As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bi-directional door opening hinge 100 for pet litter comprises a double tube assembly 200, a first movable leaf 300, and a second movable leaf 400.
Wherein, the first movable blade 300 is pivoted with the first axle tube 201 in the double-tube assembly 200, and the first movable blade 300 is used for installing a door; the second movable vane 400 is pivotally connected to the second shaft 202 of the dual tube assembly 200, and the second movable vane 400 is used to connect to the door frame. Thus, bidirectional opening of the door can be realized.
The dual tube assembly 200 includes a body member formed of a connecting piece 203, a first shaft tube 201 and a second shaft tube 202. The first shaft tube 201 and the second shaft tube 202 are disposed on both sides of the connecting piece 203. The connecting piece 203, the first shaft tube 201 and the second shaft tube 202 can be integrally formed or assembled and fixed together.
Since the first shaft pipe 201 and the second shaft pipe 202 are symmetrically arranged, the first shaft pipe 201 and its internal and both end members will be described as an example.
A torsion spring 204 is provided in the first shaft tube 201. Both ends of the torsion spring 204 are inserted into the positioning holes 213 of the fixing base 206 and the adjusting base 205 respectively and are caught. The positioning hole 213 is located at an eccentric position on the fixing base 206 and the adjusting base 205.
The respective stepped portions of the fixed seat 206 and the adjustment seat 205 are inserted into both ends of the first shaft pipe 201. The fixing seat 206 is fixed by an anti-rotation key 208 on the peripheral surface of the step portion thereof and an anti-rotation groove 209 (see fig. 3) on the inner side surface of one end of the first shaft tube 201, and the fixing seat 206 is restricted from rotating. The anti-rotation keys 208 and the anti-rotation grooves 209 are all provided with four and are all rotationally symmetrical.
The adjusting seat 205 can rotate, and the elastic force of the torsion spring 204 is adjusted by rotating the adjusting seat 205, so as to achieve a good door-closing resilience. After the elastic force of the torsion spring 204 is adjusted, a latch 211 is inserted into the insertion hole 212 of the adjusting seat 205. The exposed portion of the latch 211 abuts against the edge of the first moving blade 300 or the second moving blade 400. The outer end of each adjusting seat 205 is provided with a plurality of insertion holes 212 for the insertion of the insertion pins 211 selectively, of course, the insertion holes 212 are not limited to be arranged at the outer end of the insertion pins 211, and the insertion holes 212 only need to be distributed on the peripheral surface of the adjusting seat 205. In this embodiment, five insertion holes 212 are provided and are uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the adjusting base 205.
The dual tube assembly 200 further comprises a pivot 207, the pivot 207 is disposed through the torsion spring 204, and two ends of the pivot 207 respectively pass through the centers of the adjusting seat 205 and the fixing seat 206. A protective cap 210 is screwed to each end of the pivot 207 to prevent the pivot 207 from being released. The pivot 207 has threads on both end surfaces and a smooth middle surface.
The first movable plate 300 is provided with two first lugs 305, and the first lugs 305 are centrally opened for the pivot 207 to pass through. The two first lugs 305 are respectively tightly attached to the outer end surfaces of the adjusting seat 205 and the fixing seat 206, and the outer end surfaces of the two first lugs 305 are respectively attached to the protective cap 210. The main body of the protective cap 210 may be an injection molded part, and a nut or a thread piece is embedded in the protective cap 210 to increase the thread strength.
During assembly, a protective cap 210 is screwed on one end of the pivot 207, and then the pivot 207 passes through a first lug 305, the fixed seat 206, the torsion spring 204 sleeved in the first shaft tube 201, the adjusting seat 205, another first lug 305 in sequence, and another protective cap 210 is screwed on the other end of the pivot 207. This realizes the pivotal connection between the first movable piece 300 and the first shaft 201. The second movable plate 400 is provided with two second lugs 402 similar to the first lugs 305. In the same way, the second movable plate 400 is pivoted to the second shaft pipe 202.
