本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种圈式榨油机摆动闸门,操作方便,提高生产效率。

一种圈式榨油机摆动闸门,包括框架,所述框架内对称设有两个闸门机构,其特征在于:每个闸门机构的结构为,闸门竖向设置,闸门上方设有闸板,闸板横向设置,闸板与闸门铰接;设有动力缸,动力缸可经传动机构驱动闸板旋转,带动闸门摆动开启或关闭。
进一步地,所述传动机构为,闸门上方设有连杆、力臂,连杆、力臂均横向设置,连杆第一端与闸板铰接,连杆第二端与力臂铰接,力臂安装在定位轴上,力臂在动力缸驱动下可旋转,带动闸板旋转。

本实用新型设有1个动力缸,动力缸的缸杆外端与左闸门机构力臂铰接,左闸门机构力臂设有主动齿轮,右闸门机构力臂相应设有从动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,动力缸驱动左闸门机构力臂旋转,右闸门机构力臂在左闸门力臂带动下反向旋转。本实用新型通过特有齿轮传动机构的设计,通过1个动力缸即可实现两个闸门的开关,在保证动力缸驱动可靠性的前提下,进一步简化结构,节省占地空间。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3所示,每个榨油机组包括框架1,框架1内对称设有两个竖向设置的闸门,即左闸门77、右闸门88,两个闸门分别位于框架内的左前部和右前部,左闸门77、右闸门88上方分别对应设有左闸板7、右闸板8,左闸板7、右闸板8横向设置。以右闸门机构为例,右闸门88闸门内端与门轴20铰接,右闸门88外端接闸门立杆21;右闸板8内端与门轴20顶部铰接,门轴20顶部相应设有销轴;门轴20上端和下端通过固定耳块6与框架1固定。
右闸板8外端与闸门立杆21顶部铰接,即右闸板8与右闸门88铰接,闸门立杆21顶部相应设有销轴。右闸门88上方设有连杆9、力臂15,连杆9、力臂15均横向设置,连杆9第一端与右闸板8外端铰接,即连杆9第一端与闸门立杆21顶部铰接,连杆9第二端与力臂15铰接,力臂15安装在定位轴17上。左闸门机构中,力臂12的中部安装在定位轴上,力臂12端部与动力缸13的缸杆外端铰接,左闸门机构的其余结构与上述右闸门机构相同。左闸门机构力臂12设有主动齿轮3,右闸门机构力臂15相应设有从动齿轮22,主动齿轮3与从动齿轮22啮合,主动齿轮3和从动齿轮22之间设有连板4。动力缸13可驱动左闸门机构力臂12旋转,右闸门机构力臂15在左闸门力臂12带动下反向旋转,即带动左闸板7、右闸板8对向旋转,进而带动左闸门77、右闸门88对向旋转(摆动),实现闸门开启或关闭。框架内设有左后立柱10、右后立柱14,左后立柱10、右后立柱14分别位于框架内的左后部、右后部,两个闸门处于关闭状态时,左后立柱10、右后立柱14、左闸门外端、右闸门外端(即闸门立杆21)将水平圆周面四等分,所述水平圆周面与榨油用饼圈相对应。框架内上部设有顶板5,力臂定位轴17与顶板5固定,力臂12、15、连杆9、左闸板7、右闸板8、动力缸13均位于顶板5上方。所述动力缸13为液压油缸或气缸,本实施例中采用液压油缸,动力缸13的尾座16与框架1固定。

1.一种圈式榨油机摆动闸门,包括框架,所述框架内对称设有两个闸门机构,其特征在于:每个闸门机构的结构为,闸门竖向设置,闸门上方设有闸板,闸板横向设置,闸板与闸门铰接;设有动力缸,动力缸可经传动机构驱动闸板旋转,带动闸门摆动开启或关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圈式榨油机摆动闸门,其特征在于:所述传动机构为,闸门上方设有连杆、力臂,连杆、力臂均横向设置,连杆第一端与闸板铰接,连杆第二端与力臂铰接,力臂安装在定位轴上,力臂在动力缸驱动下可旋转,带动闸板旋转。

5.根据权利要求4所述的圈式榨油机摆动闸门,其特征在于:连杆第一端与闸板外端铰接,即连杆第一端与闸门立杆顶部铰接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圈式榨油机摆动闸门,其特征在于:框架内上部设有顶板,力臂定位轴与顶板固定,力臂、连杆、闸板、动力缸均位于顶板上方。
7.根据权利要求2至6任何一项所述的圈式榨油机摆动闸门,其特征在于:设有1个动力缸,动力缸的缸杆外端与左闸门机构力臂铰接,左闸门机构力臂设有主动齿轮,右闸门机构力臂相应设有从动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,动力缸驱动左闸门机构力臂旋转,右闸门机构力臂在左闸门力臂带动下反向旋转。
