The invention changes the former manual adjustment and simple rough control mode, realizes automatic intelligent control of belt unwinding, has no participation of people, has smooth unwinding speed of material rolls and no inertia impact, and improves the production efficiency.

It has the following problems: the braking force of the whole material roll is constant, the diameter of the material roll is larger, the diameter of the cloth liner roll is smaller, the material roll is heavy in weight, the rotating speed of the material roll is low during automatic material guiding, the inertia displacement of an I-shaped wheel is small, and a belt ply and the cloth liner are relatively static; when the residual amount of the material roll is less than about 1/3, the material roll has small self weight, and the rotation speed and the inertia displacement of the material roll are large during automatic material guiding, so that a belted layer moves, is adhered, folded and stretched and deforms in the cloth liner, the defective belted layer needs to be manually removed by an operator in the forming process, and X-ray waste and defective products are generated once the defective belted layer is not formed in a green tire; on one hand, the belt layer framework material is wasted, and on the other hand, the product quality stability and the production efficiency performance are seriously influenced.

The belt layer unwinding control system has the advantages that the previous manual adjustment and simple rough control mode is changed, automatic and intelligent control over unwinding of the belt layer is realized, no person participates in the belt layer unwinding control system, the material roll unwinding speed is smooth, no inertia impact exists, the overall automation degree of equipment is improved, the production efficiency is improved, and unnecessary waste of the manufacturing cost is reduced.

The belt material is wound on the spool 9, the analog quantity distance measuring sensor 2 above the spool 9 measures the diameter of the material roll in real time, the measured value is output in an analog quantity mode, signals are input to a programmable controller P L C analog quantity input module, P L C automatically calculates the magnitude of the material roll unwinding braking force according to a material roll braking force control program, the material roll unwinding braking force is output to the braking force control electromagnetic proportional valve 4 in an analog quantity current mode, a material roll braking execution mechanism, namely a clamp type brake 5, is controlled, and the magnitude of the analog quantity current acting on the electromagnetic proportional valve corresponds to the magnitude of a valve core opening of the electromagnetic proportional valve, namely the magnitude of output wind pressure.
