A plurality of stop positions (5, 6) of wheels (8 or 18) formed between the vehicle stops (2, 3, 4) are provided adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction.

Description

Vehicle stop device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a stopper device for restricting a wheel to a stop position in a manner not to move in the front-rear direction on a carrier of a vehicle loaded in a mechanical parking apparatus.
Background
In mechanical parking apparatuses, for example, underground parking apparatuses include parking apparatuses of a horizontal circulation system in addition to a multi-layer circulation system.
For example, in the case of the aforementioned horizontal circulation type parking apparatus, if a vehicle parked is loaded on a pallet (pallet) for mounting the vehicle, which is mounted on a parking/retrieval unit lifted up to the ground by a lift (lifter), after the lift is operated to lower the vehicle together with the pallet, the pallet is continuously moved horizontally in a circulating manner in a longitudinal direction which is a longitudinal direction of the pallet or in a transverse direction which is a width direction of the pallet to convey the vehicle, and the vehicle is parked in a predetermined parking space (space).
When the pallet on which the vehicle is mounted is moved in the longitudinal direction to transport the vehicle, the wheels may be displaced from the stop position on the pallet due to acceleration, and the front end side of the vehicle may protrude further than the front end portion of the pallet.
To avoid such a situation, the following design has been generally adopted: a stopper is provided on the upper surface of the carrier plate as a means for restricting the movement of the wheels on which the vehicle is mounted.
Conventionally, in a design in which a stopper is provided on the upper surface of a carrier for mounting a vehicle and only the front wheel of the vehicle is restricted by the stopper, for example, when the front wheel 102 of the vehicle is stopped between a pair of stoppers 101 provided on the front end side of the carrier 100 in the front-rear direction, as shown in fig. 1, the front end side of the vehicle protrudes further than the front end of the carrier 100, and the vehicle 103, which is long on the front side, for example, cannot be stored in a garage if the protruding amount is increased.
As shown in fig. 1, when the front wheel 102 of the vehicle is stopped between the pair of the stoppers 101, the rear end side of the vehicle is projected further than the rear end of the carrier 100, and the vehicle 104, which is long on the rear side, cannot be stored in the garage even if the projection amount is large.
As a design for realizing that a vehicle which cannot be stored in a garage because of being extended outward (outward) from the front side or the rear side of the pallet can be stored in a garage even when mounted on such a pallet, the following design is proposed.
That is, a vehicle stopper mechanism having the following configuration is proposed: a pair of outer protruding members attached to the front end side of the carrier with a space allowing the front and rear movement of the front wheel of the vehicle therebetween and a pair of inner protruding members attached between the outer protruding members are provided, and the height at which the inner protruding members protrude from the upper surface of the carrier is made lower than the height at which the outer protruding members protrude from the upper surface of the carrier (see, for example, patent document 1).
In the design described in patent document 1, in the case of a vehicle having a long front side, the vehicle is moved backward so that the front wheel of the restriction target comes into contact with the rear outer protruding member between the pair of outer protruding members. In the case of a vehicle long on the rear side, the vehicle is advanced so that the front wheel of the restriction target touches the front outer projecting member between the pair of outer projecting members.
Therefore, the design described in patent document 1 has a problem that the design cannot cope with a large overhang size by moving the vehicle forward or backward only between the pair of outer protruding members.
As a design in which a stopper is provided on the front end side of the upper surface of the carrier, the following design is proposed: concave vehicle stoppers are provided at a plurality of positions on both the left and right sides, which do not coincide with each other in the left and right directions, and the stop positions of the front right wheels and the front left wheels of the vehicle are shifted in the front-rear direction in the left and right directions with the vehicle stoppers as the parking positions (see, for example, patent document 2).
