The lid body has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot body, substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with a rounded corner, is pivotally connected to the pot body through a pivot shaft, and can be freely pivoted about the pivot shaft between a lid-closed position and an open position with respect to the pot body, so as to facilitate the lid-closed and opening of the pot body. When the cover body is covered on the cooker body, the cover body covers the inner pot, and a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot. The lid body also usually has a sealing ring, which may be made of e.g. rubber material, arranged between the lid body and the inner pot for sealing the cooking space when the lid body is in the closed position.
It should be noted that directional terms used herein in describing various components in the cooking appliance and their positional relationships, such as "above", "below", "upper side", "upward", "downward", and the like, are relative to the cooking appliance in a horizontal state.
The heating device of the present embodiment is an electromagnetic heating device. That is, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment is an electromagnetic heating cooking appliance. The electromagnetic heating device may be disposed between the inner pot and the pot body, and mounted to the pot body. The electromagnetic heating device is typically arranged at least partially below the inner pot for heating the inner pot. Alternatively, the electromagnetic heating device may be an electromagnetic induction coil disk. The electromagnetic heating device can be provided with a temperature sensing cup. Specifically, the temperature sensing cup is arranged at the center of the electromagnetic heating device, and the temperature sensing cup can be abutted against the inner pot after penetrating through the electromagnetic heating device.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1, a magnetism isolating layer 20 made of a magnetism isolating material is attached to the inner surface of the pot body 10 in order to prevent the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic heating device from affecting the external object. In fig. 1, the magnetic shield layer 20 is schematically illustrated with dots arranged at intervals in a substantially arranged region.
The magnetism isolating layer 20 may be disposed under the electromagnetic heating device. In the present embodiment, the pot body 10 includes a base 11. The electromagnetic heating device is arranged between the inner pot (not shown) and the base 11. The magnetism isolating layer 20 may be attached to the inner surface of the base 11. In other words, the inner surface to which the magnetic shield layer 20 is attached is the inner surface of the base 11.
The magnetic isolation material can be directly formed on the inner surface of the base 11 by spraying or the like to form the attached magnetic isolation layer 20. In this embodiment, the magnetic shield layer 20 is attached to the base 11, thereby providing a magnetic shield effect. And the metal magnetic isolation piece mounted to the base 11 does not need to be arranged, so that the cooking utensil does not generate large abnormal sound due to the vibration of the metal magnetic isolation piece fixed to the base when in use, and the use experience of a consumer can be improved.
The shape of the magnetism isolating layer 20 is circular or circular ring. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the magnetic shield 20 has a ring shape, and the magnetic shield material is not attached to the central region 121 of the inner surface of the base 11. The central region 121 is positioned to correspond to a temperature sensing cup provided in the electromagnetic heating apparatus. The aperture of the central region 121 may be close to the diameter of the thermal cup or substantially equal to/slightly larger than the diameter of the thermal cup. The magnetic field intensity at the temperature sensing cup is weaker, so that the annular magnetic isolating layer 20 can be arranged, the using amount of magnetic isolating materials is reduced, and the cost is saved.
In the present embodiment, the base 11 is a plastic integrally molded component, and the magnetic shielding layer 20 is formed on the upper surface of the bottom wall of the base 11. The thickness of the magnetism-insulating layer 20 may be 5 μm to 50 μm, for example, 5 μm, 15 μm, 25 μm, 35 μm, 45 μm, and 50 μm.
Optionally, the base 11 may be provided with a drainage hole (not shown) in said central area 121. The liquid in the pot body 10 can be discharged outside through the discharge hole.
According to the cooking appliance of the present embodiment, since the magnetism isolating layer is attached to the base 11 integrally molded of plastic, the base itself can have a magnetism isolating function without additionally providing a metal magnetism isolating member in the pot body. In addition, the base 11 is made of a plastic material, so that abnormal noise is not generated or is less generated even if the cooking appliance vibrates, compared with a metal magnetic isolation member.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, unlike the integrally molded base 11 in the previous embodiment, the base 11 of the present embodiment includes a base main body 110 and a plastic sheet 220 attached to the base main body 110. The plastic sheet 220 is specifically mounted to the bottom wall of the base body 110. The plastic sheet 220 may be disposed under the electromagnetic heating device. The magnetic shield layer 20 formed of a magnetic shield material may be directly formed on the surface of the plastic sheet 220. In other words, the inner surface to which the magnetic shield layer 20 is attached is the surface of the plastic sheet 220. Specifically, the magnetism isolating layer 20 may be attached to at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the plastic sheet 220, preferably one of the upper and lower surfaces, and more preferably the upper surface.
It is understood that the magnetic shield layer 20 of the present embodiment is shown with several dots formed at the region of the plastic sheet 220, similarly to the first embodiment.
