12. A toilet brush according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the cleaning material is encapsulated in the base.
13. A toilet brush holder for use with a toilet brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the toilet brush holder comprises a brush holder body having a receiving chamber for receiving the brush head.
14. A toilet brush holder according to claim 13, wherein the side walls of the receiving chamber are provided with a plurality of vertically extending support tabs.
15. A toilet brush holder according to claim 13, wherein the upper edge of the support sheet is inclined to facilitate insertion of a brush head.
16. A toilet brush holder according to claim 13, wherein the brush holder body is provided with a partition communicating with the receiving chamber.

A toilet brush holder according to any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein the brush holder body comprises a base and an openable and closable side cover hinged to the base by a hinge shaft, the center of gravity of the side cover being located outside the hinge shaft, the side cover being provided at a lower portion thereof with a support portion for supporting a brush head; or an elastic part is arranged between the side cover and the base, the elastic part has an acting force for keeping the side cover in an open state, and a supporting part for supporting the brush head is arranged at the lower part of the side cover.
18. A toilet brush holder according to claim 17, wherein the hinge axis is concealed within the toilet brush holder.
19. A toilet brush holder according to claim 18, wherein the inner side wall of the base is provided with a hinge shaft, and the cover is provided at both sides thereof with hinge holes engaged with the hinge shaft.

A toilet brush holder according to claim 18, wherein the side cover includes an outer cover plate portion and a lower hinge portion connected to the inner side of the lower portion of the outer cover plate portion, the outer cover plate portion is inserted into the lower hinge portion, and a locking structure is provided between the outer cover plate portion and the lower hinge portion for positioning the outer cover plate portion and the lower hinge portion in the inserting direction.
