Abstract
本实用新型公开一种按键组件,组装于通信设备中,包括一按键、一托盘及至少一弹性臂;所述按键的一侧面具有一向内凹陷形成的容置空间,所述容置空间中的内壁具有至少一凹陷形成的夹持槽;所述托盘与所述按键相互组合,所述托盘的一侧具有一凸伸形成的基部,所述基部装设于所述容置空间中;所述弹性臂装设于所述托盘上,所述弹性臂具有一固定部,所述固定部装设于所述托盘的侧壁上,所述固定部具有一向前延伸并向外凸出所形成的接触部,所述接触部向前且向外延伸形成一夹持部,所述夹持部对应所述夹持槽而设,所述夹持部装设于所述夹持槽中。藉由所述夹持槽及所述弹性臂的设置,以使所述按键及所述托盘能相互固定或相互松脱,达到节省通信设备内部元件组装的空间。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种按键组件,尤其是涉及一种可节省通信设备内部元件组装空间的按键组件。
背景技术
随着科技发展,为使得通信设备的功能更多、效能更强,需要搭载更多更新的元件。但因着使用者的使用上的手感,通信设备的体积较难调整,故需调整原有的内部元件的体积或组装设置。
然而,先前的通信设备为搭载具有储存用户身份辨识资料、简讯资料和电话号码的用户身份模组(Subscriber Identity Module, SIM),因着SIM卡晶片的限制,目前技术无法再将其体积进行缩减,故须将SIM卡的卡槽与其他元件组合,原有元件能互相结合,以节省通信设备内部元件组装的空间,达到更多能加入新元件的空间,使得通信设备能搭载更多、更新的功能。
因此,有必要提供一种按键组件,使得通信设备的音量按键与 SIM卡能结合,以节省通信设备内部元件组装的空间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷和不足提供一种可模组化的按键组件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开一种按键组件,组装于一通信设备中,其特征在于:包含一按键、一托盘及至少一弹性臂;所述按键的一侧面具有一向内凹陷形成的容置空间,所述容置空间中两侧的内壁具有至少一凹陷形成的夹持槽;所述托盘与所述按键相互组合,所述托盘的一侧具有一凸伸形成的基部,所述基部装设于所述容置空间中;所述弹性臂装设于所述托盘上,所述弹性臂具有一固定部,所述固定部装设于所述托盘的侧壁上,所述固定部具有一向前延伸并向外凸出所形成的接触部,所述接触部向前且向外延伸形成一夹持部,所述夹持部对应所述夹持槽而设,所述夹持部装设于所述夹持槽中,如此所述按键及所述托盘能相互固定住;当所述按键组件组装进所述通信设备内时,所述接触部会被向内抵压,使所述夹持部脱离所述夹持槽,使得所述托盘从所述按键上松脱。
作为进一步的改进,所述按键的表面开设有至少一第一固定孔,所述第一固定孔与所述容置空间相通,所述按键的另一表面开设有至少一凹陷形成的容置槽,所述容置槽开设有至少一与所述容置空间连通所形成的第二固定孔,所述第二固定孔对应所述第一固定孔而设,所述基部上开设有至少一第三固定孔,所述第三固定孔对应所述第一固定孔而设。
作为进一步的改进,所述第一固定孔的上端具有一上限位槽;所述按键组件还具有一固定组件,所述固定组件包括一固定件及一固定座,所述固定件对应所述第一固定孔而设,所述固定件的一端具有一固定帽,所述固定件穿过连通之所述第一固定孔、所述第三固定孔及所述第二固定孔,所述固定件之固定帽置于所述上限位槽中,所述固定座装设于所述容置槽中,所述固定座与所述固定件相接触,以点焊或铆压的方式将所述固定件与所述固定座相互固定住。
如上所述,藉由所述夹持槽及所述夹持部的设置,以形成一可使所述按键及所述托盘相互固定或相互松脱的按键组件。使得所述按键与所述托盘在未装入通信设备中时,能相互固定住。而所述按键与所述托盘在装入通信设备中时,能相互松脱。当使用者因调整音量而按压所述按键,造成所述按键进行旋转时,所述托盘能不受所述按键旋转的影响,使得所述托盘于通信设备中能保持固定状态,如此将所述按键及所述托盘组合,达到节省通信设备内部元件组装的空间。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的和功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型之按键组件100包括一按键1、一托盘2、至少一固定组件3及至少一弹性臂4,所述按键1的一侧面具有一向内凹陷形成的容置空间11,所述容置空间11中两侧的内壁具有至少一凹陷形成的夹持槽111,所述按键1的表面开设有至少一第一固定孔12,所述第一固定孔12与所述容置空间11相通,所述第一固定孔12的上端具有一上限位槽121;所述按键1的另一表面开设有至少一凹陷形成的容置槽13,所述容置槽13开设有至少一与所述容置空间11连通所形成的第二固定孔131,所述第二固定孔131对应所述第一固定孔12而设。
