In the embodiment, the connector body 100, the sealing cover 400 and the sealant 300 form a main waterproof layer, even if the sealant 300 penetrates the terminal assembly 200, when the terminal assembly 200 is separated from the sealant 300 due to an excessive temperature, the waterproof layer formed by the connector body 100, the sealing cover 400 and the sealant 300 is not interfered, and thus the waterproof performance of the terminal assembly 200 is not affected. Therefore, the waterproofing result in this embodiment is not easily invalidated.
Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the embodiment, the connector body 100 is provided with a limiting groove 14, the sealing cover 400 includes a cover plate 41 and a limiting block 42 protruding from an end of the cover plate 41, the cover plate 41 is covered on the terminal assembly 200, and the limiting block 42 is correspondingly inserted into the limiting groove 14.

Meanwhile, the sealant 300 is filled in the gap between the sealing cover 400 and the connector body 100, the sealant 300 is not easy to penetrate to the terminal assembly 200 due to the sealing effect of the cover plate 41, and the sealing cover 300 is combined with the connector body 100 and the sealing cover 400, so that the whole body formed by the sealing cover 400 and the sealing adhesive layer 300 is firmly fixed on the connector body 100, that is, the terminal assembly 200 is not required to be directly sealed by the sealant 300, the failure at high temperature is not easy to occur, and the sealing waterproof effect of the earphone connector is improved.

1. A headset connector, comprising:
the terminal assembly comprises a contact terminal and a first welding terminal;
the connector body is formed by injection molding by taking the first welding terminal as an insert, a welding pin of the first welding terminal penetrates out of the surface of the connector body, the connector body is provided with a jack for plugging an earphone plug and a first via hole communicated with the jack, the contact terminal is mounted on the connector body and abutted against the first welding terminal so as to enable the contact terminal to be communicated with the first welding terminal, and one end part of the contact terminal penetrates through the first via hole;
and a sealing structure provided on the connector body and used for sealing the terminal assembly.
2. The earphone connector according to claim 1, wherein the connector body has a mounting groove for receiving the contact terminal, and the contact terminal abuts against the first welding terminal when the contact terminal is placed in the mounting groove.

7. The earphone connector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the sealing structure comprises a sealing gel and a sealing cap covering the terminal member, the sealing gel filling a gap between the sealing cap and the connector body and forming a sealing gel layer.

The connector of claim 7, wherein the connector body has a limiting groove, the sealing cover includes a cover plate and a limiting block protruding from an end of the cover plate, the cover plate is covered on the terminal assembly, and the limiting block is correspondingly inserted into the limiting groove.

The earphone connector according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a hollow frame is convexly provided on the connector body outside the opening of the jack, the frame and the connector body enclose a ring-shaped groove, a sealing ring is embedded in the groove, and an inner side wall of the sealing ring abuts against an outer side wall of the frame.