In the design described in patent document 2, the recessed stop positions for limiting the left and right front wheels are shifted in the front-rear direction, but the positions at which the front wheels are stopped do not coincide with each other in the left-right direction, and therefore, for example, when the right front wheel is located at the stop position, the left front wheel climbs over the convex portion between the stop positions, and becomes unstable. Further, since the stopper is recessed lower than the upper surface of the pallet, if rainwater or the like accumulates, drainage treatment thereof is required.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Problem to be solved by utility model
Thus, the present design is intended to provide a vehicle stop arrangement as follows: even a vehicle having a large amount of overhang to the front side or the rear side, such as a vehicle that cannot be put in storage in the past, can be reliably mounted on one pallet, and the number of types of vehicles that are put in storage can be increased.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problem, a vehicle stopper device of the present design has the following configuration: in the vehicle, a plurality of stoppers are fixed to positions where one of the wheels of the vehicle mounted on a carrier plate of the vehicle stops, the stoppers projecting upward at intervals in the front-rear direction, and the stopping positions of the wheels formed between the stoppers are adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction.
For example, the vehicle stopper device has the following configuration: the vehicle body is fixed to the front wheel, which is mounted on a carrier on which a vehicle is mounted, at a position where the front wheel on one of the left and right sides of the front wheel is stopped, with a gap therebetween in the front-rear direction, and a plurality of the stop positions of the front wheel formed between the vehicle bodies are provided adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction. In this configuration, the plurality of stop positions provided in the front-rear direction are positions where the front wheels are located when the front end of the vehicle with a long front side is positioned on the pallet and positions where the front wheels are located when the rear end of the vehicle with a long rear side is positioned on the pallet.
Effect of the utility model
According to the vehicle stopper device of the present design, excellent effects are exhibited as follows.
(1) Even if the vehicle mounted on the pallet is a vehicle that is not able to enter the garage by extending to the front side of the pallet or to the rear side of the pallet, the vehicle can be entered by stopping the wheel at a stop position defined on the pallet so that the vehicle does not extend, and the types of vehicles that can enter the garage can be increased.
(2) According to the above (1), it is not necessary to produce a plurality of kinds of pallets conforming to the vehicle.
(3) In the case of a simple configuration for only one of the front wheels and the rear wheels, the manufacturing is easy, and the productivity can be improved.
(4) The situation that the position of the vehicle stop is not left or right matched, so that the single side of the front wheel or the rear wheel climbs the vehicle stop and exceeds the limit of the warehousing height is eliminated.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a mode for implementing the present design will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 2(a) (b) to 4 show an embodiment of the vehicle stopper device of the present design.
The designed vehicle stop device comprises the following components: three vehicle stops 2, 3, 4 extending in the left-right direction are arranged at three positions in the front-rear direction (pallet length direction) at regular intervals on the upper surface of only one side of the left and right sides (pallet width direction) of a front end side of a pallet 1 provided in a parking device, and the vehicle stops 2, 3, 4 are fixed to the upper surface of the pallet 1, respectively, and two positions between the vehicle stops 2 and 3 and between the vehicle stops 3 and 4 are set as stop positions 5 and 6 of a front wheel 8 of a vehicle, respectively.
The vehicle stoppers 2, 3, and 4 are stoppers having the following height dimensions: when the front wheel 8 of the vehicle 7 is stopped at each stop position 5 or 6, the movement of the front wheel 8 of the vehicle 7 in the front-rear direction can be restricted, and when the vehicle 7 is raised and lowered on the carrier 1, the front wheel 8 of the vehicle 7 can straddle the stopper.
As shown in fig. 3(a), even when the overall length of the vehicle is shorter than the overall length of the pallet 1 in the longitudinal direction, the front end of the vehicle 7 of a vehicle type in which the length from the front wheel 8 to the front end of the vehicle is long is extended (projected) further than the front end of the pallet 1, and the position at which the front wheel 8 is stopped so as not to have the extension is set as the stop position 5. Similarly, as shown in fig. 3(b), even if the overall length of the vehicle 7 is shorter than the overall length of the pallet 1 in the longitudinal direction, the rear end of the vehicle 7 of a vehicle type in which the length from the front wheel 8 to the rear end of the vehicle is long is extended (projected) further than the rear end of the pallet 1, and the stop position 6 is a position at which the front wheel 8 is stopped without the extension. Thus, even a vehicle of a different vehicle type as shown in fig. 3(a) and (b) can be stored by stopping the front wheel 8 at the stop position 5 or 6.