The first moving blade 300 is provided with a door mounting portion 301. The door mounting portion 301 comprises a first card 303, a second card 304, and a mounting slot 302 formed between the first card 303 and the second card 304.
Since the door of the pet house is thin, the door may be inserted into the mounting groove 302 and mounted by bolts, nuts, and mounting holes of the first and second chucking plates 303 and 304. (see, e.g., FIGS. 4 and 7)
In this embodiment, the first locking plate 303 is fixed on the first movable blade 300, and one end of the second locking plate 304 is elastically fixed on the first movable blade 300, so that the width of the mounting groove 302, i.e. the distance between the first locking plate 303 and the second locking plate 304, can be finely adjusted to adapt to a door with a small thickness variation range.
In other technical solutions, the second catch plate 304 may be pivotally fixed, that is, one end of the second catch plate 304 may be rotatably disposed on the first movable blade 300, so as to adapt to doors with a larger thickness range.
In other technical solutions, the second clamping plate 304 may be set in a free state, that is, before the door is installed, there is no connection relationship between the second clamping plate 304 and the other parts of the first movable blade 300, then the door is placed in the installation groove 302, the door is moved to make one side of the door attached to the first clamping plate 303 and aligned, and the second clamping plate 304 is taken to make the second clamping plate 304 attached to the other side of the door and fastened by bolts and nuts. This may allow the door mounting portion 301 to better allow mounting of doors of different thicknesses.
The first movable plate 300 has an abutting surface a, which abuts against a side surface c of the connecting plate 203 when the door corresponding to the mounting groove 302 is at the centering position (i.e. when the door is not opened). The torsion spring 204 in the first shaft tube 201 drives the first movable blade 300 to make the abutting surface a contact and cling to the c surface. See figure 4.
In the same manner, the second movable blade 400 has an abutment surface b that abuts against the other side surface d of the connecting piece 203 when the door corresponding to the mounting groove 302 is in the centered position (i.e., when the door is not opened). The torsion spring 204 in the second shaft tube 202 drives the second movable blade 400 to make the abutting surface b contact and cling to the d surface. See figure 4.
The second moving blade 400 further has a door frame mounting portion 401, and the door frame mounting portion 401 is a mounting plate on which two through holes are provided, and the second moving blade 400 is mounted on the door frame by passing bolts through the through holes. The end parts of the two sides of the mounting plate are bent towards the same side so as to increase the endurance performance of the mounting plate.
As shown in fig. 4, when the abutting surfaces of the first movable blade 300 and the second movable blade 400 abut against the connecting piece 203, the door 500 corresponding to the mounting groove 302 is in the centered position.
As shown in fig. 5, when the door 500 is pushed to one side, the door 500 and the first moving blade 300 rotate about the first axis pipe on the left side in the drawing. The first shaft tube is stationary due to the connecting piece 203 abutting against the second movable blade 400. When the pushing force is released, the torsion spring in the first shaft tube urges the door 500 back to the centered position of fig. 4.
As the door 500 is pushed to the other side, the door 500 and the connecting piece 203 rotate together about the second axis pipe on the right side in the figure, as shown in fig. 6. Since the first moving blade 300 and the coupling piece 203 are abutted, the door 500, the first moving blade 300, the first shaft tube and the coupling piece 203 are rotated together about the second shaft tube. And the second shaft pipe is stationary since the second moving blade 400 is fixed to the door frame 600. When the pushing force is released, the torsion spring in the second shaft tube urges the door 500 back to the centered position of FIG. 4.
As shown in fig. 7, the hinge 100 may be installed at a side of the door frame 600, the door 500 may be opened and closed bidirectionally, and the door 500 may be centered after being automatically closed.
In this embodiment, the connecting piece 203, the first shaft tube 201, the second shaft tube 202, the adjusting seat 205 and the fixing seat 206 are all made of wear-resistant plastics, so that the noise generated during friction between the components is small, the effect of silence is achieved, and pets cannot be disturbed.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the present invention, so as not to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
