Technical Field

Background
With the development of LCD and OLED technologies, ultra-thin display screens and ultra-thin televisions are increasingly used in homes, offices and markets, wherein in some application scenarios, the display screens are fixed on the surface of a wall for use. For such application scenarios, the display screen is usually hung on a wall through a wall hanging component.
At present, a common wall hanging assembly comprises an installation support and a hanging piece, wherein the installation support is fixed on the surface of a wall through expansion bolts, the hanging piece is fixedly combined on the surface of the back of a display screen, and then the hanging piece is combined with the installation support, so that the wall of the display is hung on the surface of the wall. However, the display screen of the wall-hanging mode cannot be tightly attached to the wall, a gap is formed between the display screen and the surface of the wall, and good visual experience is not brought to people.

Furthermore, the connecting support comprises a fixing part and an inserting rod, the fixing part is flat, the fixing part is fixedly connected with the back of the display device, and the surface of the fixing part, far away from the back of the display device, is the first surface.
Further, the fixing portion is integrally formed with the insertion rod, and the first surface of the fixing portion protrudes and extends towards the obliquely lower direction to form the insertion rod.

In one embodiment of the wall hanging assembly of the present invention shown in fig. 1, the wall hanging assembly includes a connecting bracket 10 and a bearing member 20, the connecting bracket 10 is fixedly coupled to the back surface of the display device, the connecting bracket 10 has a first surface 101 far away from the back surface of the display device, and the first surface 101 is provided with a plugging rod 102 extending obliquely downward. The bearing member 20 is embedded in a wall, the bearing member 20 has a second surface 201 facing the display device, the second surface 201 is flush with the surface of the wall, the bearing member 20 is provided with a fixing groove 202 corresponding to the plug rod 102, the fixing groove 202 forms an opening on the second surface 201, the fixing groove 202 extends towards the oblique lower side inside the wall, and when the plug rod 102 is inserted into the fixing groove 202, the first surface 101 is attached to the second surface 202.
When the display device is hung on a wall through the wall hanging assembly, the display device connected with the connecting bracket 10 is obliquely inserted into the bearing part 20 from top to bottom, so that the back surface of the display device is seamlessly attached to the surface of the wall, and the visual experience is as if a dynamic/static picture is floated on the wall. When the display device is detached from the wall, the display device can be lifted from the lower part to the upper part in an inclined way, so that the display device is convenient to mount and dismount. For a large display device, a plurality of connection brackets 10 may be connected to the back of the display device to realize a reliable and stable suspension of the display device on a wall.
As shown in fig. 1, the connecting bracket 10 includes a fixing portion 103 and an insertion rod 102, the fixing portion 103 is configured as a flat plate, and a specific shape may be a circle or a rectangle, which is not limited in the present invention. One side surface of the fixing portion 103 is fixedly connected with the back surface of the display device, and the other side surface is formed as the first surface 101, that is, the surface of the fixing portion 103 away from the back surface of the display device is the first surface 101.
The fixing portion 103 is provided with a screw mounting hole 104, and a fixing screw passes through the screw mounting hole 104 to fix the connecting bracket 10 on the back of the display device.
In one embodiment, the insertion rod 102 is integrally formed with the fixing portion 103, that is, the first surface 101 of the fixing portion 103 protrudes and extends toward the lower direction to form the insertion rod 102.
In one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the bayonet rod 102 tapers in a wedge shape along the first surface 101 in a direction toward the end 105 of the bayonet rod. The cross-section of the plug rod 102 is rectangular and correspondingly the cross-section of the fixation groove 202 is also rectangular. The cross-sectional shapes of the insertion rod 102 and the fixing groove 202 may be circular or triangular. The bayonet rod end 105 is provided in an arc shape.
The cross-sectional area of the fixing groove 202 is gradually reduced along the direction from the second surface 201 to the inside of the wall, and is matched with the shape of the plug rod 102, so that the plug rod 102 can be matched with the fixing groove 202. In practical products, the cross-sectional area of the fixing groove 202 may be slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of the insertion rod 102, so as to facilitate the insertion of the insertion rod 102 into the fixing groove 202.
In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the insertion of the insertion rod 102 into the fixing groove 202 and ensure a stable insertion between the connecting bracket 10 and the load bearing member 20, the axis of the insertion rod 102 is at an angle in the range of 20-30 ° with respect to the first surface 101.
Referring again to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the bearing member 20 is configured in a rectangular shape, and the thickness of the bearing member 20 is greater than the vertical distance from the end 105 of the insertion rod to the first surface 101, so that the insertion rod 102 can be completely located inside the fixing groove 202, and the first surface 101 and the second surface 201 can be ensured to be attached to each other. To ensure that the insertion rod 102 can be fully inserted into the fixing groove 202, the length of the fixing groove 202 is greater than the length of the insertion rod 102.
In one embodiment, the fixing grooves 202 are formed through the surface of the bearing member 20, which also facilitates the processing of the bearing member 20.
The bearing member 20 is provided with connecting portions 203 on both sides thereof, and the connecting portions 203 are provided with expansion bolts. The wall is provided with a groove for accommodating the bearing part 20, the bearing part 20 is arranged in the groove, and then the bearing part 20 is connected with the wall through an expansion bolt, so that the bearing part 20 is fixedly connected with the wall.
In one embodiment of the display device of the present invention as shown in fig. 2, the connecting bracket 10 is fixedly connected to the back of the display device 30, and for a large display device, a plurality of connecting brackets may be disposed on the display device 30, in this embodiment, two connecting brackets 10 are disposed on the back of the display device 30, and two bearing members 20 are disposed on the corresponding walls.
In one embodiment, the back housing surface of the display device 30 is recessed to form a recess, and the connecting bracket 10 of the wall hanging assembly is disposed in the recess to be fixedly connected with the housing.

The wall hanging assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting bracket comprises a fixing portion and a plug rod, the fixing portion is configured to be flat, and is fixedly connected to the back surface of the display device, and the surface of the fixing portion away from the back surface of the display device is the first surface.
3. The wall hanging assembly as recited in claim 2, wherein the securing portion is integrally formed with the mating post, and the first surface of the securing portion projects obliquely downward to form the mating post.
4. The wall hanging assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the cross-section of the connector bar tapers along the first surface to an end of the connector bar.
5. The wall hanging assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cross-sections of the insertion rod and the fixing groove are both rectangular in shape.
6. The wall hanging assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein the end of the insertion rod is configured in an arc.
7. A wall hanging assembly as defined in claim 1, wherein the axis of said pole is at an angle of 20-30 degrees to said first surface.
8. The wall hanging assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the carrier member is configured in a rectangular shape having a thickness that is greater than a perpendicular distance from an end of the connector bar to the first surface.
9. The wall hanging assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the fixing slots extend through the carrier.
10. The wall hanging assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the load bearing member is provided with a connecting portion at each side thereof, the connecting portion being provided with a bolt for fixedly connecting with a wall.
11. A display device comprising the wall hanging assembly of any one of claims 1-10.
12. The display device as claimed in claim 11, wherein a surface of a rear housing of the display device is recessed to form a recess, and the wall hanging assembly is disposed in the recess and fixedly connected to the housing.
