The main machine of the dust collector is characterized in that the inner air duct is an air duct path with a bend, and the bending direction is opposite to the direction of the holding part; the air duct inlet is arranged at one end far away from the holding part, the air duct outlet is arranged at the tail end of the bent air duct path, and the power system is arranged at a position close to the air duct outlet; and at least one dust collecting device is arranged on the air duct path.
Although a U-shaped air path is used in this embodiment, in practice, the bends in the air path may take other shapes, such as V-shapes; the bend, unlike the bend, means that the wind channel turns from one direction to the direction of the bend, i.e. the wind channel returns towards the wind inlet direction, however, the return angle is not necessarily exactly 180 degrees as in the present embodiment, and may be other angles between 90 and 180 degrees; in the prior art, the internal air duct of some dust collectors adopts a bent air duct for arrangement convenience, but the whole direction of the air duct path from front to back is not changed, and the bent air duct path is essentially different from the bent air duct path.
In addition, the dust collecting device used in the present embodiment is a dust bag, but in other embodiments, other dust collecting devices such as a metal filter screen may be used as the dust collecting device, and any dust collecting device may be used as long as the protection scope of the present application is met.
The second embodiment of the application provides a dust collector 200, which comprises a dust collector main body 100 and a dust collector working head 8, wherein the end position of an air duct inlet 21 of the dust collector and the tail position of the dust collector working head 8 are respectively connected with a buckle 10 through an extension pipe 9; the cleaner main body 100 adopts the cleaner main body 100 provided by the first embodiment; or the main machine of the dust collector with other characteristics as follows is adopted: the inner air duct is an air duct path with a bend, and the bending direction is a direction back to the holding part; the air duct inlet is arranged at one end far away from the holding part and is opened forwards, the air duct outlet is arranged at the tail end of the bent air duct path, and the power system is arranged at a position close to the air duct outlet; at least one dust collecting device is arranged on the air duct path.
For a specific implementation manner of the vacuum cleaner main unit, reference may be made to the first embodiment of the present application, and details are not described herein again.
The working heads of the dust collector can be changed into working heads with different shapes and characteristics according to different working scenes, and a plurality of related schemes exist in the prior art, which are not described herein.
The dust collector can obtain better use effect than the existing dust collector in different scenes; some specific usage scenarios are described below.
The dust collector 200 provided in the second embodiment is used as a handheld dust collector for dust and mite collection of beds. A working head suitable for bed dust collection can be used, such as a dust collection pipe with a small triangular brush head at the front end; because the main machine of the dust collector adopts a U-shaped air duct path, the air duct inlet and the air duct outlet of the main machine of the dust collector are both forward, and a user does not need to avoid the tail part of the dust collector to exhaust air; in addition, because the main gravity source in the cleaner main body 100 is the motor, in the cleaner provided by the second embodiment, the motor of the cleaner main body 100 is positioned significantly forward relative to the existing cleaner, so that a user can save more labor in use, because, in actual use, the front end of the working head of the handheld cleaner is abutted against the working surface, so that a supporting point is provided for the cleaner, when the motor is positioned more forward, the supporting point is equivalent to the supporting point closer to the front end of the working head, so that the supporting point bears more weight of the motor, and the user holding the cleaner can obviously feel that the lifting force provided for the cleaner is reduced, thereby reducing labor intensity. In addition, after the dust collector is used, the rear cover on the main machine of the dust collector can be pulled out, and the dust bag collecting the dust can be conveniently released and discarded by pressing the dust bag release button, so that dust pollution to a user is completely avoided; if a new dust bag needs to be replaced, a dust bag release button can be pressed, after the dust bag clamping plate is placed in place, the dust bag release button is loosened to firmly clamp the dust bag, and the rear cover is installed back to the main machine of the dust collector, so that the next dust collection operation is carried out.
For another example, the vacuum cleaner 200 according to the second embodiment is used as a hand-held vacuum cleaner to suck floor dust. In this case, a working head suitable for floor cleaning operation can be selected, for example, a row brush with a long and narrow air duct inlet at the head part, and the pipeline of the row brush can comprise a part of hose and is connected to the air duct inlet of the main machine of the dust collector through the hose; a user can hold the dust collector by hand, and the other hand can hold the holding part of the working head to carry out dust collection operation on the ground.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications and changes without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
