The display device body is assembled as shown in fig. 1 and 2. As can be seen from fig. 2, the display device body has a rear frame 11, and a panel 12 is disposed at a front position of the rear frame 11. In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the front frame 13 is positioned and connected to the rear side of the panel 12, and the front frame 13 is inserted into the rear frame 11 and positioned and connected to form a receiving space therebetween for receiving electrical devices required for displaying, such as a display, a host, and the like.
In one example, a display may be disposed behind the panel 12, with a display surface of the display facing the panel 12; the host can be arranged behind the display and is positioned between the display and the rear end face of the rear frame body 11.
The display and the host are electrically connected through a cable; the display can be an LCD, an LED or an OLED display, the host adopts an OPS design, a CPU, a memory and a hard disk can be customized according to requirements, and standard interfaces, such as a display interface, for example an HDMI interface and a DVI interface, are configured; communication interfaces, such as a USB interface, a network port, an RS485 serial port and the like; the host can adopt customized design on the aspect of input interfaces, can increase more signal interfaces at will, can adapt to the access of more professional medical equipment.
In some embodiments, the display chip of the display may be a custom chip, which incorporates a professional image display mode (e.g., by DICOM mode teaching); compared with general display, the visual observation in medical diagnosis and operation can be better assisted.
The rear frame 11 can be placed in a recess of a wall. The wall may be a wall of an operating room of a medical institution, and the rear frame 11 may be fixed by means of engagement, screw locking, or the like after entering the recess. For example, referring to fig. 2, each opening provided in the rear frame 11 may be used for fixing, and the rear frame 11 is fixed by engaging with a hook or the like preset in the recess for fixing.
The open portion (such as the hole or hollow for fixing) on the rear frame 11 can be used for heat dissipation of the display and the host.
In this embodiment, optionally, the size of the panel 12 may be slightly larger than the rear frame 11, so that a portion of the peripheral side of the panel 12 protrudes out of the rear frame 11, so as to shield the rear frame 11 from being observed and make it beautiful.
Preferably, after the rear frame 11 is placed in the receiving space, the outer surface of the panel 12 is flush with the wall surface, so that the problem of collision of the protruding portion thereof can be avoided. Optionally, a waterproof material may be filled between the panel 12 and the wall surface to provide waterproofing.
In one embodiment, the panel 12 may be made of an explosion-proof glass material to prevent breakage due to impact. Moreover, the glass material is smooth and is easy to wipe and disinfect.
In one embodiment, the panel 12 may have a see-through portion 14 with a corresponding size according to the size of the internal display, for example, the size of the display is 27 inches, 46 inches or 55 inches, and the see-through portion 14 of the panel 12 may have a corresponding size to partially or completely expose the display surface of the display behind the panel.
Specifically, the see-through portion 14 of the panel 12 may be formed by applying a non-transparent material, such as black paint, to the transparent glass of the panel 12, except for the see-through portion 14.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, optionally, the panel 12 is provided with a peripheral device 15 in a region outside the display surface thereof, and is movably connected to the panel 12 and electrically connected to the host. Specifically, the peripheral device 15 is movable relative to the panel 12, for example, in an up-and-down direction.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the peripheral device 15 may be connected to the panel 12 in a hinged manner, and an included angle between the peripheral device 15 and the panel 12 is 0 to 90 °.
The peripheral device 15 may be an input device such as a keyboard, for example, and may be operated by a nurse or a doctor to switch image display. Alternatively, the peripheral device 15 may be of a waterproof design.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the front surface of the rear frame 11 in the embodiment of the present application is shown.
The display and the host can be fixedly arranged in the middle of the rear frame body 11, and two positioning columns 16 extending into the rear frame body 11 are respectively arranged on at least two opposite sides of the rear frame body 11 at intervals in the length direction. In this embodiment, the positioning posts 16 are disposed on the left and right sides of the rear frame 11, and the positioning posts 16 may be formed by screws mounted to the rear frame 11; further optionally, a plurality of positioning pillars 16 (two positioning pillars are shown in the figure) are respectively disposed on the left side and the right side of the rear frame 11, and are spaced along the length direction (in this embodiment, the up-down direction) of the two sides, so that the two sides are uniformly stressed. Optionally, the positioning posts 16 on two opposite sides of the rear frame 11 are symmetrically disposed.
Referring to fig. 5, a side view of the front and rear frames 11 is shown.
As can be seen from the figure, at least two opposite sides of the front frame 13 corresponding to the positioning posts 16 on the rear frame 11 are respectively provided with two hook parts 17 extending towards the rear frame 11 at intervals in the length direction, wherein each hook part 17 is correspondingly engaged with one positioning post 16, so the number and the positions of the hook parts 17 arranged on the front frame 13 also correspond to the positioning posts 16 of the rear frame 11.
Each hook portion 17 is formed with a bent positioning groove 18 for being engaged with one of the positioning posts 16 to position and connect the front frame 13 and the rear frame 11. In this embodiment, the positioning groove 18 formed by the hook portion 17 and engaged with the positioning post 16 is in a horizontal T-shaped structure, an opening is formed at the upper end of the T-shaped cover portion for the positioning post 16 to enter, and the cover portion can guide the positioning post 16 in the vertical direction; the vertical part of the T-shape is used to guide the positioning post 16 forward and backward to get deep into or away from the rear frame 11.
It should be noted that the structure of the hook 17 is merely an example, and may be changed in actual situations, and is not limited to this embodiment.
In one embodiment, the front frame 13 and the rear frame 11 are made of stainless steel, and the interior thereof is simply installed, so that the display can be easily installed and the quality of the display can be guaranteed to be stable for a long time.
In an embodiment, the panel 12 is provided with a touch key, the touch key is electrically connected to the host to control the host, and the touch key can be implemented by a pressure sensor.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the structure of the panel 12 and the display can be changed, for example, when a larger display is used, such as 46 inches or 55 inches, the area of the see-through portion 14 on the panel 12 is increased, and the area of the non-see-through portion 14 is decreased.
Fig. 6 is a schematic front view of an embedded medical display device 2 according to still another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the embedded medical display device 2 can adopt a large-size display of 46 inches and 55 inches, and the area of the non-see-through part of the panel 22 is much smaller than that of the see-through part 24, so that the display surface of the large-size display can be seen through; optionally, a through hole is formed in the lower portion of the panel 22, and a power button 23 is installed on the through hole; and a member for implementing a touch button may be provided in an area of one side thereof.

a panel fixed on the front side of the front frame and provided with a perspective part;
the display is fixedly arranged on the rear frame body and positioned in the accommodating space, and the display surface of the display faces the panel so as to be partially or completely displayed on the perspective part;
and the host is fixedly arranged on the rear frame body, positioned on the rear side of the display in the accommodating space and electrically connected with the display.
