The electrolytic aluminum anode bar cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting device comprises a supporting rod (14), a first mounting plate (15), a hydraulic device (16), a hydraulic pipe (17), a hydraulic rod (18) and a second mounting plate (19), the bottom end of the supporting rod (14) is connected with the right side of the top end of the worktable (1), the top end of the supporting rod (14) is connected with the middle of the bottom end of the first mounting plate (15), the left side of the top end of the first mounting plate (15) is connected with the bottom end of the hydraulic device (16), the lower side of the left end of the hydraulic device (16) is communicated with the right end of the hydraulic pipe (17), the left end of the hydraulic pipe (17) is communicated with the lower side of the right end of the hydraulic rod (18), the bottom end of the hydraulic rod (18) is connected with the top end of the first mounting plate (15), the top end of the hydraulic rod (18) is connected with the bottom end of the second mounting plate (19), the middle of the top end of the second mounting plate (19, the bottom end of the rotating rod (10) penetrates through the second mounting plate (19) and extends out of the lower portion of the second mounting plate (19), and the rotating rod (10) is rotatably connected with the second mounting plate (19).

The electrolytic aluminum anode bar cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the rotating device comprises a third mounting plate (20), a second motor (21), a second speed reducer (22) and a second rotating shaft (23), the bottom end of the third mounting plate (20) is connected with the middle of the top end of the workbench (1), the top end of the third mounting plate (20) is connected with the bottom end of the second motor (21), the top end of the second motor (21) is connected with the bottom end of the second speed reducer (22), the top end of the second speed reducer (22) is connected with the bottom end of the second rotating shaft (23), and the top end of the second rotating shaft (23) is connected with the middle of the bottom end of the cleaning bin (4).

The electrolytic aluminum anode bar cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the rotating device further comprises three rolling devices, the top ends of the three rolling devices are respectively and uniformly installed at the outer side of the bottom end of the cleaning bin (4), the bottom ends of the three rolling devices are all in contact with the top end of the workbench (1), each rolling device comprises a stabilizer bar (24), a roller (25) and a plug (26), the top end of the stabilizer bar (24) is connected with the left side of the bottom end of the cleaning bin (4), the bottom end of the stabilizer bar (24) is communicated with a rolling groove, the front end and the rear end of the rolling groove are both communicated with the outside, the roller (25) is positioned in the rolling groove, the bottom end of the roller (25) extends out of the bottom end of the rolling groove and is in contact with the top stabilizer bar of the workbench (1), the left end of the plug (26) is positioned at the lower left side of the stabilizer bar (24), and the right end of the plug (26) passes through the roller (24) and the roller (25), the plug (26) is rotatably connected with the roller (25), and the plug (26) is fixedly connected with the stabilizer bar (24).

The electrolytic aluminum anode bar cleaning device according to claim 4, further comprising a contact switch (27) and a limiting rod (28), wherein a threaded hole penetrating up and down is formed in the left side of the first mounting plate (15), threads are formed in the outer wall of the limiting rod (28), the top end of the limiting rod (28) is screwed into the threaded hole and extends out of the upper side of the first mounting plate (15), and the top end of the limiting rod (28) is connected with the bottom end of the contact switch (27).

The electrolytic aluminum anode bar cleaning device according to claim 5, further comprising a lock nut (29), wherein the lock nut (29) is sleeved on the lower side of the limiting rod (28) in a threaded manner, and the top end of the lock nut (29) is attached to the bottom end of the first mounting plate (15).
