When the tool for replacing the fixed contact of the middle-placed cabinet provided by the embodiment is used, firstly, the hexagon socket matched with the fastening bolt of the fixed contact of the middle-placed cabinet is installed at one end of the transmission rod 18, the tool for replacing the fixed contact of the middle-placed cabinet is placed on the bottom plate in the middle-placed cabinet, and the side provided with the torque wrench 20 is placed outside the middle-placed cabinet; secondly, adjusting the position of the first telescopic tube 14 relative to the second telescopic tube 15 to enable the transmission rod 18 and the fixed contact fastening bolt of the centrally installed switchgear to be located at the same height, and fixing the transmission rod and the fixed contact fastening bolt by using a first jackscrew 21 after the adjustment is finished; and finally, adjusting the torque value of the torque wrench 20 to a standard value required by a fastening bolt of the fixed contact of the centrally-mounted cabinet, and rotating the torque wrench 20 to fasten/loosen the fastening bolt of the fixed contact of the centrally-mounted cabinet, so that the fixed contact of the centrally-mounted cabinet can be mounted and dismounted, and the fixed contact of the centrally-mounted cabinet can be replaced. The tool for replacing the fixed contact of the middle-placed cabinet adopts the torque wrench 20 to provide a torque value required by national standards, so that adverse effects caused by overlarge or undersize torque are avoided, and the accuracy and reliability of replacing the fixed contact of the middle-placed cabinet are improved; the transmission rod 18 is provided with an outer hexagonal boss 19, so that inner hexagonal sleeves with different sizes can be conveniently installed to be matched with a fastening bolt of a fixed contact of the centrally installed switchgear; the replacement of the fixed contact of the middle-placed switch cabinet can be completed by the worker outside the middle-placed switch cabinet, so that the working efficiency and the safety are improved.

Compared with the embodiment 1, the embodiment has the advantages that the anti-skid device is additionally arranged for each support leg 2, the support legs 2 are inserted into the anti-skid sleeve 23 and are fixed with the anti-skid device through the locking device, the friction force between the support legs 2 and the contact surface is effectively increased, the static contact replacing tool of the centrally installed switchgear can be more stable when in use, and the reliability is improved.
