本实用新型提供一种连接器插头,包含一本体单元,所述本体单元包含一用于导电连接的连结元件,一与所述连结元件电性连接的电路板,一固定于所述电路板后端的焊接元件,以及一包覆所述电路板外围的定位内壳;一外壳,所述外壳一体成型的包覆所述定位内壳;一保护元件,所述保护元件设置于连结元件与所述外壳的交界处;以及一接合元件,所述接合元件与所述保护元件连接,且包覆于所述定位内壳的外围,其中,所述接合元件包含一第一卡扣部以及一第二卡扣部,并分别设置于所述接合元件的两端。致使固定所述保护元件于所述接结元件与所述电路板连接的交界处。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接器插头,尤其是一种能够固定保护元件且简化制程的工序连接器插头。
背景技术
在已知的连接器插头中,为避免连接器插头由塑胶材质制成的外壳在插入对应的插入口时,由于外壳材质硬容易刮花或磨损到电子产品的外壳,影响电子产品的美观。因此,连接器插头中设有一个由硅胶制成的保护元件,以致隔开连接器插头的外壳与电子产品的外壳,从而避免电子产品的外壳被刮花或磨损。
为确保保护元件能够固定于连接器插头中,在已知的连接器插头中,保护元件固定于连结元件与所述外壳交界处,但是保护元件与外壳之间存在缝隙且难以控制制程。
因此,设计一款能够固定保护元件且简化制程的工序的连接器插头尤其重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一款能够固定保护元件且简化制程的工序的连接器插头。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种连接器插头,包含一本体单元,所述本体单元包含一用于导电连接的连结元件,一与所述连结元件电性连接的电路板,一焊接固定于所述电路板后端的焊接元件,以及一包覆所述电路板外围的定位内壳;一外壳,所述外壳一体成型的包覆所述定位内壳;一保护元件,所述保护元件设置于连结元件与所述外壳的交界处;以及一接合元件,所述接合元件与所述保护元件连接,且包覆于所述定位内壳的外围,其中,所述接合元件包含一第一卡扣部以及一第二卡扣部,并分别设置于所述接合元件的两端。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述接合元件包含一主体以及一衔接端,所述衔接端设置于靠近所述连结元件一端,且与所述保护元件衔接;所述主体与所述衔接端一体成型,并包覆所述定位内壳的外围。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述第一卡扣部包含一上卡扣以及一下卡扣,并分别设置于所述衔接端的上表面以及下表面,且卡扣固定于所述定位内壳靠近所述连结元件一端。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述第二卡扣部设置于所述主体靠近所述焊接元件的一端,并包含一设置于右侧的右卡扣以及一设置于左侧的左卡扣,所述右卡扣以及所述左卡扣凸出于所述主体,而所述外壳靠近所述焊接元件的一端设有两个凹槽,所述凹槽分别设置于所述外壳的两侧,并对应所述第二卡扣部,所述第二卡扣部卡扣固定于所述凹槽中。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的及功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图2和图5,本实用新型连接器插头100包含一本体单元10、一外壳20、以及一保护元件30。所述本体单元10包含一用于导电连接的连结元件11,一与所述连结元件11电性连接的电路板12,一焊接固定于所述电路板12后端的焊接元件13,以及一包覆于所述电路板12外围的定位内壳14。所述外壳20包覆所述定位内壳14的外围,且所述外壳20包含一用于与其他成品结合固定的组装槽20a,所述组装槽20a设置于所述焊接元件13的一端,并包覆所述焊接元件13的四周。所述保护元件30设置于所述连结元件11与所述外壳20交界处。
请参阅图1和图3,在这一较佳的实施例中,为将所述保护元件30固定于所述连结元件11与所述外壳20交界处,在所述定位内壳14与所述外壳20之间进一步设有一接合元件40。所述接合元件40包含一衔接端40a以及一主体40b。所述衔接端40a设置于靠近所述连结元件11一端并与所述保护元件30衔接。所述主体40b与所述衔接端40a一体成型,并包覆所述定位内壳14的外围。
请一并参阅图1、图3和图4,为将所述接合元件40固定于所述定位内壳14与所述外壳20之间,所述接合元件40包含一第一卡扣部41以及一第二卡扣部42,其中,所述第一卡扣部41设置于衔接端40a处,并包含一设置于上表面的上卡扣41a以及一设置于下表面的下卡扣41b。所述第一卡扣部41透过所述上卡扣41a以及所述下卡扣41b而卡扣固定于所述定位内壳14靠近所述连结元件11一端。所述第二卡扣部42则设置于所述主体40b靠近所述焊接元件13的一端,并包含一设置于右侧的右卡扣42a以及一设置于左侧的左卡扣42b。所述右卡扣42a以及所述左卡扣42b凸出于所述主体40b,而所述外壳20靠近所述焊接元件13的一端则配合所述右卡扣42a及所述左卡扣42b设有两个凹槽20b,所述凹槽20b分别设置于所述外壳20的两侧,所述第二卡扣部42透过与所述凹槽20b的配合组装,使所述接合元件40与所述外壳20卡扣固定。
为简化所述连接器插头100的制程工序,确保产品的稳定性。所述保护元件30采用硅胶的材质与所述接合元件40采用塑胶的材质一体注塑成型,透过所述第一卡扣部41与所述第二卡扣部42固定于所述定位内壳14与所述外壳20之间,从而使所述保护元件30固定于所述连结元件11与所述外壳20交界处,且确保了产品的稳定性。

Claims (4)

1.一种连接器插头,包含
一本体单元,所述本体单元包含一用于导电连接的连结元件,一与所述连结元件电性连接的电路板,一焊接固定于所述电路板后端的焊接元件,以及一包覆所述电路板外围的定位内壳;
一外壳,所述外壳一体成型的包覆所述定位内壳;
一保护元件,所述保护元件设置于连结元件与所述外壳的交界处;以及一接合元件,所述接合元件与所述保护元件连接,且包覆于所述定位内壳的外围,其中,所述接合元件包含一第一卡扣部以及一第二卡扣部,并分别设置于所述接合元件的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述接合元件包含一主体以及一衔接端,所述衔接端设置于靠近所述连结元件一端,且与所述保护元件衔接;所述主体与所述衔接端一体成型,并包覆所述定位内壳的外围。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣部包含一上卡扣以及一下卡扣,并分别设置于所述衔接端的上表面以及下表面,且卡扣固定于所述定位内壳靠近所述连结元件一端。
4.根据权利要求2所述的连接器插头,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣部设置于所述主体靠近所述焊接元件的一端,并包含一设置于右侧的右卡扣以及一设置于左侧的左卡扣,所述右卡扣以及所述左卡扣凸出于所述主体,而所述外壳靠近所述焊接元件的一端设有两个凹槽,所述凹槽分别设置于所述外壳的两侧,并对应所述第二卡扣部,所述第二卡扣部卡扣固定于所述凹槽中。
