A full-automatic universal wheel steel ball filling device is characterized by comprising a supporting component, a filling component, a pre-filling component, a workpiece placing table, a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a control panel, wherein the supporting component comprises a horizontal bottom plate and a vertical supporting plate, the lower end of the vertical supporting plate is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the horizontal bottom plate, the filling component comprises a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate which are parallel to each other, two side faces of the first vertical plate are respectively in transverse sliding fit with one side face of the vertical supporting plate through a sliding component and in longitudinal sliding fit with the inner side face of the second vertical plate, one end of the first vertical plate and one end of the second vertical plate are respectively and fixedly connected with a transverse guide cylinder and a longitudinal guide cylinder, the upper end and the lower end of the outer side face of the second vertical plate are respectively and correspondingly provided with a push-pull cylinder and a longitudinal bearing seat with a piston facing downwards, the lower end face of the steel ball grabbing plate is provided with a steel ball clamping groove, the outer peripheral face of the longitudinal bearing seat is provided with a plurality of spring clamping pieces corresponding to the steel ball clamping groove in position, a tightening ring is further sleeved on the outer side of each spring clamping piece, the upper end of the tightening ring is fixedly connected with the lower end of a piston of a push-pull cylinder through a telescopic rod, the pre-filling component comprises a hopper, a steel ball presetting plate and a lifting cylinder with a piston vertically upward are arranged in the hopper, the lower end of the steel ball presetting plate is detachably connected with the piston of the lifting cylinder, the upper end face of the steel ball presetting plate is provided with a steel ball presetting groove corresponding to the steel ball clamping groove in position, the push-pull cylinder, the lifting cylinder, the transverse guide cylinder and the longitudinal guide cylinder are all connected with output end signals of a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the control panel is connected.
2. The device for full-automatic loading of steel balls into universal wheels according to claim 1, wherein the steel ball grabbing disc and the steel ball presetting disc are respectively and fixedly connected with the push-pull cylinder piston and the lifting cylinder piston through bolts.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into the universal wheel of claim 2, wherein the lower ends of the steel ball clamping grooves of the steel ball gripping disc and the part facing the outer side wall of the steel ball gripping disc are provided with mutually communicated opening structures, the spring clamping piece comprises an upper section arc piece and a lower section arc piece which are welded, the concave part of the upper section arc piece is outward, the concave part of the lower section arc piece is inward, the upper end of the upper section arc piece is fixedly connected with the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the longitudinal bearing seat, the lower section arc piece corresponds to the opening position of the steel ball clamping grooves, the lower section arc piece is positioned on a circular ring with the same circle center as the steel ball gripping disc, and the lower edge of the lower section arc piece is flush with the lower end surface of the steel ball gripping disc.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into universal wheels as claimed in claim 3, wherein the workpiece placing table comprises a turntable, a driving motor and a speed reducer, a plurality of workpiece placing grooves are uniformly and annularly arranged on the upper end surface of the turntable, a rotating shaft of the turntable is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor through the speed reducer, and the speed reducer is in signal connection with an output end of the PLC.

The device for fully automatically filling the steel balls into the universal wheels as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a base, wherein the supporting assembly, the filling assembly, the pre-filling assembly, the workpiece placing table and the PLC are all arranged on the upper end face of the base, a hanging ring is further arranged on the upper end face of the base, a roller is arranged on the lower end face of the base, and a locking member is arranged on the roller.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into universal wheels as claimed in claim 5, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a plurality of guide posts and guide grooves which are matched with each other, the vertical support plate is of an inverted L-shaped structure or a T-shaped structure, the vertical support plate comprises a transverse support plate and a vertical support plate, the guide posts or the guide grooves are arranged on the transverse support plate of the vertical support plate, and an inclined support plate is further arranged between the horizontal bottom plate and the vertical support plate.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into universal wheels as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the outer side surface of the second vertical plate are respectively provided with a cylinder fixing plate and a bearing seat fixing plate which are parallel to each other, and the push-pull cylinder and the longitudinal bearing seat are respectively mounted on the cylinder fixing plate and the bearing seat fixing plate.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into universal wheels as claimed in claim 7, wherein a pressure sensor is arranged in the tightening ring, a counter is arranged on the lifting cylinder, the pressure sensor and the counter are both in signal connection with the input end of the PLC controller, and a power switch, a working switch, a workpiece loading number setting knob, a tightening pressure setting knob and a display module are arranged on the control panel.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into universal wheels as claimed in claim 8, wherein the display module comprises a display unit for the number of workpieces to be loaded, a display unit for the number of workpieces to be actually loaded, a display unit for the set pressure and a display unit for the working pressure.

The device for fully automatically loading steel balls into universal wheels as claimed in claim 9, further comprising an alarm, a buzzer and a wireless communication module, wherein the alarm, the buzzer and the wireless communication module are all in signal connection with the output end of the PLC.
