Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in order to avoid obscuring embodiments of the present invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art. The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance. The present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100. The cooking appliance 100 may be an appliance for heating food or water used in a kitchen such as a pressure cooker.
The cooking appliance 100 in the present embodiment includes a cooking appliance body which includes a pot body 2 and a lid body 1, and the lid body 1 can be pivotably connected to the pot body 2. The pot body 2 is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a cylindrical inner pot accommodating portion. The inner pot may be configured to be freely put into or taken out of the inner pot receiving part to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The inner pot is made of a metal material for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The cover body 1 and the inner pot together define a cooking space.
In the present embodiment, a control device is provided in the pot body 2, and the control device may be, for example, a PCB board. Moreover, a display screen 3 is disposed on the upper surface of the cover 1, and the display screen 3 may include, for example, an LED lamp or a backlight. The display screen 3 communicates with and is controlled by the control means so that the control means can adjust the brightness of the display screen 3. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown the control means may be provided within the lid 1 and the display 3 may be provided on the front or side surface of the pot body 2.
In order to realize the intelligent control of the control device on the brightness of the display screen 3, the cooker body 2 and/or the cover body 1 are/is also provided with an optical sensor which is communicated with the control device. The light sensor can sense the external illumination intensity and send a signal containing illumination intensity information to the control device, so that the control device controls and adjusts the brightness of the display screen 3 according to the external illumination intensity.
Preferably, the light sensor may include a photo resistor, a change in resistance of the photo resistor reflects a change in the intensity of the external light, and the signal sent by the light sensor to the control device may include the resistance of the photo resistor. Specifically, the resistance of the photo-resistor increases when the external illumination intensity is weakened, and the resistance of the photo-resistor decreases when the external illumination intensity is enhanced. This is because, when illuminated, an electron in the valence band can transition to the conduction band upon absorption of a photon of energy greater than the forbidden bandwidth of the semiconductor material and generate a positively charged hole in the valence band, and this illuminated electron-hole pair increases the number of carriers in the semiconductor material, reducing its resistivity, and causing a drop in the photoresistance value, and vice versa.
Further, the control device can determine the variation trend of the external illumination intensity according to the resistance value variation of the photoresistor, thereby controlling the brightness of the display screen 3. The control device can read the resistance of the photoresistor, and change the duty ratio of PWM (pulse width modulation) according to different resistances, namely, the aim of adjusting the brightness of the display screen 3 is achieved by controlling the conduction time of the forward current.
The utility model discloses in, controlling means can be according to the strong and weak luminance of control display screen 3 of external illumination for the luminance and the external illumination intensity of display screen 3 are positive correlation and change. That is, the control device can control the display screen 3 such that the brightness of the display screen 3 increases with the increase of the intensity of the external light and decreases with the decrease of the intensity of the external light.
Such an arrangement enables the user to see the display screen 3 clearly even if the cooking appliance 100 is used in strong light conditions such as outdoors. Moreover, under the condition of low illumination intensity, the brightness of the display screen 3 is correspondingly reduced, so that the energy is saved as much as possible on the premise that the user can clearly see the display screen 3. Moreover, it can be understood that human eyes may not be very sensitive to the change of brightness, and the change of the external light intensity cannot be quickly and accurately captured, and the external illumination intensity is sensed by the optical sensor, and the control device automatically controls the brightness of the display screen 3 according to the sensing result, so that the control accuracy can be improved.
Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with a manual adjustment mode in addition to the above-described spontaneous adjustment mode of the brightness of the display screen 3. In the manual adjustment mode, the user can manually adjust the brightness of the display screen 3.
Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 may be provided with an operation portion for a user to operate to adjust the brightness of the display screen 3, and the operation portion may be, for example, an operation panel, a roller, or a slide bar (i.e., a push button). The operation principle of adjusting the brightness of the display screen 3 by the operation portion may be similar to the autonomous adjustment mode, that is, the user may adjust the PWM duty ratio by operating the operation portion, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the brightness of the display screen 3.
Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 is switchable between the spontaneous adjustment mode and the manual adjustment mode described above. More preferably, the automatic adjustment mode can be promptly switched to the manual adjustment mode when the operation portion is triggered. In this way, if the user is not satisfied with the change in the brightness of the display screen 3 in the spontaneous adjustment mode, the adjustment can be manually performed, thereby enabling the cooking appliance 100 to satisfy various needs of different users.
According to the utility model discloses, even use like the cooking utensil 100 under strong light conditions such as open air, the user still can see display screen 3 clearly. Moreover, under the condition of low illumination intensity, the brightness of the display screen 3 is correspondingly reduced, so that the energy is saved as much as possible on the premise that the user can clearly see the display screen 3.
