Description

Novel infectious department diagnoses apparatus disinfect box with liver disease
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of medical equipment, especially, relate to a novel infectious department diagnoses apparatus disinfect box with liver disease.
Background
The infectious family is a group of diseases caused by various pathogens that can be transmitted from person to person, animal to animal or human to animal. The majority of pathogens are microorganisms, a small proportion are parasites, and the parasites cause also known as parasitosis. For some infectious diseases, the epidemic prevention department must timely master the disease condition and take countermeasures, so the disease condition should be reported to the local epidemic prevention department according to the specified time after being discovered, which is called the legal infectious disease. The current legal infectious diseases in China are of type A, type B and type C3, and the number of the infectious diseases is 38.
Medical personnel all must disinfect to medical instrument before using medical instrument and after using at present, when disinfecting to the medical instrument of infectious department liver disease usefulness, because there is higher infection source risk in medical instrument, the manual work of being inconvenient for is clean, and current cleaning equipment can not carry out effectual cleaning and disinfecting to medical instrument to, medical instrument after the cleanness receives the secondary pollution of waste liquid easily, leads to the cleaning and disinfecting failure.
Chinese patent (publication number is CN207236995U) discloses a novel infectious department diagnoses apparatus disinfect box with liver disease, including box and cleaning brush, the below of bottom plate is provided with pure water groove, waste liquid groove and disinfection cistern, the top in pure water groove and disinfection cistern is respectively through delivery pump and pipe connection in filling opening, vibrating motor's output is installed and is washd the dish, it is provided with the cleaning brush to wash the dish top, the motor is installed on the fly leaf, fly leaf fixed connection is in the flexible end of telescopic link. The utility model discloses a motor drives the vibrations that cleaning brush cooperation was washd the dish, can effectually clean the cleanness to diagnosing apparatus, gets rid of surface stain, and is clean efficient, and waste water is collected through the waste liquid groove, can carry out the water seal to sewer department through the closing cap, avoids inside waste liquid evaporation in the waste liquid groove gets into the box, the effectual safety and sanitation that has improved in the box avoids causing secondary pollution. However, this patent has at least the following drawbacks: the patent needs to manually switch and inject disinfectant or cleaning fluid, and the using process is very complicated; and the use efficiency to the medicine is lower, and the antiseptic solution and the washing liquid after the use can mix together for the antiseptic solution after the waste liquid treatment process is comparatively loaded down with trivial details and unable reuse has certain functional defect. Therefore, the utility model aims to solve the technical problem that a novel infectious department diagnoses apparatus disinfect box with liver disease who overcomes the not enough provision of prior art.
Factors affecting the cleaning quality of medical instruments: the complexity of the structure of the instrument and the variety of the styles of medical instruments, and more than 90 percent of the instruments are provided with joints, tooth sockets and gaps; part of the tube cavity is provided with a shadow shield. Therefore, the difficulty of thoroughly removing organic matters, inorganic matters and microorganisms is high. The organic matter that the apparatus pollutes is dried and knotted, whether the apparatus after operating room or ward use do preliminary treatment if untimely, deposit the organic matter that attaches in apparatus joint, tooth's socket, gap, intracavity after a period of time and dry and knot, and some liquid medicine are attached and appear the rust stain like the joint department, and the apparatus is difficult to wash. The operation is not standard before the apparatus is cleaned, and some hospital disinfection supply rooms do not open joints of the apparatus and disassemble parts before the apparatus is cleaned, namely the apparatus is put into a basket and cleaned or put into a soaking pool. The cleaning agent can not fully contact with the parts, and the emulsification and degradation effects of the cleaning agent can not be exerted, so that the cleaning is unclean. The abluent time of apparatus is not enough, wash not simple wash can, but need sufficient time with its sanitization, so do not have to soak before wasing or main flow time all guarantee the sufficiency, because it is not enough to manage which step time, all hardly will be attached to the organic matter on medical instrument and remove, the detergent performance also has certain time in addition, so need give sufficient time, thereby guarantee that the detergent function can give full play, thereby strengthen the effect of washing. The problem that the cleaning quality of the medical instrument cannot meet the qualified standard due to insufficient cleaning time is avoided. The influence of the cleaning agent is that the pollutants can be cleaned by one cleaning agent instead of being adsorbed, and different pollutants need to be cleaned by the cleaning agent matched with the pollutants, so that the cleaning effect is achieved, and therefore, the selection of the cleaning agent in the cleaning process is very important, otherwise, the cleaning quality is directly influenced. The cleaned instruments are polluted again, if the cleaned instruments are not properly treated, the cleaned instruments can be polluted again, and secondary pollution can be caused if a towel is used for probing, vaseline is wiped, and the like, so that the cleaned instruments need to be sterilized in time.
The specific measures for improving the cleaning quality of the medical instrument are as follows: the cleaning machine has the advantages that after the cleaning machine is used, the cleaning machine can be immediately and completely cleaned, and in order to effectively ensure that medical instruments can be timely cleaned, an independent cleaning and disinfecting room is required to be established in an operating room and a clinical department, so that the medical instruments can be immediately cleaned in the cleaning machine after being used, various organic matters attached to the instruments can be effectively removed, and the pollution to an elevator and the environment caused by the medical instruments in the transferring process is effectively avoided. The joints of the medical instruments are opened for disassembly and cleaning, and the medical instruments used in the existing hospitals are complex in structure, so that the joints of the medical instruments need to be opened before cleaning, and the cleaning agent can be fully soaked in all parts of the instruments, so that the aim of thorough cleaning is fulfilled. And simultaneously cleaning the instrument with the lumen by using a special cleaning tool. The cleaning agent is selected to be proper to the instrument pollutants, so that the best cleaning effect of decontamination can be achieved. When the medical apparatus is cleaned, a multienzyme cleaning agent is used, and the multienzyme cleaning agent at least contains 4 enzymes to decompose all biological pollutants so as to thoroughly remove organic matters on the apparatus. The concentration of the cleaning agent is ensured to reach a certain concentration when the cleaning agent is used for cleaning instruments, the cleaning agent used in the hospital at present is domestic and imported, but the concentration of the cleaning agent is configured according to the instruction no matter which cleaning agent is selected, and the use instruction of the configuration is related. The cleaning time and the temperature of water ensure that enough cleaning time is the basis for ensuring that pollutants on the instrument can be completely removed, and meanwhile, the proper water temperature can also increase the function of the cleaning agent, so that the optimal decontamination effect is achieved. Preventing the cleaned instruments from being polluted again, packaging and sterilizing the cleaned instruments as soon as possible, and drying the instruments by using an oven; protecting the joints of the instruments by using a water-soluble lubricant; the cleaned instruments are packaged and sterilized for storage.