The vehicle stops 2, 3 and 4 forming the two stop positions 5 and 6 are arranged at intervals necessary to ensure the space of the respective stop positions 5, 6. For example, when a general passenger car is used, the distance between the vehicle stops 2, 3, and 4 is about 35 to 40 cm.
For example, when the pallet 1 of the vehicle stopper device according to the present design is used in a horizontal circulation type parking device in an underground parking device, the storage and retrieval unit 9 is caused to stand by while being supported by an elevator, not shown, as schematically shown in fig. 4.
In the garage-in/out unit 9 of the parking apparatus, sensors (sensors) for detecting the total length of the parked vehicle, the stop positions 5 and 6 of the front wheels of the vehicle, and the front and rear extensions of the vehicle are provided so as to hold the pallet 1 in the horizontal direction from both the left and right sides of the pallet 1.
A sensor 10 for detecting the entire length of the vehicle is provided at the front end side position of the pallet 1 and the rear end side position of the pallet 1.
In order to detect the position of the front wheel 8, stop position sensors 11 that detect the stop positions 5, 6 of the vehicle are provided at positions between the vehicle stops 2 and 3 and between the vehicle stops 3 and 4, respectively, in correspondence.
Correspondingly, a front side extension sensor 12 that detects extension of the vehicle is provided at a front side position more than the front end of the pallet 1, and a rear side extension sensor 13 is provided at a rear side position more than the rear end of the pallet 1, respectively.
Fig. 4 shows photoelectric sensors as an example of the sensors 10, 11, 12, and 13, and the sensors 10, 11, 12, and 13 can receive light beams projected from the light projectors 14 by the light receivers 15 as a combination of the light projectors 14 and the light receivers 15, and detect the entire length, the stop position, and the protrusion of the front side or the rear side of the vehicle when the light projected from the light projectors 14 is blocked.
Although not shown in fig. 4, the warehousing-and-warehousing unit 9 is provided with a display panel for displaying detection results by the sensors 10, 11, 12, and 13. When the front-side extension sensor 12 detects the front-side extension, the display panel is instructed to retreat, and a lamp, not shown, for instructing the retreat is turned on. Similarly, when the rear-side extension sensor 13 detects the rear-side extension, the display panel is instructed to advance, and a lamp for instructing the advance, not shown, is turned on.
Since the vehicle stopper device of the present design is configured as described above, when a vehicle entering the garage is put on the pallet 1 of the garage entering and exiting unit 9 shown in fig. 4, first, the right front wheel among the front wheels of the vehicle entering the garage is stopped between the front stoppers 3 and 4, and the vehicle is stopped on the pallet 1.
In this state, the sensor 10 for detecting the entire length, the stop position sensor 11, the front side extension sensor 12, and the rear side extension sensor 13 are operated to detect the position of the vehicle. At this time, if the projection light from the light projectors 14 of the front and rear sensors 10 for detecting the entire length and the projection light from the light projector 14 of the stop position sensor 11 are all blocked, and the projection light from the light projector 14 of the front side extension sensor 12 and the projection light from the light projector 14 of the rear side extension sensor 13 are received by the light receivers 15 without being blocked, it is determined that the pallet 1 can be put in storage, and the pallet 1 is moved to perform the storage operation.
However, in the above state, if the projected light from the light projector 14 of the front extension sensor 12 is blocked and the front extension of the vehicle is detected, the indication of the backward movement is displayed on the display panel not shown, and the lamp for indicating the backward movement is turned on, so that the vehicle 7 is moved backward based on the indication, and the front wheel 8 is positioned at the stop position 5 between the rear vehicle stops 2 and 3. Thus, since the front side of the vehicle entering the garage is extended to the front side beyond the front end of the pallet 1, even a vehicle 7 that is long on the front side and cannot enter the garage at all can be mounted on the pallet 1 without an extended portion as shown in fig. 3(a) and can enter the garage.
On the other hand, when the rear protrusion is detected by the detection of the sensors 10, 11, 12, 13 when the vehicle is stopped on the pallet 1 by stopping the front wheel 8 at the stop position 5 between the rear bumpers 2, 3 on the pallet 1, the forward direction is displayed on the display panel, and the lamp for instructing the forward direction is turned on, so that the vehicle is advanced based on the display, and the front wheel 8 is positioned at the stop position 6 between the front bumpers 3 and 4. Thus, since the rear side of the vehicle entering the garage is extended to the rear side further than the backward movement of the pallet 1, even a vehicle long on the rear side, which cannot be entered in the garage at all, can be stored in the garage by being mounted on the pallet 1 without an extended portion as shown in fig. 3 (b).
