When the remote control 1800 is moved upwards to move the lifting control rocker, the wireless control device 1600 of the rail transport vehicle receives the instruction from the remote control 1800 and commands the hydraulic lifting device 1520 in the cavity of the lifting upright 1100 to drive the lifting beam seat 1110 to move upwards along the lifting upright 1100. The lifting column 1100 is formed by two channel steel sections disposed opposite to each other, and the grooves of the channel steel sections form the cavity of the lifting column 1100.
The lifting beam seat 1110 is fixedly connected with ends of the rail shifting beam 1300, the lifting beam seat 1110 moves upwards to drive the rail shifting beam 1300 to move upwards, the end , far away from the lifting upright column 1100, of the rail shifting beam 1300 is separated from the rail shifting beam bracket 1700, the rail shifting beam 1300 continuously moves upwards along the lifting upright column 1100 until the height of the rail shifting beam 1300 reaches the highest position under the drive of the hydraulic lifting device 1520, and as shown in fig. 2, the lifting upright column 1100 is higher than the limiting upright column 1200, the bottom surface of the rail shifting beam 1300 at the highest position is higher than the top end of the limiting upright column 1200.
At this time, the rotation control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is moved to the right, the wireless control device 1600 of the rail transport vehicle receives the instruction from the remote controller 1800, and the hydraulic power system 1500 is instructed to supply oil to the rotation driving hydraulic cylinder 1510 through an oil pipe, so as to push the base 1400 of the lifting upright column 1100 to rotate 90 degrees clockwise.
The lifting upright column 1100 is fixedly connected with the base 1400, specifically, the fixed connection mode can be welding, the lifting upright column 1100 rotates 90 degrees clockwise along with the base 1400 to drive the rail shifting beam 1300 connected with the lifting upright column 1100 to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, when the base 1400 of the lifting upright column 1100 completes the clockwise rotation of 90 degrees, the extending direction of the rail shifting beam 1300 is parallel to the width direction of the rail conveying vehicle, and the end of the rail shifting beam 1300 far away from the lifting upright column 1100 is positioned above the limit upright column 1200.
Then, the lifting control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is moved downwards, and the wireless control device 1600 of the rail transport vehicle receives the instruction from the remote controller 1800, and commands the hydraulic lifting device 1520 in the cavity of the lifting upright 1100 to drive the lifting beam seat 1110 to move downwards along the lifting upright 1100.
The down movement of the lifting beam seat 1110 drives the rail shifting beam 1300 to move down, in the process of the rail shifting beam 1300 moving down, as shown in fig. 4, the rail shifting beam 1300 enters the limit groove 1210 on the limit upright post 1200 from the stop 1320 on the end of the lifting upright post 1100 , while the lifting beam seat 1110 connected with the end of the rail shifting beam 1300 moves down along the lifting upright post 1100, the stop 1320 connected with the other end of the rail shifting beam 1300 moves down along the limit groove 1210 of the limit upright post 1200, and drives the rail shifting beam 1300 to move down until the rail shifting beam 1300 descends to the position above the distributed steel rails.
Then, the rail-shifting control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is shifted to the left or the right, the wireless control device 1600 of the rail transport vehicle receives an instruction from the remote controller 1800 to command the hydraulic motor 1530 fixed on the rail-shifting beam 1300 to rotate forwards or reversely, and the transmission chain is driven to move through the chain wheel, so that the rail-shifting vehicle 1310 fixed on the transmission chain moves forwards or backwards along the rail-shifting beam 1300 until the rail-shifting vehicle 1310 moves to the upper side of the allocated steel rail, and the rail-shifting vehicle 1310 stops at the side of the allocated steel rail far away from the allocated steel rail placement position.
Then, the lifting control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is dialed downwards, the wireless control device 1600 of the rail transport vehicle receives the instruction from the remote controller 1800, and the hydraulic lifting device 1520 in the cavity of the lifting upright 1100 is instructed to drive the lifting beam seat 1110 to move downwards along the lifting upright 1100 until the rail shifting head 1311 fixed below the rail shifting vehicle 1310 is matched with the side surface of the rail head of the divided rail.
When the rail shifting head 1311 is matched with the side face of the rail head of the allocated rail, the rail shifting control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is shifted, the allocated rail is pushed to a placing position through the rail shifting head 1311 under the driving of the rail shifting trolley 1310, and the rail shifting operation is adjusted.
Next, the rail-pulling beam 1300 needs to be put back to the storage position. First, the elevation control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is moved up, so that the rail moving beam 1300 is raised to the highest position on the elevation column 1100. Because the height of the lifting column 1100 is greater than the height of the limiting column 1200, in the process that the rail shifting beam 1300 rises along the lifting column 1100, the stopper 1320 of the rail shifting beam 1300 far away from the end of the lifting column 1100 is gradually separated from the limiting groove 1210 on the limiting column 1200. When the rail pulling beam 1300 rises to the highest position on the lifting upright column 1100, the rail pulling beam 1300 is positioned above the limiting upright column 1200. At this time, the extending direction of the rail pulling beam 1300 is still parallel to the width direction of the rail transporting vehicle
Then, the rotary control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is shifted to the left, the rotary driving hydraulic cylinder 1510 drives the base 1400 of the lifting upright column 1100 to rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the lifting upright column 1100 rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise along with the base 1400, and drives the rail shifting beam 1300 connected with the lifting upright column 1100 to rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise. When the base 1400 of the lifting column 1100 completes the counterclockwise rotation of 90 degrees, the extending direction of the rail pulling beam 1300 is parallel to the length direction of the rail transporting vehicle.
At this time, the lifting control rocker of the remote controller 1800 is pushed downwards, and the wireless control device 1600 of the rail transport vehicle receives the instruction from the remote controller 1800, and commands the hydraulic lifting device 1520 in the cavity of the lifting upright column 1100 to drive the lifting beam seat 1110 to move downwards along the lifting upright column 1100. The rail-pulling beam 1300 moves down along with the lifting beam seat 1110 until contacting with the rail-pulling beam bracket 1700, and returns to the storage position of the rail-pulling beam 1300.
