The environmental controller for livestock and poultry breeding house according to claim 1, wherein said central processor is further connected with a fan controller, a warm water furnace controller, a circulating water pump controller and an illumination controller, said fan controller is connected with a plurality of fans, said warm water furnace controller is connected with a warm water furnace heating device, said circulating water pump controller is connected with a circulating water pump, and said illumination controller is connected with a plurality of illumination lamps.

The environmental controller for livestock and poultry breeding house according to claim 5, wherein the fan controller controls a plurality of exhaust fans and a plurality of warm air blowers, and the fan controller performs graded frequency conversion and delayed start of the exhaust fans and the warm air blowers according to the environmental status in the livestock and poultry breeding house.
