation and transport of the ventilation boards 12 is facilitated.
