Description

本发明属于建筑采暖设备
目前国内生产的对流型采暖散热器基本都是钢串片散热器。其工艺是将冷扎钢板冲压成小的散热片;后再串到钢管上,将钢管的一侧套出外丝做为进口和出口,另一侧焊上一水联箱。
由于钢串片对流散热器采用干串的加工工艺,不能使散热片与钢管紧密结合,产生了接触热阻,减少了散热片的热流量,降低了散热效率。并且在采暖系统运行中,经反复热胀冷缩后,散热片与钢管出现松动。致使散热片表面温度降低,更恶化了由钢管向散热片传热的效果。
现有的钢串片对流散热器,由于受结构形式限制,单位长度规格内不能加工出大散热量的散热器。
由于上述种种不利因素的影响,限制了钢串片对流散热器的应用和发展。
本发明的目的设计一种高频焊翅片管对流散热器,以克服上述钢串片对流散热器种种之不足。
按照设计,本发明主要包括翅片管、通水联箱及罩板。
下面结合附图给出本发明的实施细节。
附图为高频焊翅片管对流散热器。
如图所示,采用高频焊技术将钢带螺旋地焊在钢管上成为翅片管①、将几根翅片管①横放叉排,并将两端分别焊在两侧的通水联箱②、③上,为了防止热媒短路,在热媒的进、出口侧的通水联箱②的中间设置隔板④,为了增加散热效果和美观,散热器正面设置了罩板⑤使其产生烟筒效应,提高了换热能力。
实施本发明,可明显提高换热能力,一般钢串片对流散热器的传热系数为3~4.5W/℃·M2,而实施本发明其传热系数可达11W/℃·M2

Claims (4)

1、一种高频焊翅片管对流散热器,它包括翅片管①,水联箱②,③,及罩板⑤,其特征在于所说的翅片管①是采用高频焊技术把薄钢带螺旋地焊在钢管上而成的。
2、如权利要求1所述高频焊翅片管对流散热器,其特征在于所说的翅片管①横放叉排,并将两端分别焊在通水联箱②、③上。
3、如权利要求1、2所述高频焊翅片管对流散热器,其特征在于在热媒进出口侧的通水联箱②的中间设置隔板④。
4、如权利要求1所述高频焊翅片管对流散热器其特征在于在散热器的正面设置罩板⑤。
