Specifically, the driving protrusions 111 are located on the outer side wall of the lipstick cup 11. The outer pipe is made of high-hardness materials such as hard plastics or metal, so that the outer pipe is glossy and more attractive, and the spiral pipe is made of soft-hardness plastics and is easy to process a transmission spiral groove. However, this structure requires one more part, which increases the number of steps for machining and assembling.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to simplify the structure, reduce the parts, and improve the assembly efficiency, the outer shell tube 13 integrates the functions of the outer tube and the spiral tube in the prior art, i.e. one outer shell tube 13 has the feature of beautiful outer wall, and is also convenient for processing the transmission spiral groove on the inner wall, see fig. 4-6.
In this embodiment, the material of the casing tube 13 is aluminum alloy. The outer shell pipe 13 made of aluminum alloy can meet the requirements of attractive appearance and good hand feeling, and can also directly process the transmission spiral groove 131 on the inner wall without overlapping other materials. Moreover, because the aluminum alloy has high strength, the wall thickness of the manufactured shell tube is far smaller than the superposed wall thickness of the shell tube and the spiral tube in the prior art, so that the appearance, lightness and fashionability of the shell tube 13 can be further improved, and the method is a preferred mode. Specifically, the excircle, the inner bore and the transmission spiral groove of the outer shell pipe 13 are formed by one-step processing, the efficiency is high, the yield is high, and the surface of the outer shell pipe is not easy to damage due to clamping. The spiral transmission groove 131 may be a large-pitch transmission thread or a non-standard thread.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the package further comprises a damping ring 14, wherein the damping ring 14 is located below the guide tube 12. Thus, it is preferable to facilitate the rotation of the guide tube 12.
In this embodiment, the guide tube 12 and the damping ring 14 are integrally formed. This is preferable because the structure can be further simplified, the number of parts can be reduced, and the assembly efficiency can be improved. Specifically, the guide tube 12 and the damping ring 14 may be integrally formed by injection molding.
Further, the damping ring 14 may also be a separate member and fixed to the lower end of the guide tube 12 in an interference fit or mortise and tenon structure.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the damping ring 14 includes at least one friction protrusion 141, and the friction protrusion 141 is in interference fit with the lower end of the inner wall of the housing tube 13. Since the damping ring 14 is made of plastic, even if the friction protrusions 141 are interference-fitted with the inner wall of the housing, the rotation is not hindered. However, the rotary damping ring 14 has a certain rotary resistance, has a better hand feeling, is more comfortable for users, and is a preferable mode. Further, the upper ends of two or more through grooves 121 may extend to and through the top end of the guide tube 12, which is more convenient for assembly.
In this embodiment, at least two longitudinally extending retaining ribs 112 for retaining lipstick are further disposed on the inner wall of the lipstick cup 11, and the retaining ribs 112 are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the lipstick cup 11 in the circumferential direction. In this embodiment, the lower end of the outer circle of the damping ring 14 is provided with a connecting portion 143 for connecting the base. For example, the outer circle of the connecting portion 143 may include a protrusion extending in the longitudinal direction, so that after the base is sleeved in the damping ring, the base is fixed to the damping ring in the circumferential direction by the protrusion, that is, the base is rotated to drive the damping ring to rotate.
