Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a combined dressing.
Background
In the field of chronic wound nursing, wet dressings are generally used for long-term nursing and treatment of wounds such as pressure sores, diabetic feet, lower limb venous ulcers and the like, and the dressings are usually required to be good in liquid absorption property and mild in viscosity, maintain the moist microenvironment of the wounds, and do not cause secondary damage during replacement. The skin around the wound surface is affected by the wound surface, and is easy to cause problems such as infection or swelling, and the like, so that the wound surface is fragile. In order to protect the fragile skin around the wound surface, the dressing core is required to be 2-3cm larger than the wound edge for covering the fragile skin surface in the part when the dressing size is clinically selected.
However, these dressings are extremely expensive, their price is proportional to the area of the dressing, and the long-term dressing change nursing costs impose a significant medical burden on patients due to the lengthy healing period of the chronic wound. And the peripheral dressing of wound does not absorb too much liquid, satisfies the nursing demand of skin on every side completely, even so, because the auxiliary material is a whole, also can only the monoblock be changed when wound face department dressing need be changed at every turn, just so makes the dressing that changes have partly still to have a use value for the utilization ratio of dressing is low, has caused the waste, has caused extra economic burden for the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model provides a combined dressing, which aims to solve the problems of low utilization rate of the existing wet dressing and extra increase of economic burden of patients.
A composite dressing is disclosed, comprising
A central dressing comprising a central core;
the periphery dressing is provided with a window which can be embedded into the center dressing at the center, and the window penetrates through the periphery dressing along the thickness direction;
the back of the central dressing is fixedly connected with the peripheral dressing.
The combined dressing is characterized in that a first self-adhesive layer extending towards the outer side of the central dressing core covers the back surface of the central dressing, and adhesive is coated on the surface of the first self-adhesive layer.
The combined dressing comprises a peripheral applying core, a second self-adhesive layer and an isolating layer, wherein the second self-adhesive layer is located on the front face of the peripheral applying core, the isolating layer is located on the back face of the peripheral applying core, and the periphery of the first self-adhesive layer is adhered to the surface of the isolating layer.
The combined dressing is characterized in that the peripheral dressing is rectangular, and the central dressing is in a long strip shape, an oval shape or a cross shape.
The combined dressing, wherein the outer dressing and the central dressing are both circular.
The utility model provides a modular dressing sets up the windowing of fixed center dressing through peripheral dressing center department, is the detachable structure with the dressing design, can change alone just to the central dressing of the surface of a wound, and the peripheral dressing that covers on the peripheral skin surface of the surface of a wound can select to remain. On the other hand, the peripheral dressing is provided with the fenestration, so that medical personnel can conveniently take out the central dressing to observe the wound healing condition, the central dressing is fixed on the back of the peripheral dressing, and the central dressing is not adhered to one side of the wound, so that the secondary damage to the wound is avoided, and the wound healing acceleration is facilitated.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments.
In the following description of the present embodiment, the side facing the skin of the human body is the front side, and the side facing away from the skin of the human body is the back side.
The combined dressing provided by the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprises a central dressing 1 and a peripheral dressing 2. A window 3 for embedding the central dressing 1 is provided at the center of the peripheral dressing 2, and the window 3 penetrates the entire peripheral dressing 2 in the thickness direction of the peripheral dressing 2. The central dressing 1 is secured to the back of the peripheral dressing 2.
Specifically, the central dressing 1 comprises a central dressing core 10, a first self-adhesive layer 11 covers the back surface of the central dressing core 10, the peripheral edge of the first self-adhesive layer 11 extends to the outer side of the central dressing core 10 by a certain size, and the first self-adhesive layer 11 comprises a base material and adhesive coated on the surface of the base material. The peripheral dressing 2 comprises a peripheral dressing core 20, a second self-adhesive layer 21 is arranged on the front surface of the peripheral dressing core 20, an isolation layer 22 covers the back surface of the peripheral dressing core 20, and the window 3 sequentially penetrates through the isolation layer 22, the peripheral dressing core 20 and the second self-adhesive layer 21. When the central dressing core 10 is embedded in the window 3, the first self-adhesive layer 21 is adhered to the surface of the isolation layer 22, so that the central dressing 1 is fixedly connected with the peripheral dressing 2. While the thickness of the central core 10 corresponds to the depth of the window 3, so that the front side of the central core 10 is flush with the second self-adhesive layer 21 of the peripheral dressing 2 when the central core 10 is embedded in the window 3.
When the combined dressing is used, the central dressing core 10 is covered right above a wound surface, and the peripheral dressing core 20 is covered on and adhered to the fragile skin surface around the wound surface. When the central dressing core 10 needs to be replaced after imbibing, the first self-adhesive layer 11 is torn to separate from the isolation layer 22, so that the peripheral dressing 2 can be kept, the central dressing 1 can be replaced independently, and the replacement area of the wet dressing is reduced. The front surface of the central dressing core 10 is not coated with any adhesive substance, so that secondary damage to the wound surface can not be caused during replacement.
The peripheral dressing 1 in this embodiment is generally rectangular and the central dressing 2 is oblong. In other embodiments, the central dressing may also be oval as shown in fig. 4, and the combined dressing may be of unitary construction as shown in fig. 5; or the central dressing is in a cross shape as shown in fig. 6, and the integral structure of the combined dressing is shown in fig. 7; or the central dressing is circular as shown in fig. 8, and the combined dressing has an integral structure as shown in fig. 9.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the present application in connection with specific embodiments thereof, and it is not intended that the present application be limited to the specific embodiments thereof. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure that many more simple derivations or substitutions can be made without departing from the inventive concepts herein.
