The paper tube machine constant tension and security control system according to claim 4, wherein a manual control wheel (14) for manually adjusting rotation of the lead screw (12) is further arranged on the tension measurement and control device, and the manual control wheel (14) is coaxially connected with the lead screw (12).

The constant-tension and security control system of the paper tube machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower limit switch S1, the upper limit switch S2 and the upper limit switch S3 are all connected to a PLC controller and control the tension adjusting device (5) and the braking of the main motor (2) through the PLC controller, the lower limit switch S1 is correspondingly provided with a lower limit normally open contact K1 and a contactor KM1, the upper limit switch S2 is correspondingly provided with an upper limit normally open contact K2 and a contactor KM2, the upper limit switch S3 is correspondingly provided with an upper limit normally open contact K3 and a contactor KM3, the contactor KM1 and the contactor KM2 are interlocked, the contactor KM3 of the main motor (2) is controlled through an input end of the PLC controller, and the lower limit normally open contact K1, the upper limit normally open contact K2 and the upper limit normally open contact K3 are interlocked.
7. The constant tension and security control system of the paper tube machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower limit switch S1, the upper limit switch S2 and the upper limit switch S3 are all manual button switches for controlling the tension adjusting device (5) and the main motor (2).
8. The constant-tension and security control system of the paper tube machine as claimed in claim 3 or 5, wherein the main motor (2) is connected with the vertical roller (8) through a motor rotating shaft (15) and drives the vertical roller (8) to rotate synchronously.
9. The constant-tension and security control system of the paper tube machine as claimed in claim 3 or 5, wherein each vertical roller (8) is provided with a tension measurement and control device and a main motor (2) correspondingly.
10. The constant tension and security control system of the paper tube machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the motor adopted by the tension adjusting device (5) is a speed reducing motor.