所述托盘2的一侧具有一凸伸形成的基部21,所述基部21装设于所述容置空间11中,所述基部21上开设有至少一第三固定孔 22,所述第三固定孔22对应所述第一固定孔12而设。
所述固定组件3包括一固定件31及一固定座32,所述固定件 31对应所述第一固定孔12而设,所述固定件31的一端具有一固定帽31,所述固定件31穿过连通之所述第一固定孔12、所述第三固定孔22及所述第二固定孔131,所述固定件31之固定帽311置于所述上限位槽121中。所述固定座32装设于所述容置槽13中,所述固定座32与所述固定件31相接触,以点焊或铆压的方式将所述固定件31与所述固定座32相互固定住。
所述弹性臂4装设于所述托盘2上,所述弹性臂4具有一固定部41,所述固定部41以点焊或铆压的方式装设于所述托盘2的侧壁上,所述固定部41具有一向前延伸并向外凸出所形成的接触部 42,所述接触部42向前且向外延伸形成一夹持部43,所述夹持部 43对应所述夹持槽111而设。所述夹持部43装设于所述夹持槽111 中,如此所述按键1及所述托盘2能相互固定住。
请参阅图5及图6,本实用新型按键组件100是组装于通信设备之侧壁5上所开设之卡槽6中。所述卡槽6内具有一电路板7,所述电路板7具有两向上延伸形成的延伸部71,所述延伸部71上皆设有一按钮711,两所述按钮711分别对应所述按键1的两端而设,两所述按钮711分别具有增加或降低通信设备之音量的功能。所述电路板7上具有一端子组72,所述端子组72设于两所述延伸部71之间,所述电路板7上还设有一铁壳73,所述铁壳73包覆住所述端子组72。
请参阅图4、图7及图8,本实用新型按键组件100组装于通信设备中时,所述托盘2组装于所述铁壳73中。所述按键1的两端贴于两所述按钮711上,使用者可以藉由按压所述按键1的任一端,以按压所对应的两所述按钮711,进而启动增加或降低通信设备之音量的功能。所述接触部42受到所述铁壳73内壁的限制而被向内抵压,使得所述弹性臂4带同所述夹持部43向内弯,并蓄积一回弹力,此时,所述夹持部43脱离所述夹持槽231,同时所述托盘2 也从所述按键1上松脱。当使用者按压所述按键1的任一端时,所述按键1会以所述固定件31作为中心轴而进行旋转移动,所述容置空间11与所述基部21间之间隙使得所述按键1在受按压而产生的旋转动作时,有一空间能进行移动,而不会带动所述托盘2跟着移动,使得托盘2于所述铁壳73中能保持固定状态。
当所述按键组件100于所述通信设备中退出时,所述弹性臂4 之回弹力会带同所述接触部42及所述夹持部43回复至初始位置,使得所述夹持部43重新装设进所述夹持槽231中,如此将所述按键1及所述托盘2再次相互固定住。
承上所述,藉由所述夹持槽231及所述夹持部43的设置,以形成一可使所述按键1及所述托盘2相互固定或相互松脱的按键组件 100。使得所述按键1与所述托盘2在未装入通信设备中时,能相互固定住。而所述按键1与所述托盘2在装入通信设备中时,能相互松脱。当使用者因调整音量而按压所述按键1,造成所述按键1 进行旋转时,所述托盘2能不受所述按键1旋转的影响,使得所述托盘2于通信设备中能保持固定状态,如此将所述按键1及所述托盘2组合,达到节省通信设备内部元件组装的空间。
Claims (3)
1.一种按键组件,组装于一通信设备中,其特征在于:包含一按键、一托盘及至少一弹性臂;所述按键的一侧面具有一向内凹陷形成的容置空间,所述容置空间中两侧的内壁具有至少一凹陷形成的夹持槽;所述托盘与所述按键相互组合,所述托盘的一侧具有一凸伸形成的基部,所述基部装设于所述容置空间中;所述弹性臂装设于所述托盘上,所述弹性臂具有一固定部,所述固定部装设于所述托盘的侧壁上,所述固定部具有一向前延伸并向外凸出所形成的接触部,所述接触部向前且向外延伸形成一夹持部,所述夹持部对应所述夹持槽而设,所述夹持部装设于所述夹持槽中,如此所述按键及所述托盘能相互固定住;当所述按键组件组装进所述通信设备内时,所述接触部会被向内抵压,使所述夹持部脱离所述夹持槽,使得所述托盘从所述按键上松脱。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键组件,其特征在于:所述按键的表面开设有至少一第一固定孔,所述第一固定孔与所述容置空间相通,所述按键的另一表面开设有至少一凹陷形成的容置槽,所述容置槽开设有至少一与所述容置空间连通所形成的第二固定孔,所述第二固定孔对应所述第一固定孔而设,所述基部上开设有至少一第三固定孔,所述第三固定孔对应所述第一固定孔而设。
3.如权利要求2所述的按键组件,其特征在于:所述第一固定孔的上端具有一上限位槽;所述按键组件还具有一固定组件,所述固定组件包括一固定件及一固定座,所述固定件对应所述第一固定孔而设,所述固定件的一端具有一固定帽,所述固定件穿过连通之所述第一固定孔、所述第三固定孔及所述第二固定孔,所述固定件之固定帽置于所述上限位槽中,所述固定座装设于所述容置槽中,所述固定座与所述固定件相接触,以点焊或铆压的方式将所述固定件与所述固定座相互固定住。