The magnetic shielding material may be directly formed on the surface of the plastic sheet 220 by spraying or the like. Since the plastic sheet 220 is easily moved, the coating operation is easily performed, and thus, the manufacturing process of the cooking appliance can be optimized. In this embodiment, the plastic sheet 220 can have a magnetic shielding effect due to the magnetic shielding layer 20 attached thereto.
In the present embodiment, the base main body 110 is a plastic member made of a plastic material. Since the plastic sheet 220 and the base main body 110 fixing the plastic sheet 220 are plastic pieces, they do not generate great abnormal sound due to vibration when the cooking appliance is used, so that the use experience of consumers can be improved. In the present embodiment, the base body 110 and the plastic sheet 220 are both plastic members, so that the plastic sheet 220 can be more flexibly mounted.
Alternatively, one embodiment of the plastic sheet 220 mounting is that the plastic sheet 220 may be molded as one piece with the base body 110. It should be noted that the "one-piece" herein means that at least a part of the portions of the plastic sheet 220 and the base main body 110 facing each other are connected together in a non-detachable manner. The plastic sheet 220 may be welded to the base body 110 by welding means such as thermal welding or ultrasonic welding. The surfaces of the plastic sheet 220 and the base body 110 that contact each other may be at least partially welded together. Specifically, for example, the lower surface of the plastic sheet 220 is partially welded to the inner bottom surface of the base body 110, and in this embodiment, the connection position of the plastic sheet 220 to the base body 110 may be selected as needed, thereby making the installation manner of the plastic sheet 220 more flexible.
Another embodiment of the installation of the plastic sheet 220 is that the plastic sheet 220 may be detachably installed to the base body 110. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plastic sheet 220 may be provided with at least one positioning hole 222. The base main body 110 may be provided with positioning posts 12 corresponding to the positioning holes 222. The positioning holes 222 correspond to the positioning posts 12 one to one. And the plastic sheet 220 may be further provided with first screw holes 223. The bottom wall of the base main body 110 may be provided with a screw post 16 (fig. 4) extending upward, the screw post 16 being provided with a second screw hole 13 corresponding to the first screw hole 223. Screws may be screwed into the second screw holes 13 via the first screw holes 223 to be fixedly connected with the screw posts 16, thereby mounting the plastic sheet 220 to the base body 110. The top surfaces of the screw posts 16 abut the lower surface of the plastic sheet 20 to support the plastic sheet 20 upward. In other embodiments, not shown, the plastic sheet 220 and the base body 110 may be provided with snap structures that mate with each other to snap the plastic sheet 220 to the base body 110.
The plastic sheet 220 may also be adhered to the inner bottom surface of the base body 110 using, for example, double-sided tape or glue, if needed and/or desired.
The plastic sheet 220 may be circular or donut-shaped. In the illustrated embodiment, the plastic sheet 220 may be provided with a central hole 221, thereby forming a circular ring-shaped plastic sheet. The position of the center hole 221 corresponds to a temperature-sensitive cup provided in the electromagnetic heating apparatus. The bore diameter of central bore 221 may be close to the diameter of the thermal cup or approximately equal to the diameter of the thermal cup. The intensity of the magnetic field at the temperature sensing cup is weak, and therefore, the central hole 221 of the plastic sheet 220 can be arranged, so that the use amount of magnetic isolation materials is reduced, and the cost is saved.
The base body 110 may be provided with a water discharge hole 14 at the central hole 221. The liquid in the pot body can flow to the base body 110 through the central hole 221 and then is discharged from the water discharge hole 14. It is understood that in this embodiment, the central hole 221 may have a function of draining water. In embodiments where the plastic sheet 220 is not provided with a central aperture 221, the plastic sheet 220 may be provided with drainage holes having smaller apertures.
The base body 110 may be provided with a receiving part 15 for receiving the plastic sheet 220, and the plastic sheet 220 is mounted into the receiving part 15. The surface of the receiving portion 15 and the inner bottom surface of the rest of the base body 110 may be one plane.
Alternatively, as shown with reference to fig. 4, the receiving portion 15 may be recessed downward with the plastic sheet 220 trapped in the receiving portion 15, and the receiving portion 15 is circular in shape. In this embodiment, the plastic sheet 220 is spaced apart from the bottom surface of the receiving portion 15 by the above-described screw posts 16. The receiving portion 15 can facilitate the installation of the plastic sheet 220 and can improve the structural strength of the pot body and the base 11.
Alternatively, the plastic sheet 220 is disposed substantially horizontally and is substantially at the same horizontal position as the top surface F of the receiving portion 15. The top surface F of the receiving portion 15 has an arc shape facing the plastic sheet 220. The plastic sheet 220 has a gap for mating with the top surface F of the receiving portion 15. In other embodiments, not shown, the plastic sheet 220 is at a level slightly below the top surface F of the receiving portion 15, with a gap for mating between the plastic sheet 220 and the side surface of the receiving portion 15. Thus, the mounting of the plastic sheet 220 to the base 11 can be facilitated. Alternatively, the gap may range in size between about 0.2mm and 1mm, such as 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.8mm, or 1 mm.
