[ detailed description ] embodiments
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a food cutting device, which can be used for cutting food, and is particularly suitable for caraway, oregon, rosemary, basil, coriander, thyme, chopped green onion, sage, tarragon, bay, fennel, celery, etc. The food cutting device includes a blade cartridge 10, a blade cartridge 30, a blade 40, and a connecting member 50. When the food cutting machine is used, a user can horizontally push the knife rest box 10 back and forth, the blade 40 rotates under the reaction force of the horizontal pushing force, the knife rest 30 and the connecting part 50 are driven to rotate relative to the knife rest box 10, the blade 40 cuts food while rotating, the purpose of cutting food is achieved, the wrist does not need to be twisted, the cutter does not need to be lifted up and down, and the food cutting machine is easy to cut, labor-saving and convenient to use. When the blade holder 30 and the connecting member 50 rotate together at a certain angle with respect to the blade holder case 10, as shown in fig. 3, the blade 40 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 17 of the blade holder case 10, so that the blade 40 can be accommodated to prevent cutting injury, and at the same time, the occupied space is reduced, and the safety and reliability are improved.
In this embodiment, the blade carrier case 10 has an arc-shaped configuration, and the blade 40 also has an arc-shaped configuration. In other embodiments, the shape and size ratio of the blade holder box 10 and the blade 40 can be adjusted, for example, the blade holder box 10 can be a rectangle with rounded corners, the blade 40 can be a wave knife, a straight knife, a sawtooth knife, etc., as long as the blade 40 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 17 in cooperation with other components of the food cutting device.
The tool rest box 10 is provided with attachment holes for attachment of the attachment member 50, wherein at least one of the attachment holes is a through hole. Preferably, the connection holes are through holes, specifically, a first through hole 11a and a second through hole 11b, as shown in the present embodiment. More preferably, the first through hole 11a and the second through hole 11b are respectively provided with a groove 13 (only the groove 13 at the second through hole 11b is illustrated in fig. 4). When the food cutting device of the present invention is assembled, the hand piece 60 and the shift piece 80 are respectively placed in different recesses 13 and are adapted to the shape and size of the corresponding recess 13, so that the food cutting device has an attractive and flat appearance (see fig. 1 and 2). In the case of a tool holder that is not deadlocked, the hand piece body 61 does not contact the bottom of the recess in the first through hole 11a, so the hand piece connection post 62 can move back and forth. More preferably, the gear 80 is in contact with the bottom of the recess 13 in the second through hole 11 b.
Preferably, the bottom of the groove 13 in the second through hole 11b is provided with a first concave portion 14 for limiting the angle of rotation of the blade holder 30, so that even if the user is excessively fast and hard for a moment, the angle of rotation of the blade holder 30 is limited to a designated angle, so that the user is not easily cut by the blade 40. More preferably, the first concave portion 14 is symmetrical with respect to the center point of the second through hole 11 b. When the tool holder 30 and the connecting part 50 rotate together relative to the tool holder box 10, the tool holder 30 and the connecting part 50 can only rotate along the first indent 14 because the latch 81 in the connecting part 50 is latched into the first indent 14. In this embodiment, the angle between the two ends of the first concave portion 14 and the line connecting the centers of the second through holes 11b is 120 degrees, i.e., the maximum angle of rotation of the tool holder 30 and the connecting member 50 together with respect to the tool holder box 10 is 120 degrees. It will be appreciated that when the device is in the fully extended condition shown in fig. 1, the cartridge 30, the connecting member 50 may rotate together a maximum of 60 degrees counterclockwise relative to the cartridge 10 when the cartridge 10 is pushed horizontally forward, and the cartridge 30, the connecting member 50 may rotate together a maximum of 60 degrees clockwise relative to the cartridge 10 when the cartridge 10 is pushed horizontally rearward.
Preferably, the bottom of the groove 13 in the second through hole 11b is provided with a second concave portion 15 for locking the tool holder 30, i.e. the latch 81 cannot rotate after entering the second concave portion 15, which can also be understood as the gear member 80 is locked, and the hand member 60 connected with the gear member 80 cannot rotate, thereby locking the tool holder 30. More preferably, the second concave portion 15 is symmetrical with respect to the center point of the second through hole 11 b.
Preferably, the edge of the open end of the toolholder box 10 is provided with a protective member 16. The guard 16 prevents the user from cutting by touching the blade 40 with his or her hand during too quick or violent handling. The specific number and shape and size of the protection members 16 can be adjusted, for example, only one protection member 16 can be provided, or a plurality of protection members 16 can be provided at different edges of the open end of the tool holder box 10; the specific shape of the protection member 16 is not a limitation of the present invention, such as an approximately arc-shaped convex position in the present embodiment, and other embodiments may also be implemented by approximately annularly surrounding the entire open end of the tool holder box 10, or by a hemispherical shape, a petal shape, etc.
The holder 30 is provided with a holder through-hole 31 (shown in fig. 4) through which the connection part 50 is inserted. In this embodiment, the tool holder 30 is composed of two symmetrically disposed tool holder bodies 32, for example, in other embodiments, the tool holder 30 may be integrally formed or assembled by different numbers/shapes of the tool holder bodies 32. The material, shape and size of the tool holder body 32 do not limit the present invention. Preferably, the blade holder 30 is provided with a drain hole 33 for draining water after the food cutting device is cleaned. In this embodiment, two drain holes 33 are symmetrically disposed and located on two sides of the through hole 31 of the tool holder. The number, shape and size of the drain holes 33 do not limit the present invention.