As described above, in the stopper device of the present design, even in the parking device which cannot be retracted depending on the type of the vehicle, since the plurality of stoppers 2, 3, and 4 are arranged on the upper surface of the carrier 1 and the stop position of the front wheel can be changed back and forth in accordance with the length of the front side or the rear side of the vehicle, it is possible to realize a reliable retraction operation even for a vehicle which is long on the front side and a vehicle which is long on the rear side.
Further, since the stopper device of the present design is configured such that the stoppers 2, 3, and 4 projecting upward are provided only on one of the left and right sides on the front side of the carrier 1, when only one front wheel 8 of the vehicle is stopped by the stoppers 2 and 3 or 3 and 4, the other front wheel 8 of the vehicle is placed on the upper surface of the carrier 1. Therefore, the height of the vehicle on the pallet 1 does not change, and no obstacle is given to parking.
Incidentally, it is considered that the vehicle stops 2, 3, 4 projecting upward as shown in fig. 2 are provided not only on the right side but also on the left side of the front side of the carrier 1, and the left and right vehicle stops are configured asymmetrically so as to be arranged alternately on the left and right, so that the front wheels of the vehicle can be stopped respectively, and the right front wheel and the left front wheel are stopped at mutually different positions. In the vehicle stop device having such a configuration, the stop position of the front wheel of the vehicle can be increased in the front-rear direction, but for example, when the right front wheel is stopped at the stop position between the right stops on the carrier, the left front wheel is in a state of climbing up the left stop on the carrier. Therefore, in such a case, if the vehicle height on the left side of the vehicle becomes high and exceeds the limit of the parking height, a situation may occur in which the vehicle cannot be parked in the parking device.
The stopper device of the present design can reliably stop the front wheels 8 of the vehicle and can stop the vehicle on the carrier 1 with a simple configuration, and therefore has an advantage that the vehicle height is not increased as described above.
Note that the present design is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and for example, if the stoppers 2, 3, and 4 are located on one side of the front side of the pallet 1, they may not be located on the right side of the pallet 1 as shown in the drawing.
It is needless to say that various modifications can be added within a range not departing from the gist of the present design.
For example, the stopper device of the present design may be configured as shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a plan view showing a garage section of another configuration example of a parking apparatus using a pallet equipped with a stopper device of the present design. In fig. 5, the stopper device has the following configuration: three vehicle stops 2, 3, 4 extending in the left-right direction are arranged at three positions in the front-rear direction (pallet length direction) at regular intervals on the upper surface of only one side of the left and right sides (pallet width direction) of a rear end side of a pallet 1 provided in a parking device, and the vehicle stops 2, 3, 4 are fixed to the upper surface of the pallet 1, respectively, and two positions between the vehicle stops 2 and 3 and between the vehicle stops 3 and 4 are set as stop positions 5 and 6 of a rear wheel 18 of a vehicle, respectively.
In this case, even if the overall length of the vehicle is shorter than the overall length of the pallet 1 in the longitudinal direction, when the rear end of the vehicle 7 of a vehicle type having a long length from the rear wheel 18 to the rear end of the vehicle is extended (projected) further than the rear end of the pallet 1, the position at which the rear wheel 18 is stopped so as not to have the extension becomes the stop position 5 as shown in fig. 6 (a). Similarly, when the front end of the vehicle 7 of a vehicle type in which the length from the rear wheel 18 to the front end of the vehicle is long extends (protrudes) further than the front end of the carrier 1 even if the total length of the vehicle 7 is shorter than the total length of the carrier 1 in the longitudinal direction, the position at which the rear wheel 18 is stopped so as not to have the extension becomes the stop position 6 as shown in fig. 6 (b).
In the case of fig. 5, other configurations and operations of the sensors 10, 11, 12, 13, etc. are the same as those in the case of fig. 2 to 4 described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
