firstly, the first driving chain 340 comprises a first chain wheel 341, a second chain wheel 342 and a first chain 343, wherein the first chain wheel 341, the second chain wheel 342 and the first chain 343 are all arranged on the outer side of the base frame 31, and the axes of the first chain wheel 341 and the second chain wheel 342 are parallel; the first sprocket 341 is connected to a first output shaft of the driving motor 310, the second sprocket 342 is disposed on the base frame 31, the first chain 343 is connected between the first sprocket 341 and the second sprocket 342, and the complete transmission chain can transmit the power of the driving motor 310 to the first transmission chain 340, that is, the first sprocket 341 drives the second sprocket 342 to rotate the first chain 343.
Secondly, the power transmission device 35 further includes a vth chain wheel 345 and a vi chain wheel 346, and the vth chain wheel 345 and the vi chain wheel 346 are both disposed on the inner side of the base frame 31 and are used for connecting the i conveying chain 320 to form a complete driving chain. The axes of the Vth and VI sprockets 345 and 346 are parallel; the vth sprocket 345 and the ii sprocket 342 are disposed on the same rotation shaft to convert the power of the ith transmission chain 340, the vi sprocket 346 is disposed on the base frame 31, the ith conveying chain 320 is connected between the vth sprocket 345 and the vi sprocket 346, and the vth sprocket 345 drives the vi sprocket 346 to rotate the ith conveying chain 320, so that the power of the driving motor 310 is transmitted to the ith conveying chain 320 to drive each batter holding device 32 to move. That is, the transmission of the output shaft of the driving motor 310 is transmitted to the second sprocket 342 through the first transmission chain 340, and then the first conveying chain 320 is finally driven to transmit through the second sprocket 345 which is coaxial with the second sprocket 342, so that the driving of the first conveying chain 320 which is not coaxial and is driven by the driving motor 310 is realized.

The batter holding device 32 is arranged inside the frame of the base frame 31, and the occupied space of the second transmission chain 350 is small, so that the second transmission chain 350 is arranged on the base frame 31 and outside the base frame 31, so that the batter holding device 32 can fully utilize the inner space of the frame of the base frame 31, and the generation of redundant unused space to increase the whole volume of the batter manufacturing device is avoided. The method comprises the following specific steps:
the second driving chain 350 comprises a third chain wheel 351, a fourth chain wheel 352 and a second chain 353, wherein the third chain wheel 351, the fourth chain wheel 352 and the second chain 353 are arranged on the outer side of the base frame 31, and the axes of the third chain wheel 351 and the fourth chain wheel 352 are parallel; the third sprocket 351 is disposed on the transmission shaft 370, the fourth sprocket 352 is disposed on the base frame 31, the second chain 353 is connected between the third sprocket 351 and the fourth sprocket 352, and the complete transmission chain can transmit the power of the driving motor 310 to the second transmission chain 350, that is, the third sprocket 351 drives the fourth sprocket 352 to rotate the second chain 353.
The power transmission device 35 further comprises a VII-th chain wheel 355 and a VIII-th chain wheel 356, wherein the VII-th chain wheel 355 and the VIII-th chain wheel 356 are both arranged on the inner side of the base frame 31 and are used for connecting the II-th conveying chain 330 to form a complete driving chain, and the axes of the VII-th chain wheel 355 and the VIII-th chain wheel 356 are parallel; the VII-th chain wheel 355 and the IV-th chain wheel 352 are arranged on the same rotating shaft, and the power of the II-th transmission chain 350 is converted. The eighth sprocket 356 is disposed on the base frame 31, the second conveying chain 330 is connected between the seventh sprocket 355 and the eighth sprocket 356, and the seventh sprocket 355 drives the eighth sprocket 356 to rotate the second conveying chain 330, so as to transmit the power of the driving motor 310 to the second conveying chain 330, thereby driving each batter holding device 32 to move.
That is, the transmission of the output shaft of the driving motor 310 is transmitted to the iv chain wheel 352 through the ii driving chain 350, and then the vii chain wheel 355 coaxial with the iv chain wheel 352 finally drives the ii conveying chain 330 for transmission, so that the driving of the driving motor 310 driving the ii conveying chain 330 with different axes is realized.
The working process of the batter making device is as follows: the power transmission means 35 provides power to each of the batter holding means 32, one of the batter holding means 32 is moved to a working range of the batter extracting means 33, the photoelectric switch senses the power and sends a signal to the power transmission means 35, and the power transmission means 35 stops driving the batter holding means 32.
The second lead screw 38 is adjusted by driving of a stepping motor, so that the batter extraction device 33 can move to the upper part of the batter (plastic cup 321) to be extracted.
The batter extraction motor 331 of the batter extraction device 33 is started, the force application rod 333 is pushed, the position of the batter extraction pipe 332 is controlled, the holding positioning component 334 moves from the lifting position to the pressing position, after the batter holding device 32 is held tightly, the batter extraction pipe 332 moves towards the batter (plastic cup 321), and the batter extraction can be completed. After a desired batter extraction has been completed, the batter extraction tube 332 is withdrawn from the batter holding apparatus 32 and returned to the raised position. The batter extraction device 33 may be cleaned by moving the batter extraction device 33 out of the base frame 31, depending on the condition that the batter extraction device 33 has residual batter, or in a periodic manner.

The batter preparation apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the batter extraction apparatus (33) further comprises a quantitative batter extraction apparatus (339) and a silicone tube, wherein the quantitative batter extraction apparatus (339) is disposed on the base frame (31), and the silicone tube is disposed between the quantitative batter extraction apparatus (339) and the batter extraction tube (332); one end of the silicone tube is connected to the output end of the batter extraction tube (332), and the other end of the silicone tube is connected to the batter quantitative acquisition device (339).

The batter making apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising a second lead screw (38), wherein said second lead screw (38) is disposed on said base frame (31), and said second lead screw (38) is connected to said batter extraction motor (331), and a displacement direction of said second lead screw (38) is perpendicular to said batter extraction pipe (332).