The blade 40 is fixedly attached to the blade holder 30. In this embodiment, the cutting insert 40 has an arc-shaped structure, so that both ends of the cutting insert 40 are respectively fixedly connected with the tool holder 30, i.e., the cutting insert 40 is sandwiched between the two tool holder bodies 32. The particular manner of attachment of the insert 40 to the holder 30 is not a limitation of the present invention and may be, for example, adhesive, threaded attachment, etc.
The coupling part 50 comprises a hand piece 60 and a gear piece 80. The hand piece 60 includes a hand piece body 61 and a hand piece connection post 62 provided at one end of the hand piece body 61. The hand piece body 61 and the hand piece connecting post 62 may be integrally formed. Of course, it will be appreciated that the hand piece body 61 and hand piece attachment post 62 may be assembled, glued, or otherwise fixedly attached together. The end of the hand piece body 61 facing away from the hand piece connection post 62 is provided with a handle 611. The specific shape and size of the handle 611 does not limit the present invention, and may be, for example, wave-shaped, straight-line-shaped, etc. As shown in fig. 1, the handle 611 may be used to rotate the hand piece 60, thereby rotating the tool post 30 together with the tool holder case 10, or to provide an external force to the hand piece body 61, so that the hand piece connection post 62 can move back and forth within the channel formed by the first through hole 11a and the first through hole 11 b.
The hand piece attachment post 62 passes through the first through hole 11a and is connected to the gear piece 80 by the elastic member 70. Specifically, one end of the elastic component 70 is sleeved on the manual piece connecting column 62, and the other end is embedded inside the gear piece 80. Preferably, one end of the manual piece connecting column 62, which is far away from the manual piece body 61, is provided with a first bump 622, the inner surface of the gear piece 80 is provided with a first concave hole 82, and the shape, size and number of the first bump 622 and the first concave hole 82 are matched, so that the manual piece connecting column 62 and the gear piece 80 are tightly buckled after being assembled. When the connecting post 62 is pushed toward the engaging element 80, the elastic element 70 is compressed and generates a resilient force, i.e. the elastic element 70 is in a tensioned state, and the engaging element 80 moves toward the second through hole 11b under the resilient force of the elastic element 70 and leaves the first concave 14, so that the rotation angle of the tool holder 30 is not limited, i.e. the tool holder 30 can be freely rotated left and right. Rotation of the manual coupling post 62 changes the compression of the resilient member 70 when the gear member 80 is disengaged from the first recess 14. One end of the stopper 80 is provided with a latch 81, and preferably, the latch 81 is shaped and sized to fit the second concave portion 15. When the elastic component 70 is in a relaxed state from a tensed state, the gear component 80 enters the second concave position 15, and the latch 81 is clamped with the second concave position 15, so that the tool holder 30 is locked, the occupied space is reduced, the movement is convenient, and the safety and the reliability are high. When the tool holder 30 needs to be unlocked, the manual element connecting column 62 is pushed towards the gear element 80, the elastic element 70 is compressed and generates a rebound force, the gear element 80 leaves the second concave position 15 under the action of the elastic element 70 and then enters the first concave position 14 along with the rotation of the manual element connecting column 62, and therefore normal cutting use can be achieved. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 70 is specifically a spring. In other embodiments, the elastic component 70 may be other components with compression state change, as long as the required functions of the present invention can be achieved. It is understood that the forward and backward movement of the gear 80 can be limited to the second through hole 11b, and the exploded view of the other embodiment is shown in fig. 5.
Preferably, the hand piece attachment post 62 provides at least two opposing straight outer walls. Correspondingly, the inner wall of the holder through hole 31 is provided with a straight surface cooperating with the straight outer wall. In this embodiment, two straight outer walls are provided, 621a and 621b respectively; correspondingly, there are two straight surfaces, 311a and 311 b. When the position-limiting element 80 is rotated in the range of the first concave position 14, the connecting column 62 of the manual element can move back and forth in the through hole 31 of the knife rest to play a positioning role only when the connecting column 62 of the manual element is rotated to the position that the straight outer wall 621a/621b is matched with the straight surface 311a/311 b.
The principle of the food cutting device of the present invention cutting food is as follows. In use, when the user pushes the knife rest box 10 horizontally forward, as shown in fig. 6, the knife 40 rotates counterclockwise by the reaction force of the horizontal pushing force, so as to drive the knife rest 30 and the connecting part 50 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the knife rest box 10, and the knife 40 cuts food while rotating; when the user pushes the blade holder case 10 horizontally backward, as shown in fig. 7, the blade 40 rotates clockwise by a reaction force of the horizontal pushing force, thereby rotating the blade holder 30 and the coupling member 50 together clockwise with respect to the blade holder case 10, and the blade 40 cuts food while rotating. The knife rest box 10 is repeatedly pushed forwards and backwards, the blades 40 can automatically rotate to cut food, time and labor are saved, and particularly when a large amount of food is cut, the wrist of a user can be more comfortable and relaxed, and the use is convenient. Preferably, since the latch 81 of the stop member 80 is latched to the first concave portion 14, the knife holder 30 and the connecting member 50 together rotate at a maximum of 60 degrees with respect to the knife holder case 10, thereby limiting the rotation angle of the knife holder and preventing the user from being injured by the sudden and rapid operation.
The above examples merely represent preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are described in more detail and detail, but are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications, such as combinations of different features in various embodiments, may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these are within the scope of the invention.
